After a long weekend I found myself in desperate need of a pedicure. I heard great things about LA Perfections so I decided to try them. They close at 5pm on Sunday but when I got there they said they would stay open just for me. Kim was my nail technician and she took her time. I’m on my feet all day everyday and I need someone to “Go to town on Myra’s feet!” She did a great job and took her time. Even going back to fix anything she missed. She kept insisting she wanted everything to be just right because she wanted me to come back. They are clean, friendly, and sufficient. I found my new manicure, pedicure haven. As a business owner myself, I’ve stayed open all kinds of hours for guest, new and old. This was the universe bringing it back to me. I’m very grateful and pleased with the results. I went there yesterday and 3 of my nails already chipped... Also the woman who did my nails was watching a movie on her phone WHILE doing my nails. Horrible people. Poor cultured. They talk in foreign language within themselves and don't even interact with the customer at all. They keep forgetting putting lotion while doing pedicure and manicure not just once but many times. I have to remind them.first they agreed they fogot, second time they said I know how to do my job🤔very rude. And yeah, I just checked my bank statement yesterday, they charged me more than they promised me to do the service. I am going after them for this cheating. TERRIBLE experience here. I had a gel manicure done by one of the older women. She cut up at least 6 or 7 of my fingers while doing my cuticles. She hardly apologized and laughed it off, saying MY HANDS were the problem. My nail beds were inflamed and stung for a week. Do not risk your health or waste your money going here. Terrible service. I took my child to this place and they did what they normally do. Try to upsell. I went in to speak to the person in charge and the young guy in the front automatically had an attitude. Don’t try to get over our kids. They are the future. I know you’re a business and want to sell but not with a ugly person sitting in the front of the store. So since my daughter changed her mind about getting what they were trying to sell she had to get in the back of the line and wait. He wasn’t even bothered because he doesn’t not care. I'm so glad to have read the other reviews (wish I had read them before I went) because I thought, 'could it really be this awful??' It was! Here's why:1. They were downright nasty.2. The nail tech said exactly 4 words to me: "Gels?" " You pay now?"3. Everyone of my nails is a different length and none of them are the length or shape I wanted.4. The hand massage lasted literally 2 seconds. There were big globs of lotion still on my hands even after she threw a blazing hot washcloth on them for another record 2 seconds.5. The nail tech literally threw my change at me--they don't take any plastic. Needless to say I did NOT throw a tip back at her. Worst pedicure I have experienced in my life. Tried treating my mom to a nice time and workers could care less about their work. Cut my foot open and spent less than 20 mins total! I hope this place shuts down and business plummets. I can't believe they changed $50 for 2 pedicures. Read Less

I went to get a full set done, I asked for short squared nails. They aren't terrible but I can see how some of the nails aren't properly shaped, some are an even and it drives me crazy. I got gel nail polish, the lady that did my nails did two coats of it but some nails look like they have 4 coats of polish. My nails aren't as short as like them. I didn't like they're pricing, I can get a full set some cheaper somewhere else. I didn't tip the nail technician because she wasn't very friendly, she cut 3 of my fingers while filing them, and I had already spent too much money on nails i don't really love. I'm going somewhere else to get them reshaped. I don't think I'll ever come back. They were very clean and sanitary but because quality of the work isn't worth the prices. Read Less

Horrible job! Gel full set looked nothing like what I requested. Got nail infection on my big toe that was cut during my pedicure. Horrible place, over priced with poor service. They had a young girl on her school break working on my manicure and pedicure WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!! Read Less

I don't particularly like men doing my nails especially my feet and when I told the manager I didn't want a man touching my feet, she gave me Jody and she was exceptional. Had my finger nails, toes and eyebrows done and I loved them all. I also have tried Kennedy and she is awesome Read Less

This place is inconsistent. Sometimes service is good, sometimes it is horrible. The man in the front is quite pleasant but his wife always looks like she is ready to hurt you. Stick with the OPI gels as they seem to last longer here. Read Less
