I love rainbow nails. I have been going here for years as well as my whole family and friends. They are clean, the owner is sweet and they do a good job. I feel great after I leave here. I called before I was planning on going to see if they could take me so I didn't have to wait. I get there and start with a manicure. I was rushed and had nail polish in my cuticles without the woman even caring to fix it. I love a massage, just like many others do I'm sure, yet no hand massage. I then got a pedicure. I was put in a chair and left there for 15 minutes while they continued to take new customers. When it was finally my turn, no foot massage. They are so not friendly and always in a rush to get over with you and move on to the next person.Then when it came to paying, the one thing I thought they would be rushing for since they seem to care about that more than customer service, I had to wait at the counter for 5 minutes while the woman looked at Facebook before coming to ring me up.  Try any of the other hundreds of nail places in this area before going here. My friend just moved up the block from this salon and we went today for pedicures.We sat down at the same time. Both our nail technicians were very unfriendly. They were also talking and laughing with each other. They used paper towel holders to prop up our legs. I will upload a photo. It was strange. The woman who did my pedicure, other then being rude did a good job. I felt bad for my friend. She was done in 7 minutes when mine took twenty. She did not get the puma scrub and her polish only had one coat of paint. I had three coats. When she was at the dryer she did get a shoulder massage which I did not. I did notice a lot of inconsistancys. My nails were cut uneven. The polish itself was done very good. My friends was done like a five year old. She expressed her unhappiness to owner and they took $5 off. The plain pedicure was $25. I do not recommend anyone go here. The service, price , attitude and quality of work is very poor. There were two other unhappy clients their waiting for re-dos while we were there. I think that's why I got jipped out of my shoulder massage. Read Less
