I got my nails done today because I'm going on vacation and I was expecting at least a decent job since it wasn't busy in the morning. My gel pedicure came out good and I'm very happy with it. The problem was with my acrylic/gel manicure. The lady didn't not clean my nails at all or shape them the same.... She didn't even use the color that I picked and tried convincing me that 2 coats will get to the color I wanted which it didn't. On top of that they aren't even painted evenly or all around. I decided to get a gel mani/pedi before my class since I had some time to burn. I found this place while driving and decided to give it a whirl. I figured while I was getting my pedicure I could get some work done on my iPad for school, like I do at my typical place. I went in and the man at the front desk was friendly and had me seated right away. Within a few minutes there was a girl wrapping my fingers individually in aluminum foil with nail polish remover covered cotton balls... then she did the same with my toes. I figured we'll I'm not going to get any work done, but this must be how they do things- odd as it seems. Then the girl went to her table and sat texting on her cell phone and talking and laughing with the lady sitting across from her. Another woman came in a little while later and was seated in the chair next to me. The young lady proceed to do the same thing to her nails, but the older lady began her pedicure. After a few minutes, the young lady went over to also help with her nails. At that point I couldn't keep quiet because I had been sitting in aluminum foil for almost 25 minutes. So I piped up and asked how long this was going to take. The young one huffed and told an older lady that I didn't have time to wait. The lady yelled over to me, "You have no time" I said, "No, I've just been sitting here for more than 20 minutes waiting." It wasn't the time, but rather the fact that they were rude and left me sitting there while taking other clients. Another lady finished up and did my pedicure while the girl did my manicure, right there in the pedicure chair. The lady barely cut my toenails, so in a few days I'll have talons; but again I just wanted out of that chair! My whole ordeal lasted just under two hours. I will NEVER return to this place of business again just for their lack of customer service skills alone!! So I got my nails done last Friday because I had just gotten engaged and wanted to show off my ring. By Monday of this week my gel manicure was all peeling off. They looked horrible so I decided to go back and ask if they would redo them. I went in on Thursday to get them redone and it is now Saturday and they are peeling off again. I can't believe how terrible of a job they did. I got a gel manicure last Tuesday and by Thursday there were air pockets under the polish and they were chipping. I've had gel many times and this has never happened. Normally they don't chip and I have no issues ever. They're actually impossible to get off without acetone. I feel like the woman did a good job so maybe it was the quality of the products they use. I had never heard of the brand they carry. Won't come back here again. Read Less

So the place that I usually go to was so busy and I need my nails done before they can take me. I decided to try Jennifer nails because majority of the reviews were high and I've heard good things about them. But in my Pinyan this was probably the worst gel manicure and pedicure I've ever gotten in my life. First of all the place wasn't even clean and the staff wasn't friendly. The person who did my pedicure I might've been her first one ever my nails are uneven not the same shape and I have nail polish on my skin. As for my gel manicure my nails are also on even and not the same shape and they did not put enough layers that you could see through the polish. I've never been more disappointed. Read Less

What a complete disappointed! I made an appointment with the owner and was left to wait a half hour only to be taken by someone else. And it was one of the worst nail jobs I have had done. She clipped my nails too short causing me to bleed, not once three times!  I paid $48 for for a set of nails that were supposed to be curved. NEVER COMING BACK OR WOULD EVER RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE! I would give no stars if I could. Absolutely the worst nail salon I've been to. Last time I got a gel mani that took not even five minutes and was all messed up and when I said something to the guy who did them he just looked at me like he was confused. I just received a pedicure and was surprised when she put hand sanitizer on my feet? My feet are way more dried out then they were when I got here. I will never return here . Read Less
