First time AND Last time!!! The guy messed up my nail and instead of fixing it, he put more polish and topcoat on it. The owner is rude, they don't like if you just want a regular mani and not gel. It looks like a five year old did my It is absolutely filthy also. nails.Read Less

Had a good experience both times I came here. Place is conveniently located but definitely no frills. I don't really like the way they remove the gel polish, they soak your fingers directly in a bowl of acetone. Hurts after a while. End result is good but not a very pampering experience. Read Less

ZERO STARS! Worst experience and never going back. Owner was very rude and yelled when I asked if she could file my nails evenly. She had a huge attitude. When I explained what I wanted - she was mad that I didn't go with what she suggested even though when I initially came in and showed the picture she said that she could do it. Cheap prices, good work, not so great customer service. I got a pedicure. Then I said I wanted to get a manicure. She asked if I wanted gel, I said no, just regular. Her response was "whatever". Then when she was doing my nails, she stopped so she could text a lengthy message. Rude. The mani and pedi were good, but I won't go back. You get what you pay for. Read Less

The owner has the most disgusting attitude. She acts nice when she sees new clients and then once you keep coming back, you'll notice how rude she actually is and that her technicians don't stay long either. I know a few who've left her and went to work somewhere else... I was once the last person there before they closed and the turned the lights out on me WHILE I was drying my nails. I went a few weeks ago and they made fun of the color I picked. About 5 manicurists were all laughing and even though they spoke in another language it wasn't difficult to figure it out. This freakfest went on for about 20 minutes. On my way out I should have thrown a dollar bill at her for the tip. I will never go back. Read Less

this place is unbelievable. I went there for just a polish change. She said no refill. I said no just   an american gel polish change. She said ohhh no we don't do that ... it will polish change is an additional  15$ with a refill. I said I just told you only polish change. she said  that will be 25$ I said what ......... let me leave b4 I cuss you completely out. You have no customers and you have the audacity to part your lips to say 25$ for a gel polish change........... this is why your shop is completely empty and I will be putting u on yelp. Read Less

I took my daughter and her best friend here today for a gel manicure and pedicure.  The lady told me an hour to come back for them.  When I returned I was extremely disappointed with what I saw.  My daughter had a glob of polish on her big toe, which ok, we asked them to wipe it off, which they did, but it still looked ehhhhh.  Her nails which we asked for matching polish for nails and toes, were completely different colors.  We also asked for Mickey Mouse ears to be painted on the ring fingers.  I was told her nails were too small in the beginning, but they attempted to do it anyway.  The one hand was ok and the other hand was awful.   But I kept reminding her that her nails are too small so maybe that was why it looked deformed.  Then I went over to look at her friends nails.  They too were not the same color as her toes and when she was done drying in the uv light and she showed me the manicure, i nearly had a heart attack.  Her nails looked like a 3 year old painted them.  They were not smooth, all bubbly looking and there was paint all over her skin.  When I said something to the lady who did them, her reply was " just wash you fingers and it will come off".  I said to her, "this is awful and it looks like a little kid painted them."  After going back and forth with her telling me to wash her fingers, she proceeded to charge me $92.00 for the girls.  I was appalled at the customer service here.  Instead of offering not to charge me for it or redo it, she said nothing but "I'm sorry".  I paid my bill and left.  I would never ever step foot in that place again.  And coming from someone in the cosmetology industry, she should have offered to redo it or not charge me.  My clients would never stand for that!!
