If I could give 0 stars I would...worst place to ever get your nails done. Linda was the one who did my full set acrylic nails on 06/26/2017.To begin I made an appointment with Lynn. She wasn't available so Linda took me. Apparently Linda also had an appointment at 6:30 for another client. So now I'm sitting in a chair waiting with my nails half done.She got upset because I didn't want gel done I wanted just regular nail polish personal preference. She proceeded to tell me how I didn't know about nails and whatnot. I did not leave a tip because one they had me waiting while I had made an appointment, two she told me I didn't know what I was talking about for not choosing gel. Now today 06/27/2017 I go to work begin typing and piling my drawers out to get my paper work ready and my index finger nail broke....furious at this point.I call to Chic nails and explain to them I was in the day before to get my nails done and that it had broken already, Linda was the one that answer and she said it was my fault the nail broke. I recently purchased a house in the area and I'm looking for a nearby salon to frequent for years to come. I walked in without an appointment on a Saturday to check the place out. I understand Saturday morning/afternoons are generally busy so my expectations were pretty low to begin with (in terms of wait time). It took about an hour and a half to have a very basic pedicure done and was left waiting yet again to have my nails refilled. Due to the painstakingly long wait time for a simple pedicure I asked to pay and left. If they knew they were this understaffed or overbooked I would've preferred to have been turned away at the door to be completely honest. I will also add that the woman at the front desk was rude and generally dismissive because I didn't have an appointment (she made it very clear!). I came here since I moved to the area and a friend highly recommended this salon because of the owner. My first visit was not what I expected, she was not very friendly considering I was a new patron.  My 2nd visit i went in for a pedicure and a gel polish change. I wanted to try something different and have a little design to my pedi and manicure. Mind you these are MY natural nails. $72 later!!! Are they crazy?! $72 for a gel mani & regular pedi?! The woman charged me $5 for each nail that had a design when I specifically asked prior to her even doing it she said it would be $5 extra to the base price. I am extremely disappointed at how overpriced this was. I didn't have anything extravagant either. Everything used was nail polish. Where the heck does one person pay $72 for this? I can go to my old shop 30 minutes away and that $72 could cover 2 people. And a mani. RIDICULOUS!! Read Less

Recently moved to the area and stopped by this salon on my way home from work yesterday (3/21/17) for a gel manicure & pedicure- I was seated in the pedicure chair right away and a very sweet woman (Maria, I think?) did my pedicure & manicure- didn't take long and she & another one of the girls helped me find the gel color I was looking for. Don't come here!  Unprofessional.  Waited an hour for a pedicure.  They had my feet in cold water with no bath salts. I had to ask for bath salts and NEW water that was warm.  Very frustrating. ..should have gone to my regular place but was trying to kill time 4 my next appointment. DON'T COME HERE Read Less

Went in to get a pink and white refill, since my usual nail spot closed. The nail techs were very rude and all stood around me for about half the time I was there. My nail tech messed up my nails three times and cut up my fingers pretty badly. After three hours waiting they charged me $40 which is very overpriced for a fill. The manager checked my nails and sent me back because they were still messed up. The nail tech blamed me for choosing the wrong shade of acrylic, of which I never had a choice.
