Went today to get a nail fixed and a gel manicure... not my usual nail place.   The guy who did my nails was HORRIBLE.   So rushed,  and when I told him he hurt my finger,  he proceeded to tell me he didn't.   He attempt to fix my nail with crazy glue but it still had a huge gap where it was broken.   I told him that was not fixed correctly,  he got upset with me.   Finally got him to fix it correctly (lcn,$5 more)   then he cut all my nails too short.  They all look like little stubs. Then I had picked out the magnetic polish, and he didn't use the magnet correctly on all the nails. (This was an extra $10).  He was rude and had horrible customer service,  and he did a shit job.  Never going again.   Avoid them if you want to have a pain free,  nice manicure! I decided to try this place since it always seemed to be crowded and had beautiful interior design. Unfortunately, I received a very poor gel manicure. My nails were not properly shaped and five coats of nail polish were applied, when in my experience, there are typically three coats applied for gel nails. The combination of these two factors left my nails looking bulbous and misshapen. As I am leaving for vacation tomorrow, there is no way to fix it. I will not be returning. Read Less

I was looking for a place closer to home. Beautiful looking place but by far the worst gel manicure I have ever gotten. It started cracking after 2 days, all my nails were uneven and they started peeling within a week. I called after 2 days when they started cracking and was told to make an appointment to come in and Id have to show the owner, he may fix it. I really didn't have time and I didn't feel like wasting time to find out what the decision would be. I just won't go back. I thought it was strange when I was there that Tee polished my nails and then did the actual manicure after the polish. I had never seen that before and thought that was just the technique there. I’m not one to complain, but I’m very frustrated right now. The first time I came here, they did a wonderful job! I always get gel French mani/pedi, which is more expensive, but I don’t mind because it’s what I always get. I always tip very well, and they’re always extremely friendly, and the place is clean. That being said, all of my nails are uneven. I have polish on the side of each of my fingers. The person filed my nails down really short, and put 9 (yes 9) coats of polish, so each of my nails is bulbous and looks ridiculous. To spend 50 dollars (including tip), I’m extremely disappointed. I just had my nails done at this place ! First off they need to clean all the dust off the stone wall behind them it must be an inch thick!! I had Jimmy do my nails, I went  in to get a pink & white fill powder with  gel over, he convinced me not to do powder that it's not good for your nails! I've been doing powder for years!! The product he uses is better ! So I decided to go with what he recommended at a cost of 65.00 , but if I pay cash it would be 60.00 . I also heard the girl next to him telling customers if u pay cash it's cheaper!! So when I was finished I go to the counter to pay hm!! I put up 3 twenty dollar bills plus the tip ! I go & put my other cash n my bag , the only money on the counter is the 10.00 tip!!! He then says to me u have too pay!!!!  Said I just gave you 3 twenties he said no u put them back n your purse !!!!! We had an argument ,he some how took that money when I looked away!!!!!!!! I have gone to Tiffany for over a year at this point, and she is FABULOUS. She does a gel manicure, pedicure, and my eyebrows flawlessly every time. She is super sweet and really takes her time/makes sure everything is done perfect. On top of that, the salon is extremely clean and very modern looking. My sisters and I took our mother here for Mother's Day. The experience we all had were amazing! They treated my mom like a VIP, they got her coffee and followed her instructions. They really went above and beyond! The gentlemen that worked on my mani and pedi was wonderful. He was very polite and informative. Just don't. What a mistake coming here was. The woman started filing and buffing my nails without removing my old polish. I immediately intervened and asked her to remove the old polish. She promptly ignored me. When I asked her to please push back my cuticles rather than cut them, she skipped the step. I felt like she was trying to show how little she cared. The manicure was sloppy. I am not one to write reviews, but I thought I would share my experience. I had went here for a mani pedi after getting a gift card, the entire time the lady tried to push me to get a gel manicure after l said no because I do not like gel/ they always make my nails crack. The lady did not stop pushing it and was so rude to me because I said I just wanted a manicure. Everyone else at the place was offered coffee or a drink, the lady doing my nails did not offer anything and was quite rude to me because I didn't want gel. To start, my first experience was good. But that was it. I don't ever write reviews. It I feel I have to. The second time I went for a fill I made an appt with the woman that originally did my Nails. She was great but instead they sent me To another woman who literally had no idea how to do nails. I proceeded to tell her I wasn't happy with her job (in a nice way) and she acted as if she was mad at me? It was weird. She shrugged me Off to someone else who tried to fix it. Fed up I left. Today a nail fell off. I spent a lot of money there and decided to go get them fixed. I like coming to this nail place the atmosphere is so nice to just relax and get a mani/pedi. Everything is very modern I love the decor. They have new equipment with polish racks and a nail bar. They also have a lemonade/iced tea stand! Everyone is very friendly and they greet you as soon as you walk in. Not sure where any of these bad reviews come from- I've been a regular customer for months and I've had nothing but excellent service and the best manicures! You can't beat the price and they never skimp on the amount of coats. If a color is too translucent they don't charge you for an extra cost which is a bonus!!!! Read Less

Based on the reviews, I drove a little further than I usually would. What a disappointment. Came with my daughter as walk-ins. They were able to accommodate despite being slightly busy and we were tended to pretty quickly. They push for gel mani & pedi pretty hard, but I persisted that I wanted regular mani & pedi because I'm not a fan of gel. Be warned, they don't seem to take as much care with non-gel polish customers. The non-gel nail polish selection is not the greatest and it's obvious they thin them down. We were serviced by different people. I had a woman who cut my nails too short when I asked her to trim just a little. A man did my  my daughter's mani in less than 10 min. Both of our mani nail polish bubbled. The top coat they use is not of good quality - left a dull shine - and it wasn't evenly polished on. If we had more time we would've asked for a re-do. I've been here several times, but my last visit will be my last.  The gel manicures are done too thickly, and they end up looking kind of messy and amateur-ish.  I have been to many of the employees here for both manis and pedis, but each time I have not been very happy with the shaping of my nails or the way they look at the end.  Lastly, I have found  I chip after about a week.  I really wanted to like thisplace since it's close by and the employees are so nice and accomodating, but the bottom line is, I need to love the end results.
