Ok, I have to comment after seeing some reviews. I gave been getting my nails done for a very long time. Tried a lot of nail salons and spent a lot of money. When I came here and Son did my nails, I was impressed. My nails are hard to do as he said and its very hard to impress me, but I was. What I love about this place is that Son, the manager, doesn't take our ratings and comments lightly. If they are high he will praise the work of the tech, but it's low and unsatisfactory..., he tends to business quick as far as to fire techs for their bad work. He does care what we think and all he wants is to satisfy us and keep us happy. What I don't like is the one time I had to go elsewhere to get nails done all because my appointment was never written in and when I got there the front desk chick said "yes I got u right here" (not Amanda) when in actuality, I wasn't.. come to find out 45 minutes later that it wasn't even my name. I was mad, but... I came back told Son about it and everything is fine. Next time I'll make sure Amanda is the one that writes my name down and not the younger chick. Love may she’s honestly extremely talented! However get anyone other than her and her husband and be prepared to pay different prices each time! Last time someone tried charging me 5$ more to file my already coffin nails coffin again ummmmmm ?? Needless to say my bi weekly visits that my friend and I do will be done elsewhere. Read Less

I went in 1 hour before closing time. I wanted a jelly pedicure with gel polish and a nail dip manicure. The staff was great and worked on my hand and feet at the same time so I could have both done. My nails have NEVER looked better! They did such a great job and the jelly pedicure was AMAZING. My new favorite pedicure. I would definitely recommend this place. Well worth 5 stars. Read Less

I paid for a full leg wax. I've never done this before but she only did the front of my thighs and barely down the outer sides, not inside or the back of them. I've had 3 back surgeries in the last year and a half so shaving is not something I've done in some. 3/4 of my thighs are still full of hair. I've been coming here since they opened. Love this place. I have used nail salons all over Central Florida and I think they are the best in Central Florida area. I have been going to Cocoon Urban Nails since they opened because I tend to follow the best nail technician. In this case, it is SULAN. Sulan is the best with mani pedi and eye brow wax. She does it all. Not only is the quality of her work top notch, she is always positive, friendly and professional. I left my previous Salon to follow her and glad I did. The salon is clean, everyone is friendly, always offers bottled water, great massage chairs, have the latest and greatest in nail products and service and they care for all their customers. Sulan goes the extra mile to make sure I am happy and I just love her and this salon. I highly recommend Sulan and this salon. I now live 30 min away and didnt think twice about driving this far. Extremely unprofessional and very poor service. Even though i missed one appointment with them, when i called to make an appointment again few days ago they lied to me on the phone that i have missed their appointment 5 times. I requested them to check their appointment book but they refused to check again and continued with their made up story that i missed my appointment 5 times. In reality, it's them who closed their facility early 2 times without notifying me and i had to find out by showing up on time for my appointment. If you like rude and unprofessional service, this is your go to place otherwise save yourself some pain and go to other better nail salons. Read Less
