I wanted to like them because they are super close to my house & the prices are great & the lady who I assume is the manager is extremely kind. But... I had terrible experience, worst acrylics ive ever gotten. went here twice - both times I got a full set of acrylics - I got them decently long both times - first time was supposed to be stiletto nails , second was supposed to be coffin nails. Both times the nail were not shaped the way it was supposed to be at all. The manager attempted to correct the girl and tell her how to do it, but the person doing my nails still didn't do the shape correctly. they also messed up the Polish both times, the girl hit the wet nail and chipped it and then blamed it on me a minute later and didn't fix it correctly. The worst part of all tho is both times barely any glue was put on the tips & the acrylic was too thin - the nails all fell off within a week. The second time, I told the girl that last time I was here they didn't put enough glue or acyrlic and they only lasted a week - and asked if she could please put more glue & thicker acrylic.. she said that it's normal for them to only last a week - and that if I want them to stay on I have to get gel nail polish - otherwise they will only last a week . I said in the nicest way possible that every other salon I've been to the nails can last 3 or 4 weeks before falling off - and you're supposed to get them filled within 2-3 weeks if you want to keep them on.. If they are supposed to fall off within a week why do they do fills ?? And she basically just repeated the same thing and said I should get gel nail polish. I said okay no thanks. but seriously how would gel nail polish make them stay on?? Anyway so after I even asked her to put more glue on & make them thicker she still barely put any glue & the second pair fell off in a week as well. This is not how acrylics are supposed to be - I've been getting them for years. These are the worst full sets I have ever recieved at any salon. I probably won't be going back & if I do I would request the main lady who seems to be the manager instead & I probably would only go for a pedicure or eyebrow wax.. if I go again I will update this but it's unlikely after these experiences. Acrylics are supposed to stay on for 2-3 weeks until you get them filled no problem - you should NOT have to get a brand new set everytime you go. I'm not gonna get a fill after a week...

Went in a half hour before closing and Jackie said No, we had to go elsewhere because they were closing. She was very rude, there was no need, she could have explained there wasn't enough time (although) there was. Won't be going there again, and I'll try and away anyone else from going either

I stopped in to ask if I can use the restroom. The woman immediately was rude and said this is not a public restroom. At a glance I seen some of the nail work it was pretty but because I was shunned from the beginning I would not think about going in there to get my nails done ever now. I was going to be a possible customer but that was quickly diminished. The are had local people having yard sales and I am not in the area all the time and did not realize what places were around. As an outsider and possible new customer I felt unwanted and I I did ask nicely. The places that I frequent in my hometown area are less ignorant and more people friendly. I guess ignorance is bliss

They are a very skilled, professional nail salon. I have been going to this salon since they originally opened in Oaklyn, approx. 5 years ago. The staff are, exactly like their name, Top Line. I highly recommend Top Line Nails for all the services they offer. The staff are the nicest, friendliest and skilled technicians you could ever meet. They know and remember your name! They are like family. I visit the salon every 2 weeks. Prices are reasonable. .

I've been going to this place for at least 5 yrs. I started in Oaklyn when they were Pretty Nails and folllowed them to Haddon Heights. They are all great! I usually get Jackie. She is sociable and nice and remembers everything we talk about. It's like double therapy. Ive never had a bad experience. The only thing is they are quite busy at times, but all i do is call and ask if they can fit me in. Their prices are great and i always get compliments on my nails. Pedicures are great here, she always gets my hang-nails out. It may hurt at first, but it always feels so much better a few hours later and i know i really need this. Ive recommended many people come here and they have and loved it! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

This is the new location for what was formerly Pretty Nails on White Horse Pike. I had come to love Pretty Nails and it was my regular nail salon, and admittedly felt a little nervous about going to the new location. Top Line Nails really looks exactly like Pretty Nails - the decor is the same and the technicians are the same as well. The nail polish selection is the same as well. The only subtle difference was the attentiveness while waiting. All the technicians were seeing other customers when I walked in (totally understandable and quite normal for a good nail salon) but I was not even acknowledged for at least a half hour. Normally, when a customer walks in, they are greeted and asked what services they would like, and are told to wait for a bit. In this case, I wondered if anyone had noticed me. Eventually, I was brought over to the pedicure station and my feet were being soaked. I figured it was almost time for my pedicure, but it actually was another half hour until my pedicure began.All that being said, I found that, as it was at Pretty Nails, they did an absolutely impeccable job on my nails. Flawless, careful, and beautiful. They really take such good care of you so you look and feel your best. I would highly recommend Top Line Nails to anyone - just be prepared to wait and don't fret if they don't seem to notice you for awhile!

I wanted to like them because they are super close to my house & the prices are great & the lady who I assume is the manager is extremely kind. But... I had terrible experience, worst acrylics ive ever gotten. went here twice - both times I got a full set of acrylics - I got them decently long both times - first time was supposed to be stiletto nails , second was supposed to be coffin nails. At a glance I seen some of the nail work it was pretty but because I was shunned from the beginning I would not think about going in there to get my nails done ever now. I highly recommend Top Line Nails for all the services they offer. The staff are the nicest, friendliest and skilled technicians you could ever meet. They know and remember your name! I had come to love Pretty Nails and it was my regular nail salon, and admittedly felt a little nervous about going to the new location.
