I am totally dissatisfied as a customer. I went in for the ombré French for a first time visit and they gave me a young man (who seems nice but new) who had no clue what he was doing. He said he assumed I wanted the cheaper version. First mistake. My nails are now messed up and I have to redo somewhere else and repay. I patronized only because of the reviews I saw online, which were mostly positive. I will never try a new place for a new design. And I definitely will never return to this salon because of the poor customer service, inefficiency to deliver on what I wanted, and not make assumptions that I wanted something cheaper. Second mistake. No apology and no offer to redo.

They rushed me with my pedicure- i got there after the woman next to me & left before her pedicure was done. & the woman only gave 1 coat of polish.

The staff is friendly, professional and talented. Just installed new massage chairs which are awesome. Terrific color selection and art work if you like. Reasonably priced and can get a 5% discount for cash and join their frequent client list and get rewarded once you've spent a certain amount. I'm very pleased that I found this family owned business and have a standing appointment every two weeks for LCN fill in and gel mani/ pedi and they are always ready for me. Highly recommend this establishment!!

I went in on 3/5/17 at about 10 am to get eyebrows done...Woke up Sunday morning and noticed my skin below the eyebrows burnt....Horrible...Went there and these people didn't even believe I was there ...
I went in on 3/5/17 at about 10 am to get eyebrows done...Woke up Sunday morning and noticed my skin below the eyebrows burnt....Horrible...Went there and these people didn't even believe I was there on Saturday morning...Kept questioning it...The young lady put some medicine on my skin and retrimmed my eyebrows that was it...No return of money or nothing....This place is horrible! Do not go there...

I've had the best experience with CK Nails! The staff was so accommodating with my schedule even when I didn't have an appointment! The salon is clean and has such a great collection of colors! Will definitely come back to try the permanent eyebrow micro-blading with Jasmine! It looks so natural!

Don't ever go to this nail salon, even if it was the last place on earth. I haven't been there 2009 but I'm telling you when I went there, I needed a fill-in and they took off my already done nails, put new ones on, and they started chipping after like 3 days. They ripped me off and charged me the price of a new set of UV gel nails. On top of that, when I went to another salon, the girl at the other salon said the people at C & K Nail & Spa used the dremel so much on my nails that my natural nail bed was worn down and almost gone. Take my advice: don't go to C & K Nail & Spa!

I am totally dissatisfied as a customer. I went in for the ombré French for a first time visit and they gave me a young man (who seems nice but new) who had no clue what he was doing. He said he assumed I wanted the cheaper version. First mistake. My nails are now messed up and I have to redo somewhere else and repay. I patronized only because of the reviews I saw online, which were mostly positive. I will never try a new place for a new design. And I definitely will never return to this salon because of the poor customer service, inefficiency to deliver on what I wanted, and not make assumptions that I wanted something cheaper. Second mistake. No apology and no offer to redo.

The staff is friendly, professional and talented. Just installed new massage chairs which are awesome. Terrific color selection and art work if you like. Reasonably priced and can get a 5% discount for cash and join their frequent client list and get rewarded once you've spent a certain amount. I'm very pleased that I found this family owned business and have a standing appointment every two weeks for LCN fill in and gel mani/ pedi and they are always ready for me. Highly recommend this establishment!!

Don't ever go to this nail salon, even if it was the last place on earth. I haven't been there 2009 but I'm telling you when I went there, I needed a fill-in and they took off my already done nails, put new ones on, and they started chipping after like 3 days. They ripped me off and charged me the price of a new set of UV gel nails. On top of that, when I went to another salon, the girl at the other salon said the people at C & K Nail & Spa used the dremel so much on my nails that my natural nail bed was worn down and almost gone. Take my advice: don't go to C & K Nail & Spa!
