Literally the worst deep tissue massage ever. Not just that i have had, but literally in the history of massages. I've given this place several chances, the only good masseuse is Steph. I literally just got oil spread on me like suntan lotion for 35 minutes (supposed to be 50). Spend your money elsewhere. That'll be my last trip. Read Less

Horrible customer service. Had an appointment for my mother's 65 bday. Made reservations for 4 people. They took down my credit card info and stressed that if I was going to cancel it would have to be done within 24 hours. Since this was my mothers birthday gift of course we did not cancel. showed up on the day of the appointment and hour earlier to find out they were closed. They never called to reschedule or at least mentioned they were closing. We were left in the mall with nothing to do. needless to say her bday was ruined. After receiving a large gift certificate to the Fountain Spa I decided to give it another chance, but after my last experiences I decided it was time to leave a review.I stopped going to the Fountain because it was not only over priced, but very dated. You can find more bang for your buck at SOJO, or Spa Castle Premier. These establishments may seem more pricey at first glance, but after comparing services it equals out. I found it rude that everyone is allowed to use the locker room but not every package allows you to shower or use the steam room, which is about ten feet away from the lockers. Makes no sense when other spas offer a pool or whirlpool as part of their entrance fee.Not only was the decor dated and sterile, their packages really don't seem appealing. As many people stated in their reviews, the hour massages are 50 mins, this is not mentioned on their website, WHICH IS ALSO DATED. Try to look up a service or package, and you will find the world's most lame description accompanied by google search images. Welcome to 2018, join us.During my facial, the technician kept trying to sell me products by asking me what I use, recommending the line the carry, and even trying to switch the facial I asked for. I found this annoying because it was no longer relaxing, instead I felt on guard having to deny all the upgrades and product suggestions.I went two times and tried different massages, much to my surprise there was pretty much no difference between deep tissue and relaxation, how is that even possible? It literally felt like the same massage! I even asked when I was leaving and the woman at checkout couldn't care less but was passionate about me adding the suggested gratuity... which I did because I'm not one to cripple a person's livelihood.SO today, it's almost noon, the day AFTER the snow storm, they're closed, no call, no warning or cancelling apts, nothing on their website. What a relaxing day at the fountain spa. The spa if beautiful and clean. The staff is super nice and accommodating. I enjoyed sipping tea in the relaxing tranquility room. I loved the Swedish massage. The pressure was perfect. My daughter received her very first facial. She enjoyed her treatment and offered many helpful tips to keep her skin clean. In addition she offered recommendations that will not cost us an arm and a leg. Read Less

if you have all the free time in the world then by all means this is the spa for you! If you enjoy showing up to appointments, just to be called a liar and wasting an hour of your time, then this is the place for you! If you enjoy being lied to then you are in for a treat 1) Appointments made mean nothing... I showed up for an appointment just to be told I had none(I rushed out of work to try to get help for the tension in my shoulder)... 2) they tried to tell me my husband was a liar; when he then drove to the spa to talk to them, they tried to deflect and just said suddenly said they couldn’t service me anyway... 3) they wasted an hour of my time, plus cost me a necessary service that I would have gotten elsewhere My husband called today at around 12:30 to book me an appointment for later this evening due to extreme tension in my shoulder. I had an injury years ago so stress/cold weather irritates it to a point that the only way to fix it is through a massage. The receptionist on the phone booked a two hour massage starting at 6, the only time left. When I arrived, the woman behind the desk said there was no appointment. When I explained that my husband had just called that day she said that he must have messed up and booked it at the Ramsey location. After calling my husband, who insisted he did not mess up, the woman just stared at me blankly. A woman across the room then asked for my name, look it up on her computer and said the appointment was made for Thursday. She again insisted my husband messed up, which led to another phone call with my husband, who at that point was already on his way to the place. Meanwhile the woman was continuing to insist that he made the mistake and that there were no appointments for tonight besides 1 for 1 hour at 7 with a woman “who said she was getting sick” (aka she wanted to get rid of me). When my husband arrived, they then started calling me a liar and saying I had medical issues and that they couldn’t service me anyway. After all of this, I asked to listen to the recording of the phone call. She went in the back, was gone for another 10 minutes, and THEN asked for the phone number he called from. She then returned to the back to finally listen. When she came back she apologized and said “sir you were correct. We can give you a gift card for the service.” ....after being berated for an entire hour... I came here to try and releave stress and the tension in my shoulder. I left more aggitated and in pain then when I came in. I went to the spa with the expectation that an appointment meant something. I left realizing that not only did appointments not mean anything, but that they will lie and lie and lie and attempt to put the blame on their customers. Read Less

This is my second time here and I would like to return several times over. The second time I went with my husband as we had a gift certificate for a deluxe rendezvous for two; this includes a private whirlpool and side by side massage. The private room for the whirlpool is great and calming which gave my husband and I time to unwind and relax our tense muscles. The whirlpool has settings to make it cooler or warmer. Then we were able to have time in the tranquility room to rehydrate and have fruit or light cookies. The deluxe Swedish massage that followed was perfect. As a physical therapist myself, I needed someone who was a little aggressive on my muscles and Crystal delivered. Great hands! Overall excellent experience! Read Less

I had been preparing myself for an old outdated place based on the reviews but I was very pleasantly surprised. It’s well kept and clean. The staff was very helpful and polite. The whirlpool bath was relaxing and then I enjoyed my stress relief massage with Jackie. Definitely will return. Read Less

If you're looking for a relaxing time, I suggest coming here. I needed to get my lash extensions done and my friends have recommended me to Anita so I decided to give it a try. I tried making appointments, and the reservations department accommodated for us which we had no issues at all. At first, it is confusing to get to the spa because it's not located on the main floor so you would have to drive past the PF changs and there is a parking garage behind it...Take the lower level. Once you're inside the spa, the check in desk are very polite and gave me a ticket for the services. I usually wait at most five minutes, but she will meet me in the lounge and walk with me to the room which is very nice. When I got my lashes done she was so gentle and it did not feel like she was putting anything on my eyes! I was extremely satisfied with the results! She made my lashes look natural but full! I have also gone three weeks before I needed a touch up and it still looked like I had a lot! As I checked out they were very nice to me. The whole vibe of the spa was very calming and all the employees were very nice and accommodating. I'm hoping to return soon to check out their massages!
