So I have been here several times because of the location. It is literally less than a 5 minute walk for me.  But I have to rate them low because of their poor service. The pedicures are okay, which is why I gave it 1 star. The technicians that do the manicures are not friendly, especially not to brown people and get irritated when you ask questions. When it is time for your manicure it's like everyone is looking around to see if they can hand you off to someone else. In addition, the gel manicure is $40 and it NEVER lasts more than 2 weeks.I've decided that I will stop being lazy and take the walk to some of the other nail salons in the area.I suggest you do the same and don't go here. Did this place change management?  It used to be a nice experience and today it was just bad. Got a pedicure and the woman cut the skin around my toe. Got a gel manicure and the esthetician did not say a word. Need to find a better place than this. Read Less

Decent uptown nail salon that takes both walk-ins and appointments. While I typically go downtown to Nail Atelier, this is the only uptown salon I find myself coming back to if I need my nails done and I'm in the area. Unlike other uptown salons, you don't NEED an appointment to get your nails done (shocking, I know...). They do a good job (disclosure: I've only gotten regular mani/pedi here) but because there's limited chairs, you may find yourself waiting a while if you come on a weekend afternoon without an appointment. The waiting area is not conducive to hold many people either. I got a chair massage here for the first time and it was the best chair massage I've gotten at a nail salon recently. Read Less

I've been coming here for about a year and a half. Nancy had been doing my uv gel manicures, and recently advised that I change to just gel polish to get my nails healthier. I have been getting silk wraps, then acrylic, then the uv gel for over twenty years. I took her advice and for the first time my nails look healthy and strong. While yes, they do a fine job on nails, I cannot support this business. I was getting a manicure and the technician starts yelling at another employee not by her name, but by her race. I was appalled! The technician was freaking out that she her base coat polish was moved from her station. Sure, that's probably frustrating but to degrade your employee in any situation is disgusting. After my manicure, I did not leave a tip and she had the nerve to ask me about it! I said "Why would I tip you when you are rude?" and I left. Will NEVER go back here. Reporting them to BBB! Read Less

It's a very pretty salon. I didn't get a very good gel manicure. I usually go to Bliss, but it was fully booked so I tried this place out. They charge the same amount as Bliss, $40, but my gel manicure here only lasted 8 or 9 days before it started peeling off several fingers. My gel manicures at Bliss usually last 3 weeks or more. The manicurist also filed my natural nails down way too far for a simple gel manicure, so they're in really bad shape until they can grow out. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Read Less

Just moved here, and was looking for my new "go-to" nail place. I get both gel mani and pedi, trust me, so worth it! My first gel mani was done by a male, and he did a great job. Lasted the appropriate length of time. Did go in for a small fix a week or so after, which they repaired no problem. I then went back for a mani/pedi, pedi massage was fantastic and both feet and hands look great! I'll be back!Read Less
