Alicia has been doing my nails and waxing for years as well as her sister Judy doing my pedicures. They accommodate me as I am always a walk in and my nails come out perfect every time. Went twice with no problem. First time got french and didn't think too much about the price cause french is always kind of pricey. Second time I asked if a certain polish was the same price and must have been misunderstood because it was a gel polish that was an additional 15 dollars. I let it go and left very happy with the design. Third time here and just left very unhappy because I did not wish to spend an additional 15 today for gel nail polish. Whenever I went anywhere ...to do gel fills regardless of whether I did gel nail polish on top of the finished nail or regular polish, the place always does a gel overlay to complete the look. That way you seal in the pretty shine and color/design. I opted out of the additional 15 upcharge for gel polish with the impression that you'd get the standard gel overlay even with regular polish. Once I was done they said to dry my nails. At first I thought I needed to dry for just a minute to put the overlay. When I saw the manicurist started someone else I asked when they were going to add the finishing gel overlay. They stated "they don't do that unless you use the gel polish". So I said "in 3 days this might all be off? She said Yes"! So I just paid 40 dollars for a fill, a very simple 1 stencil air brush design on my ring fingers only to have it wear off in 3 days?! I stated "this isn't some 8 dollar manicure". You expect to have nice nails until your next fill, not be conned into having to pay an upcharge for nails to last when you just paid 40 plus to have them look nice for up to 2-3 weeks. The manicurist also noticed I had gotten too close to the fan for the air brush to dry and instead of redoing it he left it and left paint all around my nails from the air brush. If I could give this unhappy nail place 0 stars I would. They are horrible. I got a liquid gel fill and the owner messed up 3 times! He didn't take all of my nail polish off the first time so when he put a clear color over it, it looked like mold (from the previous gold color I had on). Then he redid the gel coat with cheap polish and it was so rigidy like a dry nail polish bottle. I had the worst experience of my life. Let alone I paid 40 dollars I usually pay 25 with everything and still get a better job. Owner is an ass and just wants money instead of customer satisfacrtion. 24 hours and nails are chipped peeling and diminishing. DO NOT COME HERE- OVERPRICED FOR LOW QUALITY EVERYTHING. Read Less

Very unsatisfied. I went in with a few acrylic nails off(normal for me) first thing nail guy states is I need a full set. I said well how much he quoted 40 for a full set plus 15 for gel color. He assumed I had gel nails not acrylic even after he filed my nails off. How does a nail tech not know the difference in acrylic versus gel tips. After stating I wanted them square they came out horrible. Gel Polish all over my nails not presentable at all. Every nail is crooked. I've been to many salons in the area and this one is by far the worst. Do not pay $15 for gel color everywhere else charges $5. To summarize the tech does not know how to shape or color by any means. Could not understand what they were telling me. I was new to the gel purchase so I overpayed five dollars after leaving genours tip had to stand there while she tried to get my refund on my credit card for close to one hour. Meanwhile man that worked there and myself were telling her just give me the 5 dollars back in cash she kept telling man Shut up and telling me she won't give money back to anyone. Read Less

First time customer today. Clean, and friendly. Tools are all sanitized. Enjoyed the exfoliation and hot towel with my pedicure. Cash special was $20. Would have liked a better massage chair (mine seemed to lack power) and more scrubbing on my ruff heels. But overall great experience. I will be back. Read Less

i used to get gel maicures here...its ok...most of the girls are nice and the place seems pretty clean. DO NOT get your eyelashes done tho! OMG. supposed to last two weeks, lasted two hours and it was so painful. really really hard to find good places in this area! Read Less
