I wish I can give them zero stars worst experience ever they sat there and argued with while the guy smoked a cigarette in the salon telling me to shut up, screaming at me putting his fingers on my face, very unprofessional, they rush to do my nails, he sat there and said I complain to much, like I'm not complaining I just want my nails done they way I want them because at end of the day I'm paying for them, but he refused to fixs my nails he wanted me to pay all over again for a mistake he did, so biggest suggestion DONT GET YOUR NAILS DONE THERE !!!!!!!!! I wish I could give them zero stars the worst experience I've ever had in more than 20yrs going to nail salons. I posted pictures of how my nails look just 10 days after going over there. The guy that did my nails clearly had no idea what he was doing, I needed to soak my gel tips which afterwards I was told that they should have been soaked and peeled off by way of sanding down ,this man used a cuticle remover to take the gel off completely ruining my natural nails under. I've Been going to Susan's for  about 15 Years and let me tell you since these new owners took over it's been disgusting.  I love Susan, Mary, Kim and their Mom and Dad.  They really knew how to do nails and took great care of their customers.  These people are so rude and disrespectful, I really don't know how they are surviving.  I hope the original Susan's Nails open their own place again. Beware! Becareful who does your eyebrows.  You may be unlucky as i was today.  I have been coming here for ten yrs ...there are new owners now and new ppl there. The lady who did my eyebrows did such a horrible job that i am now mortified to walk around in public. So I come in for an acrylic filling which I usually get done in ny but 1 of my nails broke as I removed my bracelet.the lady was nice but I couldn't believe when she told me that they charge to cut your nails. !!That's part of getting your nails done. A little trim here and there.they don't have many colors to choose from and what they have Seems very old. Also when she finished with her previous costumer she didn't even wait long enough for the poor customer to get up she literally wanted me to seat on the customer's lap.Obviously having said that, she didn't wash her hands or sanitized anything before she started working on my nails. The nails came out ok. But only after I corrected her a million times. She cut part of my cuticle which was bleeding and painful and when I asked her for a topical to stop the bleeding and disinfect  she put nail polish remover :( .Very painful. This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to in my entire life, I get my nails done weekly from other nail salons and decided to get a pedicure here with my best friend. The lady did not know how to give a pedicure at all. She cut my toe nails in a circle when they were already squared, she did not put a base coat of paint it well. It had a lot of bumps as if I painted it myself. The nail salon doesn't even carry Essie or OPI they carry an unknown brand. I have never been to a nail salon so unprofessional.
