Awful service. First time going here and gel manicure took an hour and a half! This was because the lady doing my nails kept her phone out and she would reply to texts and phone calls and talk on the phone instead of doing my nails! Every time a text would come through she would stop doing my nails and answer it! Very unprofessional! I was polite when she responded to a few texts but she obviously took advantage of my politeness by being on her phone the whole time! If i didn't need my nails done that night I would have walked out! My experience stressed me out and my nails have chipped and the nail polish has cracked off less than a week of having them! My toe is infected the morning after my pedicure with puss coming from the side of my toe nail where the man kept digging with his instruments. Come to think of it, none of their instruments were soaking to be sanitized like I normally see on the tables at other salons. No massage, not a good paint job either.Read Less

This location has been under new management for quite some time. I'm only reviewing for gel manicures/extensions and spa pedicures by Julie and Henry. I have no complaints. It's definitely a laid back feeling in the salon but professional. Julie works hard to run the salon and it shows. Due to my schedule, I'm only able to get in there monthly and my mani/pedi always lasts and looks good. The prices are reasonable. I believe they offer a mani/pedi special during the week now. HORRIBLE!!! Just went here to get my eyebrows done and Julie totally messed them up. They are so uneven in thickness, shape, length. And she took off so much hair and now they are extremely thin. I go in all the time and with my crazy work schedule it is so hard to make an appointment. Henry has been doing my nails for some time and he is awesome. They are so comfortable to be around and the atmosphere is awesome. They are good to all of their customers and treat them all as if they are friends. I hate to do this and i never write bad reviews but I have given this place so many chances. I tried it about 5 times and have never been happy. I've been having my nails done for 24 years every 2 weeks, that's a lot of. Visits over the years and I'm not very picky but this place is the pits. The work is not up to par no matter whom I go to, except one girl. I went today for a pedicure and gel manicure. I got no foot or leg massage, the guy has done my nails before and doe...sn't use the nippers correctly. The back of the nippers always pinched me instead of using just the tip he tilts them and the back end cuts me.. I got glitter and one toe barely had any glitter on it. I will have to go over at home with a polish I have, Even though I just paid $50 to have them done professionally. Then my hands, He filed my nails so thin they were bending when he filed the free edge and the polish had poor coverage and needed another coat and he failed to do that as well. The Work his always messy and seems rushed. If this place wants to stay in business they need to step up their game. Other places do much better work and do extra steps with a stone massage or paraffin dip for the heels for no additional charge. The competition for nails is very high. They really do the worst work of all the places I've been to over the years so I'll just go to another place there are 10 of them within a mile radius of my house. WORST manicure I've ever had. My daughter and I stopped at this place on on our way home because our usual salon had a long wait. We were taken quickly for our "manicures." I asked for a French Manicure. The man doing my nails painted the white tip on, and then put a clear coat over my nails - that was it! No pinkish color before the top coat, just the white tip and clear polish! They didn't use hot towels or lotion, and neither my daughter nor I received a hand massage. What kind of manicure is that? I've been going to Millennium for over 10 years and always had my appts with Judy... I came in for my appt today and was shocked to hear that Judy was no longer working there. To say I went into panic mode was an understatement... ive had horrible experiences with other nail salons and nail technicians, which is why I always stuck with Judy, and I felt so lost not having her anymore... and quite frankly, was very skeptical about how the new technicians at Millennium would do.... Julie, the new owner, was so wonderful from the second I got there and she assured me that she would "make me feel beautiful" and that she would make sure I was happy. To my surprise, I left the salon happier than I ever have. Julie was fantastic handling all of my services- pedicure, pink and white acrylic fill ins, and eyebrow wax. She even went above and beyond and offered me a paraffin foot wax and gave me a completely brand new set of acrylics without charging me extra. Julie was so kind and considerate and I think she and he rest of the staff really went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable and accommodate my needs. I also was incredibly impressed with the cleanliness of the salon and all the extra measure they have taken to keep everything sanitary Julie was also an absolute pleasure to talk to... she has so much knowledge about nails and educated me on the various services they offer, and she also was just fun to talk to on a personal level. I was only there for a couple of hours but I already felt like I had known her for years. Most importantly... every one of my services was done just how I wanted, if not better.
