Good results, but appalling service which unfortunately could not outweigh the nice nail art. My friend and I felt rushed, our nail beds were cut and bleeding. And to the man today who walked around the store as if he owned the place - your manners are absolutely appalling. Your rude invasive gestures, persistent personal questions and cocky attitude made us feel extremely uncomfortable. It's such a shame having unmannered staff around because all the other ladies were kind and polite. To the lady in pink: your nail art skills are great despite the accidental nail bed cut. Be sure to come during the week for "happy hour"- for a spa pedicure you can receive a 15% off discount. I usually chose the Lemon Spa Pedicure or Green Tea Pedicure. The Lemon Spa Pedicure comes out to be only $34 with the discount. A great value considering most deluxe pedicures start at $40/$45. This is one of the worst experiences I have had at a nail salon. I asked for tips with regular polish and one glitter nail. The lady, Lusy, who did my appointment,  cut my nails super short, and then put the initial extensions on crooked. After I said something she assured me they would fix them after she was done by cutting them. I tried to clarify that i meant crooked not long and they continued to say they knew what I meant.They dip powder which is nice but because of inexperience, i was left with uneven lumpy nails. During the shaping of the tips, i had to show a picture and correct mistakes many times. During filing I was cut 2 times to the point of bleeding and during the grinding of the nails I was cut to the point bleeding 3 more times. They were apologetic but didn't try to make it right in any way. I had no hot towel for the manicure and was given an attitude when asking  for help finding the right red nail polish to match the glitter. I ended up with an almost black color that didn't come close to match. At this point I was eager to leave to avoid more problems and just didn't care about the color. I just got my nails done and it was so bad. The girl was doing my nails in a rush, it was SNS and she never polished them before applied the top coat. Now they look pretty cheap. After three visits to three different nail salons, I am happy to announce that I will call Show Nail Spa my go to place! This salon is so clean and the setup was def well thought out. Upon entering, you're greeted by a worker or two and asked what service  you would like. If you've never been, take the time to see the variety of things they offer. After that, you're instructed to go and pick out a color and let me tell you, you'll be in nail polish heaven. SOOOOOOO MANY COLORS TO CHOOSE FROM. After all of that, you're seated and the nail glam starts. The salon is extremely clean. They are constantly using new tools rather than sharing among one another which is a huge plus! They also really take their time with your nails and don't seem to be in a rush. There's also complimentary back massage with a mani. I would advise anyone coming to bring cash. Any purchase $35 and over (CASH) will receive a free lip wax or eyebrow wax. Also, cash just makes tipping easier, etc. There are also certain days when you can receive 15% off so I would def try and make it when that's going only. Normally, I would pay $20 for a gel manicure prior to moving to this area. For a gel manicure here you're looking at about $35 on a regulars day and about $30 with 15% off. Read Less

The whole staff was so nice & Nancy had such an attention for detail I was very impressed & pleased with how my nails came out due to that!! I never usually speak up when something I don't like is being done with my nails but Nancy's demeanor was so pleasing it was easy to ask her to fix my color. They have a 10-3:30pm "happy hour" 15% which was great! I've come here several times and always have a very pleasant experience. Recently I have gone to Elaine two time and she is my favorite !! Such a nice person and takes her time to do my nails and massages. I literally feel like falling asleep on the chair. My gel manicures last 2 weeks in good condition, can push another week. This place is extremely clean and everyone is polite which is why I like to go here. I've brought my boyfriend, my mom, and friends to this salon and everyone has a wonderful experience. Read Less

I can't believe there are 4.5 stars for this place. We've given it two tries and both times had horrible customer service. I came in with my two stepdaughters.First off, they don't say hello, how are you, any type of conversation. Second, I said right off the bat that we would all be paying separately. I had to say this five times over the course of the manicure. If I'd come in with two girlfriends, they would have had no issue! My girls were spending their own money and gift cards, learning important lessons around paying for your own things.Early on, the women doing the girl's manicures were pointing at their fingernails and laughing to each other. I'm not a paranoid person, this was legit. Yes, one of the girl's has short nails but who cares?At one point, one of the women asked if one of my girls was my 'friend's sister' after I'd repeatedly said they are my family. It was so weird.When it came time to pay, they charged my credit card for both me and one of my girls. When I reminded them, yet again, they were paying with their own money, they said "We don't accept credit cards for under $20." Which wasn't made clear before hand. And they charged one of my girls an adult manicure rate but without giving her the hand massage or extra time. One of my girls had a gift card and I ended up paying cash for the other two of us.The worst part about our experience was that they didn't give a shit. They honestly didn't care that they were losing customers. The girls were well-behaved (and trust, I will admit when they're not,) and we did not make a big deal out of all this misunderstanding at the time. ive gone to this place for eyebrow waxing and this last time i went the first lady didnt speak english at all. i have no idea what she was saying. then the next girl spoke some english did them said she was done and left one eye brow too thick and then some how cut my other eyebrow top and bottom! never in all the places i have gone has this happened. i will never go back here.Read Less

I tried this place twice. Both times were not great experiences. The first time I called ahead for an appointment and was told that for acrylic fill I could just walk in. I got there and was told there was a wait and i should have called ahead. When I explained that I already did, they got me in a chair pretty quick which was nice accommodation. However, they removed my polish and left me waiting for 20+ minutes. At this point I couldn't leave with my nails looking like the attached picture. Then, as they filed my nails they kept hitting my skin, causing me to react and pull my hand back a little each time. Instead of saying sorry or being careful, they looked at me and asked in an annoyed way "what?" like it was my fault. The work they did was decent but the experience was awful. At the end, I didn't have cash and had to add a tip via credit card. The lady looked at me and grunted with annoyance again. I shouldn't even have tipped at all. I went a second time today, to give them the benefit of the doubt. Walked in, didn't get approached for my need until about 10 minutes later (after picking out a color). I said i was here for acrylic fill (again) and the lady said "sorry, that takes too long" and basically turned my business away. The service provided was so bad and the staffs were so rude! There were bubbles on my nails after it was done and the surface is so rough. It wasn't just one nail but all of it! Edit: I have previously given this salon 5* but after returning from holidays I find there is a new owner. He has ZERO control over a busy salon, he was rude and I saw many women just sitting around for someone to attend to them for long periods of time. My nails were ok but not to the previous standard and the service was terrible. I requested a manicure but didn’t get one. Was charged for one but couldn’t be bothered to argue the cost after the rude service. After almost 8 ...years coming here, I won’t be back.
