I always go there for my nails but still I don’t understand how they charge different prices. 3 times in a row I have gave different amount at the time of billing. Yesterday I was there for my nails I particularly ask the guy the price of the service I am going to get. He told me a different price and charge me more when I was ready to pay. I asked him why and he said oh because of the glitter. I was like well I showed you picture what I want at that time why didn’t you told me. I am a frequent customer still he charged extra. Okay, so here it goes. I decided to try this nail salon based on the positive reviews on google and yelp. I've been a loyal customer at another nail salon in the area, but since my go to girl left, I decided to try another place in hopes I can find my new to go girl. Well, this place won't be, after my experience today. Lynn was my technician here, she was nice and pleasant, however my gel manicure was done in 1 hour and 45 minutes, wth??? Seriously, who has time to seat for almost two hours for a simple gel manicure, I sure don't have that kind of time. She applied an extra coat because she did not like the way the color looked with two coats which was fine with me. After applying the top coat and the lotion, the nail polish became dull, it looked horrible. She insisted that after washing my hands at home it was going to be shiny again, well I decided to probed her wrong after I washed my hands at the salon while I was still there, and my nails looked even worse no shine at all. She started blaming it on the color I chose, but that didn't make sense since the nails looked shiny before she applied the lotion and alcohol. She started talking in her language to the guy that was there, and he came over with a different top coat and wanted her to buffed my nails again to apply it, I said no way, absolutely no! They applied the top coat he handled to her and the nails looked better but I'm not completely satisfied. I was looking for a new nail place to try and do a new technique call dip polish or SNS and this place was the first to come up with great recommendations on Yelp. They were very affordable for the service I was looking for. It took almost an hour which is what I expected and I'm very happy with my nails. Clean environment and very friendly staff. I've come here a couple times. I used to have acrylic tips, and would religiously take care of them. Just wanting to find different salons, I would move around to different ones. I originally liked this place because their prices were pretty good and their hours were great (what with me working a 9-5 job). Their work was okay, nothing to completely rave about. Nail techs were often heavy handed and would leave my nails and nail beds sore, but it went away within a day.I had recently decided to take my tips off (to give my nails a rest) and get a regular gel manicure to at least look presentable. Everything went ok, nothing worth noting. Fast forward 2-3 weeks, I go in to get another gel manicure and it had to be the worst manicure I had EVER gotten.They didn't properly soak my nails, so the gel had a hard time coming off. So they decided to take a tool that cleans the underside of your nails to scrape off the gel nail polish. When that didn't work, the nail tech filed the living hell out of my nails, and didn't seem to care when she persistently filed my nail beds to the point of me being in tears.Once the filing horror show was over, she then went to clip my cuticles, and for whatever reason tried to clip something off my actual nail and gouged me. Fine, whatever, it happens, but there was no apology, just a chuckle.I was in the worst pain during this appointment to the point where I wanted to walk out, but I had soldiered through this far, so there was no point stopping now.Now, days later, all my cuticle beds are red, swollen, sore, and have unsightly scabs. Where the nail tech gouged my nail, there is a little red bubble through the gel polish because she didn't bother trying to stop the bleeding and just painted right over it.I don't know what was going on, but I swear it was the WORST manicure I have EVER gotten. I went there for the first time a couple of weeks back. I work in a lab and my nails never last very long, but I'm now entering my third week with these nails and they are still intact! I like that they are open on Sundays as I'm  not able to make week days appointments. The gentleman that attended me was quiet and didn't so much talking, but he did everything the way I asked and he did it perfectly! My only small complaint would be that he didn't clean under the nails well after he was done. There were a few bumps on the bottom that can be annoying. Overall I did like this place a lot! Read Less
