I went in twice to do my nails. The first time I was charged for the powder nails and the pedicure. Second time I was charged 55. The guy Micheal told me the first time charge was because I was new which was a lie. They do nice work but I made an appointment for 2 people, spa pedicures for 11:30... and my friend is halfway through here and I'm still waiting for someone to start mine while I watched 2 new people start 2 new pedicures on 2 different people while my feet are still soaking in barely warm water now. I give this place a 0 horrible service I just stopped going there after 23 years of with the same people and when you call to make an appointment they don't want to give you one they wanna push you off to other people all of a sudden they don't do anything with foil they tell you they know how but they don't wanna do it Jenny and Emily are the worst with their attitudes Emily knows how to do stuff but doesn't want to do it she's a horrible nail tek and a Very rude Jenny as well maybe they need some classes on customer service. I really wanted to like this place because it is so close to home but my experience here is one that will probably scar me. I have ingrown toe nail issues, I usually handle it myself and I did prior to coming to this salon. I came for a pedi, the pedicure was ok for the price, they didn't use any exfoliator, they also didn't use the blue thing which I'm assuming isn't really necessary lol. BUT THIS GUY, ripped the skin off of my toe and it didn't stop bleeding for about 20 min straight. I told him it was hurting and he kept saying it was necessary. When I finally pulled away he started putting the blue liquid that's supposed to help. IT DIDNT. I got my pedi at 9:30 AM and it's 4pm and I'm still bleeding. Needless to say, I'll never be coming here again. I gave it two stars because it's cheap and it's clean but I guess you get what you pay for. Read Less

This is my 2nd time coming to this place. It's located in a plaza in Lodi. There's plenty of parking available which is convenient. The first time I came, I had the female nail tech with short hair who did my nails beautifully. Now, this male I had literally just rushed the process and was super sloppy. This place is not my usual nail salon but I wanted to get my nails done around the area because I need to go somewhere afterwards. First off, I just wanted a regular manicure. They asked me about 5 times if I wanted gel. If I said no the first time...that means I don't want it the other 4 times they asked me.I wanted my ring fingernail to be a different color than the other ones and the nail tech didn't understand me. I mean besides the language barrier, I thought with time pointing to one nail with one color and the other nails with another color would be easy to understand. But that's whatever. What made me a little angry was how sloppy the man did my nails. He left the sides of my ring fingernails without any polish. So I looked at it and he noticed I was mad so he put it on the sides, but it still doesn't look right. Basically, I just wanted to get the manicure over with. Then when I was drying my nails, I noticed that some of the polish is on the skin around my nails. He couldn't have taken that off? Also, there's a bubble underneath one of my nails and a speck of dirt or something underneath the polish. He just rushed me so he could help someone else. But the regular manicure was $10, so at least it wasn't $20 or something.If I had the other nail tech that I had the first time, I'd probably be happy with my nails. This nail spa is my new 'go to' for my pampering sessions.  I used to go to another salon in Hackensack and stopped due to chaos when I made appointments that were never put on the schedule.  Nail Perfection is in the shopping area near Aldi and Dollar Tree and a great pizzeria couple of doors down.  My sister was in town from Florida and I wanted to treat her for her b'day/Christmas so decided I'd try this place and hope for the best.I was NOT disappointed.  I walked in the day before to do my own but they were too busy so I made an appointment for both of us the next day which was a snowy, cold Saturday.  The guy up front was friendly and called a lady up front who I think may be an owner.  My sister and I drove over the next day, got a FANTASTIC mani & pedi and she even decided she was so happy with the service that she would get a wax as well.The price for the mani & pedi *$30* was reasonable and the work was well done.  The only downer - they don't exactly open at the hour they say (9 am)...  both times I've been there there's a line of ladies waiting.  But guess that's a compliment to this business.I will definitely be back.  Keep in mind - making an appointment is advisable. My friend took me to this amazing nail spot and I do not regret it one bit!! I'll make sure to be back again next time I need to fill my nails again. A young man did my nails, his name is Edward and I def recommend him, he's quick and does a quality job. Place looks very nice and clean. But don't come during their peak hours. First few times they were great. Last visit I felt was a rush job. All I wanted was a mani and during that time I had three employees switched to work on me. And the biggie downer for me was they were trying to use the drill to file/smooth down my nails. Of course I freaked and said please don't. They listened and were kind afterwards. They recently started offering sns and I'm curious to see how they do it as some places don't do it the right way. this place has potential. It gets crowded but I do like that they take appointments and are open on  sundays.  the nail salon is clean....they are hygienic and use plastic  covers for the pedicure stations, the pedicure chairs have the massage knobs to relax and they have sooo many cool uv gel colors and various types of wraps for ur nails...u could never get bored with all the choices they offer. Wow I can't believe this new spot is getting these bad reviews. I've had some unpleasant service but once I found the right tech it's been good. Tony the owner is really nice, I'm not sure if the skinny lady that always have her hair in a ponytail is his sister. She sits at one of the front table to the right. She is very rude and always giving dirty looks to me when I'm there. If it wasn't for Tony, Emily and Katherine I wouldn't even go there. As for the tools not being cleaned, I hope this is not true because they would not like if a customer gets fungus. I only gave 4 stars because Tony sister makes it feel unwelcoming. I feel like she has a problem with a certain race because I spoke to another customer that said she does the same thing to her and her friend. Read Less

