Nobody does brows like Kolby! I've been to several NYC threading boutiques and have never gotten the same level of care and quality that Kolby gives to keep my unruly brows looking on point. I also just got my hair cut by Nicole and am SO pleased with the results. I have very thick and wavy/curly hair that stylists are usually intimidated by. I was looking for a waxing salon and found this one through Yelp. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable. The salon is beautiful and the owner Kim was welcoming, even introducing me to another customer by name so we could chat while we waited. Kolby, the esthetician is amazing. Very disappointed On time for my noon appt Not washed till at least 12:15 Specifically made appt because of a wedding. Was not booked for  enough  time and she was clearly rushed. Hair looked awful. Not all was curled and was told there were hairs sticking out in the back . Now at another salon paying again so not to be embarrassed later.Giving one star because I have toJust paid 40 to have my hair washed !! Read Less

Leah is absolutely awesome. She's switched to Posh from a much higher priced salon and she's friendly and talented and simply a joy to interact with. The haircut she gave my 4 year-old not only made her look adorable but it managed to capture her personality as a tomboy and make her and I both happy. Couldn't recommend her more strongly. I was trying out this salon for the first time today. Had a 10am appointment and it wasn't open when I arrived. Finally got someone on the phone who indicated that my stylist wasn't coming in today. I never received a phone call cancelling or an apology. Very poor customer service...I had a big event tonight and now I am left with no hair service. Thanks so much for your appalling service! Gabby did my hair and I absolutely loved it! My hair was long and thick I was actually considering chopping it all off but I didn't want to get rid of my long hair! She gave me lots of layers! She made sure it blended well with my bangs too. It made my hair feel and look a 100 times better! Read Less

The prices of this place are ridiculous. I am in a wheel chair (after an accident) and just asked them to wash my hair (I offered even bringing my own shampoo and conditioner and didn't need a blow dry; I just needed the special chair they use in hair salons for hair washing). The price I got for just washing my short hair is $35. I think this is a total rip off. Read Less
