I went here with my girlfriend at about 9:50am on June 2nd. Everyone was super pleasant and although I am a guy and it was my first pedicure I had ever gotten, I felt completely comfortable and at home. Brittany (who I had gotten my pedi from) was very pleasant and even though I was a guy she was still gentle and made sure nothing hurt me. Ty (the woman who did my girlfriends manicure) was very friendly and very sweet. She did an amazing job with her nails and was very welcoming. Everyone at The Nail Cafe was overall pleasant. I finally found my nail care home.  The owner and her staff are so friendly which makes the atmosphere warm and inviting and encourages customers to interact.  Not to take anything away from the men, but the Nail Cafe is like going to your good girlfriends house.  The ladies are fantastic with their craft and a unhappy client is non-existent because if there is a problem the ladies will fix it. I love the way the ladies help each other to make sure everyone becomes an expert. So many WONDERFUL things to say about the Nail Cafe, beginning from my phone call to make my appointment! Thai (the owner) took my call on a busy Saturday and although I wanted her and she so nicely explained that she had a packed schedule, she confidently explained that another technician would be able to take care of me...even after I explained to her that I am very particular about my nails. When I arrived That immediately greeted me by name, and asked for Brie to wrap my nails, and she did so with pleasure!!!! Brie later introduced me to my technician Rosa and the WONDERFUL experience continued!!!! Rosa patiently worked with me as I developed my design choices based on my color choices. Rosa CONSISTENTLY (not in an annoying way) asked if she was hurting me and if I was okay as she trimmed my cuticles and filed my nails. Rosa & Thai worked together to achieve the look that I wanted and make me feel comfortable! I am VERY PARTICULAR about where I get my nails done and who I provide money to for a service. LOOOOVE THIS PLACE! Recently visited a highly rated salon only to leave $60 poorer with terrible nails. Thai referred to them as chiclets after I requested natural looking nails. I wanted to take them off and start over but somehow she worked magic on them. To top it off everyone at the salon was so sweet and personable. I felt like a part of the family although it was my very first time here. There was a steady flow of regulars and I was just a walk in, but I never at any moment felt like I was being rushed. Had a great experience today with Tina!I came in to get a full set manicure for my wedding tomorrow and Tina did an amazing job. She was friendly, efficient and very customer-service oriented. I lived in Central Jersey for several years and spent over five years going my previous nail tech; after moving to this area, I just couldn't make the hour drive every couple of weeks to get my nails done. (I tried for 6 months as I LOVED my tech) So, I started looking for places down here. I made an appointment at the Nail Cafe and had my nails done by Thai, the owner. She was awesome! So sweet and such a great conversation the entire time. I originally made my appointment for a gel overlay with gel polish, which is my usual. But then I saw and asked about the dip powder nail product that she had, and decided to go with that after she gave me ample information comparing the two. I eventually want to transition back to my natural nail and The dip powder is better for that because it requires no drilling. I was so grateful for the information and impeccable service! Also, the prices weren't bad at all. My old nail tech was in a Hamilton NJ strip mall and the prices were pretty good; I was expecting Haddonfield to be significantly more expensive. My service wound up being two dollars more than what I used to pay in Hamilton. ($62 vs $60 for nail fill and pedicure) not bad! I will continue to make appointments with Thai and happy to have found a new go-to nail salon!(PS -- while getting my nails done, another girl walked in and asked for a gel manicure. They charge $25 for a plain gel manicure; they do take walkins but they also take appointments!) Read Less

SO happy i found this place! i used to go to a different salon and pay close to $50 for manicures that weren't all that great. the nail cafe is MUCH more affordable and my nails look WAYYYYY better. the staff was super friendly and made sure i was 100% happy with my manicure before charging me for anything. i will absolutely be going back soon :) Read Less

Absolutely love love love this place. The owner Thai is amazing and ever since I went there a few months ago I don't go anywhere else. I'm very picky about who I let touch my face for eyebrows and she never disappoints. I also get very intricate designs and she can do ANYTHING. I absolutely love my lashes! I had my lashes permed and tinted by Jeni and I totally loved the outcome however, during my follow up appointment I decided I wanted to do the lash extensions instead and I'm smitten. The lash extensions make my eyes look big and I love that, the only downfall is that these are a little hard maintenance as you have to practice some level of care to ensure they last.
