I rate this place four stars for the interior designing, entertainment, and overall appearance of the cute little nail salon. Thankfully, I haven't had any issues with hygiene, but there is some miscommunication going around. I had a friend come in (she's never gone there) to do a mani pedi ($23 only on Mondays and Thursdays) and well she wanted french tips. I didnt know that french tips cost $5 extra for feet and nails, I usually get a simple color and a glitter design on one nail. The lady doing her toes should have told her that price if she wanted it, especially knowing she was new. My poor friend (no pun intended) was blindsided by the extra price. I hope she gives them another chance since they are pretty good. But we'll see. Read Less

Best pedicure in town. The basic pedicure includes hot stones. The place was redone this past summer and looks very chic. The staff was friendly and passive. I went to them after having acrylic on my nails for a very long time and my nails being weak and tender. They were very soft on my nails but still gave me a great manicure. This is definitely a serene salon and soothing salon. Happy its in my neighborhood. Read Less

Do NOT go there for their lash extension, the lady doesn't what she's is doing, unprofessional and uneducated..... she didn't use any barrier to put on my eye, the glue causes irritation to my eye and it is still very red til this point..... I would have to check with my doctor.... Horrible and Worst experience ever......on top of that, the owner said that it's the air??? Are you kidding me? She still eventually charged me $70 for that.......... Never coming back to this place again Read Less

I stopped by today for a mani/pedi and I must say that I was very satisfied. The lady who did my feet took her time and massaged me with hot stones which was heaven. My mani was done by the owner and she was very sweet and friendly. I loved how she filed my nails and painted them without missing edges. I tried a few places where they don't get to paint the whole nail. Overall I was very satisfied and will be returning. Read Less

I have been going to Glow for about 6 months. Initially what drew me in was how affordable they are and the spa pedicure. However, they are a health department nightmare. The salon is not clean at all. I was waiting for a pink and white fill when I noticed the woman ahead of me bleeding. They continued to use the nail files and buffers on her. When it was my turn, they tried to use the bloody tools on me! I asked for new buffers and files and at first they said no- and after I started to get upset they miraculously had new ones.
