This place was horrible! I called ahead to ask if they did powder nails and the lady on the line was very rude to us. My daughter and I then went in 15-20 minutes later to get a manicure and pedicure and we were seated right away. We got our pedicures first and we could both tell that the ladies who did our nails were talking about us; they were laughing and looking at us. After we went to get our powder nails done and they filed our nails very roughly. Then, our nails weren’t buffed properly so after our manicures were done, you could feel the rough part on your nails. The blue color my daughter chose looked different from the sample nails she chose from; they were dull and darker. My french tips were horrible, the nails were rounded on one end and pointy on the other side. the actual white parts of the nail weren’t curved properly, my daughter could’ve done better. Unfortunately not my best experiences here. I left the salon with gel polish all over my hands - sloppy job - and also a poor filing job of my actual nail under the acrylic. Also, the tech was insentive when I said she was using the electric filter too close to my cuticle and make me bleed a little. Worst place ever! Extremely rude! Nails look horrible. I asked for American the did french and not even fully covered the tips. Then wouldn't give me a refund unless "they ripped all the nails off" yea ok rip my nails off! Place is a joke. I don't even think some of them are licensed! My daughters and I love Orchids Nails. Prices are great and they make you feel at home. My kids love Tiffany and Lily. I bounce around to all the other ladies and fellow and haven’t been disappointed. Read Less

I loved it ! It was my first time there I got my first pedicure ever my lady was the bomb! She was awesome so nice and really funny. Than let move on to my nails she didn't hurt me even though my nails are super thin and sore. She made me feel so comfortable & at home ! I can't wait to see them over and over and over again.
