Horrible people here. If I could give negative stars I would. I dropped my daughter off to get her nails done and went next door to order food. I'm trying to teach my children how to interact with adults, be polite and learn to order/ask for things in a business environment. I thought this would be a good opportunity for her, but... she called me and said the lady told her the design she wanted was too expensive and kept saying that to everything my daughter showed her, so navy nails with white snowflakes is what? $100 what's too expensive, that's relative and an odd business move considering you are looking to make money, no? IM PAYING WHY ARE YOU WORRIED ABOUT THE PRICE., DO WOU WANT TO MAKE MONEY OR WHAT? The worst part is that the lady made such a big issue about it that the other customers started laughing at my daughter. One older women said, if I was her mother I would say no. Well lady, no one asked you! BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE. Rudest people.#horribleconfidencebuilder #meantokids

Girls are great. Price is 30% higher than even places in colts neck. I'm from Manhattan and been in many a salon. This owner railed on his workers(mandarin or whatever) everyy 10 minutes. I can wal there (aspen woods) and for 3 years now been going to the salon be t door to shop rite. Wayyyyyy over priced

I have been going for 2 years. Clean and good service. My only complaint is there is one pedi girl who does lazy pedicures. I always forget to ask for someone else. Prices are in the high side do I'd like to get my money's worth with the ped.Always a great gel mani though.

I've been coming here for several years and the pedicures last me almost a month! Very clean. The only thing I do not like is anytime I make an appointment versus walking in, I ALWAYS have to wait so...
I've been coming here for several years and the pedicures last me almost a month! Very clean. The only thing I do not like is anytime I make an appointment versus walking in, I ALWAYS have to wait sometimes up to 20 minutes when I can see they just started other people. Now I have no idea if these people are appointments or walk ins, but a few occasions I knew they were walk ins. They need to do better time management with people with appointments.

Me and my fiancé have been coming here for a year and have had good consistent quality service. The place is always very clean. The only thing that that keeps me from 5 stars is that I'm use to city places that go the extra mile and offer things like coffee and refreshments. Otherwise a strong friendly establishment.

HORRIBLE SERVICE STAY AWAY! The owner is extremely rude! She wanted me to get a more expensive manicure trying to up sell to gels that I didn't want. When I said no she started laughing and talking in a foreign language (Vietnamese?) to one of her employees, clearly talking about me . I got up left and will never return. Go head and go to this place... if you want people talking s*^$&* about you in front of your face in a different language.. so unprofessional.

I've heard such good things about this place from a friend who comes in often. Unfortunately I did not have the same experience. The lady doing my nails flew through the manicure. My cuticles looked like I didn't even get my nails done (and I don't have a lot of cuticles). When she was painting them, she did it so fast that she didn't even realize she was leaving huge gaps on the side that were not painted. When I looked at them on the second coat I saw that the brush didn't have enough polish so it was leaving huge streaks on my nails. I brought it to her attention and she fixed some of it but when I got home I realized it was still a little streaky. It was very clean but I'll pass on this salon.

Lush was great, now just good. It's clean and cute, but the service is spotty and the nail techs seem bored. I'm not much for paying $50 for a spa pedi and having the tech skip over the massage or not get all the old polish off my poor toes. I live really close by so I'll go in a pinch, but otherwise, this place is skip-able.

I LOVE LUSH. They do an awesome job on manis. $15 and it lasts 2+ weeks. I go once every 2 1/2 weeks. They are very friendly, and the free hand and back massages...delightful!

Horrible people here. If I could give negative stars I would. I dropped my daughter off to get her nails done and went next door to order food. I'm trying to teach my children how to interact with adults, be polite and learn to order/ask for things in a business environment. I thought this would be a good opportunity for her, but... she called me and said the lady told her the design she wanted was too expensive and kept saying that to everything my daughter showed her, so navy nails with white snowflakes is what? $100 what's too expensive, that's relative and an odd business move considering you are looking to make money, no? I've been coming here for several years and the pedicures last me almost a month! Very clean. The only thing I do not like is anytime I make an appointment versus walking in, I ALWAYS have to wait sometimes up to 20 minutes when I can see they just started other people. Now I have no idea if these people are appointments or walk ins, but a few occasions I knew they were walk ins. They need to do better time management with people with appointments.

The only thing that that keeps me from 5 stars is that I'm use to city places that go the extra mile and offer things like coffee and refreshments. Otherwise a strong friendly establishment.

I've heard such good things about this place from a friend who comes in often. Unfortunately I did not have the same experience. The lady doing my nails flew through the manicure. My cuticles looked like I didn't even get my nails done (and I don't have a lot of cuticles). When she was painting them, she did it so fast that she didn't even realize she was leaving huge gaps on the side that were not painted. When I looked at them on the second coat I saw that the brush didn't have enough polish so it was leaving huge streaks on my nails. I brought it to her attention and she fixed some of it but when I got home I realized it was still a little streaky. It was very clean but I'll pass on this salon.

Lush was great, now just good. It's clean and cute, but the service is spotty and the nail techs seem bored. I'm not much for paying $50 for a spa pedi and having the tech skip over the massage or not get all the old polish off my poor toes. I live really close by so I'll go in a pinch, but otherwise, this place is skip-able.
