I went to get a pedicure today, it was empty, no customers, the person that I got apparently did not speak any English. I told her my nails didn't need cutting but she cut them anyway. She cut them really short, then filed them with a nail file which really hurt, then she was trimming the dead skin cuticles around the nails which hurt so bad I yelled! When I told her to stop she was hurting me , she smiled at me because she had no clue what I was saying. At this point I just wanted to be done and get the hell out of there. Would give 0 if possible. Had a 7min pedicure. Terrible. Got a gel manicure on Saturday before Easter. I understand being busy but doesn't justify terrible work. It's already chipping off it's 3 days later. I was in the shop for 2 hours. Only had 35 minutes worth of service. And that doesn't include my wait time. She continually left me to tend to other clients then never apologized for having to set away. I'm in the industry I understand having to step away but she then rushed through my service because she wanted to take care of another regular. Horrible. Will never go back! Read Less

I have been a regular customer at this place for a little while, I've taken my daughter a few times who is 3 and we would both usually get our nails and pedi done, sometimes just my nails, my daughter would always get a KIDS mani and pedi. I have always been very impressed, while pricy, I was pleased with the environment and services. I was long overdue for a refill on my nails, decided to take my daughter who is again 3 to get our nails and pedi done. I am LIVID at what occurred today. My daughter got her usual mani and pedi with gel nail polish and I got a refill with nail polish and also got a pedicure with gel nail polish. In the several times I have been there, no combination of services has ever been over $100.00. When I went to pay she tells me the price is $160 for a 3 year olds KIDS manicure and pedicure and my refill and pedicure with gel. I thought she was kidding, I look over at the price chart and noticed she's removed Kid's mani and pedi prices and she says "she removed them cause she thought everyone just remembered the prices" then she has a bunch of different answers, "your daughter got designs too" "maybe you didn't get gel before" "maybe you didn't get pedicure last time" Then she says "you should ask price beforehand and don't get gel, I feel so bad when all the clients get gel cause it's so much" . The technician that did my daughter's nails who was also my technician/owner's daughter, while very nice, asked my 3 YEAR OLD if she wanted designs and asked her how many designs, without discussing with me or asking, the cost or how many. My daughter got a total of 12 designs on her nails, all 10 fingers and 2 toe nails. Even without the designs, the gel nails and pedi which I ALWAYS get and which she always pushes everyone to get has never been that much or even close to it. I will not go there EVER again. It took 15 minutes for my pedicure. I am all about speed but this was by far the WORST pedicure I have ever had. Not complete and crooked. The woman was so rough with my feet. It wasn't as clean as I had thought it would be as it was on the upper end of what a pedicure costs. She washed the pumice By scrubbing it into on the net with my feet in the water and scratched the soft part of the sole of my feet. I was given a gift card, and went in for a pedicure!  I usually go to another salon, so this was my first time here.  I have to say, I got the best pedicure ever. It has been a week and my heels still look perfect. This is my new go to place!  Clean and very personable! Read Less

I was really looking forward to this as a new mom and was pretty disappointed. I didn't really feel pampered at all and the work was just ok. My technician barely said hello to me, I didn't want him to talk my ear off but being friendly would be nice. I still have callouses on my feet and the massage with both the mani and the pedi we're practically nonexistent. My polish bubbled which he didn't seem to notice or care about and the snag in my nail that I pointed out to him at the beginning is now back 1 day later and ruining my polish. What happened to taking pride in one's work? Living on a single income doesn't leave us much spending money so spending $50 on myself was a very big treat for me, what a let down :( Read Less

Not impressed. I received a refill & gel color. It came to $50 and it's been 6 days and the color is chipping already. The nail tech was very nice, however she was in a rush and was very insistent that i get a gel color. The issue with that was that I always get gel, there was no need to hard sell. The acrylic was applied way too thin and the gel was applied way to thick. The salon i usually go to was closed this day due to the holiday break and I desperately needed my nails done. Gel color is $20, a refill is $20 and I am assuming a cut down is $10. I am not happy. I will never go back. Read Less
