***UPDATE*** 3/24/17I went to Tutti today for the first time since writing my review in January. There, I learned that the situation that I wrote about below has been resolved; the manager that was treating the employees so poorly has left. I would like to thank the owner of Tutti for looking into the situation and taking action. I will certainly be coming back often, and will spread the word about this nail salon that has a great (clean, fresh) atmosphere, top notch nail services and an owner that truly cares about the well being of his employees and customers.. 5 Stars!!!*******I have been going to Tutti every week for about a year. I love the salon because it's clean, nicer than the average quick manicure spot and super close to where I live. Almost since I began going there, I've booked my appointments with Mimi, because she does a really good job, is super professional and sweet and always makes me feel very special - for example, she always gets me a cup of tea, knows which colors I like, etc.My last 3 visits, however, I noticed the manager has treated her terribly. Last time I was there, the manager actually yelled at Mimi in front of me and other customers. Mimi was on the verge of tears and my heart broke for her. It seems like the manager is borderline verbally abusive to her and the other hispanic workers. I worry how the manager treats her when customers aren't there, since she treats her so poorly when customers are present. I asked to speak to the owner to discuss the treatment of the employees, but the owner doesn't seem to ever be in the salon. I can't find an email address of the owner to write a proper email, so I'm writing this yelp review in case the owner reads these reviews. If you are reading, please look into the treatment of your employees by the manager at the Hoboken location. I would hate to take my business elsewhere, but will have to do so - and soon - if the situation is not resolved. This is a small town where businesses are run in large part by word of mouth. I often bring friends to the salon and highly recommend it to my mom friends in hoboken. But will have to pause my recommendation until the situation is resolved. I rate this salon 5 stars for experience but only 2 because of the aformentioned situation. I will change my star review once the situation is resolved. Read Less
