I love Letyy, Viviana, and Santa... they always take care of my nails. This is one of my favorite spa. I Love the way they take care of their customer. Extremely clean and peaceful. This was my second visit to this salon. The first visit was to the salon in Hackettstown. Both are very nice but I prefer the Mansfield location. I feel the quality of the pedicure is second to none. They include massages that truly feel like you are at a resort. They also have new chairs with a bright and formal ambiance. The BEST nail salon you could ever dream of. The owners Chris and Sandy are tremendous business owners. They know all of their customers and represent their business in the best way possible. The service is always impeccable. Appointments are definitely necessary, they have loyal customers so almost always all pedicure and manicure chairs are occupied. Definitely the place to go. I could not wait to get home and write this review. The male owner/manager is a pompous jerk. I walked in, they were semi busy, but always have enough girls on staff. I asked for a pedicure, and luckily there was no wait. yes, I've been turned away before when they were too busy, but that's ok, that's my fault for not making an appt. As I was getting my pedicure my mom had called me, and she wanted me to make her an appt for a manicure, pedicure, and the cost. I learned that it's 35$ for both!! I'm about to pay 30$ for just the one pedicure unaware they had this special. So I asked the girl if I could get a manicure as well for an extra 5$. Luckily the amount of customers had dwindled and no new customers came in. Well, the young lady sits me down, and the manager stomps over and says, " you only wanted a pedicure, why didn't you say manicure, we have a schedule". Now, I'm all for not disrespecting people, but there was no one getting a manicure and 6 free girls. Why wouldn't I get a manicure too? It's more business for you? I felt embarrassed in front of the other women that were getting pedicures, and I didn't even get a color on my nails bc I was heated and uncomfortable and only could think of things I wanted to say to this ass. Instead I walked up, paid, in cash handed him his valued customer coupon thing that he punches and said I will not return ever. You made me uncomfortable and your unprofessional. I've been a customer since they opened. Haven't gone to another salon in the area since. The whole staff is amazing. Not only do I insist you go here, i recommend specifically getting a pedicure. They massage you for eternity ! Eh, they are okay. I mean when they first opened they were amazing ! But now they have a revolving door of girls so there really isn't consistency with the quality. It really depends on who you get. What I will say that I love and would give five stars for is that it's quite !! No yelling in other languages or the techs talking to each other. That I love. When I go to get my nails done I want to relax I don't want to hear the yip yap of all the workers and the thoughts of "are they talking about me?" So that is one thing this place has going for them. Just got a pedicure and the woman doing my nails did a good job or so I thought-  she did a design on my toe then smeared it and started fresh.  She only put on coat of nail polish on toe then redid design.  When it dried it looks like two different color of nails    I told the owner and he said thanks for coming NEVER RETURNING HERE Read Less

I'm an African American female who walked in on a Sunday afternoon to a less than diverse crowd. I don't mind that so much. When I entered, no one spoke to me. I inquired from the first person working if I could get a color change on my nails. She was short and  flatly said "no time". I thought maybe she would elaborate more but she just continued doing what she was doing. I then said "sooo should I wait or come back or what". She said "no we don't do you". I have to feel that it was because of my race and appearance. If not she could have politely explained their policy. I will never support businesses with terrible customer service! Recommendation for the staff there, greet people when they walk in, "appear" as if you are listening and answer questions in a respectful manner. Customers are coming to support you. If she had been polite, I may have considered coming to give them a try at a later date. This place has got their gig DOWN. And THAT is what keeps me coming back - CONSISTENCY.  Coco nails has excellent quality services, and add-ons, along with friendly and accommodating staff. I went here about 2 weeks ago to get french, acrylic nails put on. I had an appointment but had to wait about 15 minutes, which was fine. However, I felt like I was a burden to them and an inconvenience. The lady who did my nails was okay however she bothered my cuticles a little too much and when I left they were very red and swollen. My acrylics looked good though. The other day I went in because my thumb nail broke and I needed to get it fixed before returning to work the next day. I walked in around 4pm (they were open until 6:30) and they said that they did not have any time to fix my nail and basically shooed me out of the door. For these reasons, I will not be returning. My first visit to Coco and I was very impressed.  The studio is immaculate, even the wires and spaces behind the chairs were spotless. Despite being very busy, I was greeted by name and taken on time for my appointment.  My pedicure is flawless and the operator very friendly and professional.  Every employee has her license displayed at the front desk. I found a new favorite nail salon!  I started getting gel manicures recently but hadn't found a salon I wanted to be my regular until now.First, the salon is very nicely decorated and feels "luxe".  They are clean, which should be a given, but is definitely a plus compared to others in the area.I had an appointment for a gel manicure and was taken right in at my time and called by name.  Great customer service.  The manicure itself - nothing was left out.  Any little thing that another salon might leave out (like filing sharp edges at the end) - it was all included, as well as a mini shoulder massage, and hand and arm massage with a hot towel at the end.I can't wait to go back!  The pedicure area was nicely appointed as well and I noticed that the tubs were cleaned thoroughly between clients.