I asked for my nails to be cut extra short for a work related weekend project. Short and round. I asked 3 times and the manicurist told me to stop taking me fingers out of the bowl.  He never did my nails as I requested. Lotion was not even applied nor the hot towel. I was being rushed.  I paid and told the woman at the front desk about my unhappy experience. I did not want anything free but trust me I won't go back.. My nails came out decent enough. Nothing special at all. And the prices were great too, but the service was awful and the cleanliness too. None of the tools were sanitized which I found very strange. The nail techs were all screaming across the room at each other from across the room speaking in a language no one else in the room was able to understand making it so uncomfortable. My nail tech made zero effort to engage in any conversation. When she wasn't screaming across the room she was singing to herself as well as the other nail techs making it impossible to have a relaxing experience. Though my nails came out decent my manicure felt rushed and was very rough. Both my mother and I chose a light color for our nails which both our nail techs basically insulted. I bring my own nail polish for cleanliness and my nail tech went ahead and put MY nail polish on her own fingers and asked about 100 times if I was sure about it. The person who appeared the be the manager or a receptionist I'm not sure was getting her feet soaked in the pedicure chair as a customer was walking in and she screamed across the room apparently telling one of the employees to take care of the customer and waved her hand at her in such a rude way only because she didn't want to get up. I was shocked the customer didn't walk out. Coming from someone who has worked in the beauty industry for several years and fully understands customer service the experience was unacceptable. I'm not someone that writes reviews but others need to know about the awful experience here. This place is the worst!! Came here to get a pedi and mani (which I later avoided getting the mani bc of the experience) and it was the worst pedicure I've ever received in my life!!  A guy named Sunny that was doing the pedicure never once looked at what he was doing. His eyes wandered right and left between the incoming traffic and the tv. He did everything in such a rush and scratched my legs when he was removing the dead skin under my feet. He went so fast, I told him to slow down because my ankles kept getting scratched up. He continued on and did the same with the other foot and scratched my other leg. I wanted a French pedicure. He painted the white line and put in clear polish over it. I asked for the pink, he said they didn't do that here then circled in pink polish under the white line. No lotion on legs or feet when pedicure was done. Not a relaxing experience at all! My ankles were burniiinnggg from the scratches mentioned prior. I asked for some lotion to put on these spots, he rubbed in alcohol first then put on lotion. Hurt like hell! Won't be surprised if these turn into scabs. Avoid coming here!!! Not worth a dollar!! The whole process took max 10 minutes. Avoidddd!! Writing this review as I'm waiting for this awful pedicure to dry and these scratches are still burning! Read Less

New place and very clean.At first I was disappointed they didn't have OPI or Essie Gel colors to choose from. I ended up settling on a color that came out amazing. The manicurist made my nails look amazing and truly did a good job. I got so many compliments from my friends. They asked where I got my nails done. I wish I had a picture of how good my nails looked! My pedicure came out nice as well. Even though they were pretty busy I was still in and out in a decent amount of time and I did not feel rushed at all. The wait, which they told me would be 5 mins was almost 25 min. Fine... I know its the week before Christmas but don't lie about the wait time. The colors are not organized at all. It was a mess to try to find the exact color I was looking for. Once they "called" me I waited at a station and no one came. When I turn around they had taken the person that came in AFTER me. Needless to say AFTER waiting over 45 min for my mani/pedi, I got up and left. Wasted my time but not worth my money..... Read Less
