Apparently this is THE PLACE to go.  Super clean, with an emphasis on hygiene, this well-appointed salon/spa offers a wide variety of treatments to locals who love to be pampered. They are quite busy, but you never feel rushed or anything but relaxed. As busy as they are, call for an available appointment.  They have so many technicians that you can usually be accommodated.  My sister, who has been a regular for years, told me about this very relaxing treatment that is called a gel pedicure.  For those that haven't had this yet,  you put your feet into this squishy gel, to moisturize them.  It feels like your feet are in mud. It's more fun, and feels even better than it sounds. For a few extra dollars it's worth it.  They use mostly disposable tools, and the instruments that are not disposable are sanitized at the same level as surgical instruments.  Relaxing atmosphere, skillful technicians, and all of the newest color polishes (Or so I'm told.  As a man I don't know much about polish) to satisfy just about anyone. 4.5 stars! I'm new to the area and have been trying around different nail salons, and so far, The Place is my favorite! I have been here a handful of times for gel manicures/pedicures and they typically last me a good 3 weeks. Facilities are clean, instruments appear to be sterilized in an autoclave, and they take their time with massaging (my favorite part, lots of places rush!) The nail technicians I have had seem very meticulous and do a great job. My only complaint is it's rare to be able to just walk in for services- I would recommend making an appointment in advance. Clean and friendly staff. Lorena performed my hydrafacial she was so nice and explained everything once before and then during. I tried someone else there, but really connected with her. I really appreciated her explanation since going somewhere else for this facial they seemed a little too quick. It took about 25m still rather quick for the price charged, in my opinion. I really love the results. My face looks so clean and my complexion is starting to look more even. I have combination skin, a lot of acne, acne spots, fine lines wrinkles, and hyper pigmentation. My mother recently went here for a facial. It was awful not only did they not do a great job but they also left scabs on her face in a few spots. She has been for many facials and never had anything like this happened. The owner is so arrogant trying to convince her that is what happens with a facial and didn't want to do anything for her . The best and CLEANEST nail salon in the area! Everyone does a good job and is sweet/organized. Everybody gets a new file and buffer before the appointment and for pedicures the basin is also covered for extra cleanliness. They have a ton of gel colors too. Love it!! Read Less

I love Joanna!  She is so great!  I get a Brisa gel manicure here and she does them perfectly.  I've been to so many places and I'm done looking around!  Her manicure lasts a full 3 - 4 weeks still looking gorgeous!  Very nice place and people, too.  VERY clean with a medical grade on their tools.  Every customer gets a brand new file and buffer for their manicurist to use! I cannot believe it has taken me this long to try this place out....what a mistake I was making! This place is a hidden GEM. It is in the same shopping plaza as tuscany. I went in and my first thought was oh gosh this place is going to be pricey. I was very wrong. I got a pedicure (regular) and paid $30!!! It may be a little more than normal, but totally worth it. The pedicure includes a brown sugar scrub, hot towel, a nice leg and foot massage. After they are done and take you over to dry your nails they give you a shoulder massage...WHAT! So after visiting a various amount of different nail salons and bars over a numerous amount of years, I've never really being 100% satisfied with the end result. but I think I may of found the perfect place!! I went to "The Place" for a lower half leg wax. The charge is $25.00. I have been waxing for FIFTY years. All salons I have frequented wax from the top of the knee down. Past technicians in this very salon have done a fine job and consider a lower half leg to be from the top of the knee down. On this occasion a had the owner doing the waxing. She waxed from the "Middle" of my knee down. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, she insisted that it was her policy. I explained tha...t even her employees wax the entire knee, and that her policy was certainly not the norm. When I asked her the price to finish the additional 1 1/2" of knee area she wanted to charge an additional $10.00, needless to say, I left with half my knee undone. Just moved to the area from NY and have been here a few times. Over all it was good but this time I was so pleased I decided to write a review. I went with my sister for a regular manicure & pedicure. I highly recommend asking for Choi and Gaby. They file the nails straight, which is very important because let's face is 85% will always file a few nails on a slant and if you are like me... You will fix yourself when you get home. It wasn't the case this time all my nails were appropriately filed. Had a get experience and will be coming back to see them. The staff is very nice and friendly. I went in for a manicure yesterday with Doris, she was amazing!! She was sweet, kind and gentle. I also couldn't help but notice the pedicure stations, I watched as someone finished up a pedicure- well she cleaned that station, the tools, the floor, made sure the rolling stool was pushed in, etc. It was spotless when she was done! The Place is the only place to treat yourself to that special pampering every woman needs! I have been there several times and each time have had the best service. I love the jelli pedicure but they have so many ones to choose from Mirella is awesome. I will never go to another place again. Working as a realtor has me on my feet all day and I need a place that goes beyond the call of duty and they do. After getting your pedicure they give you a little back & shoulder massage while your drying your toes. If you haven't given them a try you need to set up an appointment. I never review anything but my experience at The Place was wonderful! The pedicure I received was above and beyond what I expected. When Joanna massaged my feet and legs she used this delicious smelling scrub. I am very funny about scents because I get migraines but this was wonderful.
