This place is great! I have really short nails, which are not easy to manicure and no matter who I see (I do walk ins since I have a 3 month old) I'm so pleased. The atmosphere is so relaxing and quite. The workers are so kind and on top of you, but in a "can I get you anything manner". And when my son woke in his carrier they offered to give him his bottle! They have a wonderful color selection and they give you a nice massage while you dry your nails. I recommend this nail salon highly. You will not be let down, no matter whose chair you sit in. I spent around $70 in last 3 weeks on gel manicure, my first one chipped of on Monday after I did it on Friday, I went back I had fixed on Friday (I have a baby at home and 2 older kids it's hard for me to go do my nails) . Unfortunately this one lasted only 3 days. I wanted to give another try since I really like the place (it's very clean, big verity of nail polish colors) I went back on Thursday and Sunday I had already one nail chipped, on Monday I went back and paid $5 to put an extra coat and to fix the chopped nail. This salon came highly recommended. I go to New French Nails in fair lawn but I wanted to try Fei Fei. I have to be honest and say how disappointed I was. I got a pedicure and half legs waxed. The pedicure was decent nothing out of this world. They girl didn’t really scrub my feet well enough. It was mediocre. The worst part was the leg waxing. It was by the far the worst experience I’ve ever had. The poor girl didn’t know how to position my legs. She kept placing my leg in odd and uncomfortable positions. She kept saying she couldnt see well. I had to offer positions for me to go into. In the end, I had to ask her to redo several spots. She took about 25 minutes + to wax my legs. The waxing took longer than the pedicure. Overall, I wasn’t pleased. I will not be going back to this salon. The girl who helped me did apologize since I told her I couldn’t take any longer as I had my 2 girls waiting outside. The apology was fine but spending $50 and not getting anything of what I expected was not. I could of been offered a reduced price but it was very monotone and cold feeling. Very clean and good selection of gel polish. Pedicures are decent, but could be improved by technicians focusing more on the massage part that we pay extra for. Too often they seem to be going through the most basic of motions (just rubbing lotion up and down your leg, no real massage techniques) while looking around at everyone else. It was very clean and they give you a bottle of water as soon as you sit down but I have to say the services were lacking.One girl started my pedicure than another girl switched with her (I hate that) so strike one . My pedicure was seriously lacking. I've been here many times. This is a very clean salon, with brisk service. It's pretty quiet inside, noise-wise, so it's relaxing. I've had a lot of very good experiences here, and a couple slightly subpar ones with women who were clearly young and still learning. I'm a patient person, so I really didn't mind this, but since it is a busy salon with a lot of staff, there will always be a "new girl" so ask for someone experienced when you make your appointment if that is important to you. I keep coming back here because they are accommodating (my mother and I come for pedicures at the same time, and it's never a problem), it is very clean and sanitary, it's relaxing, and I'm always pleased with the end result. Fei Fei quickly became my primary nail salon in Glen Rock when they first opened. I am very picky about the cleanliness of salons, so I was impressed that they open a brand new bag of filing equipment for each customer. They also line the pedicure tub with a plastic liner. I would give them five stars for cleanliness alone. Now that I live in North Carolina, I appreciate salons in NJ much more. A manicure/pedicure for $35 is unheard of down here. I think they've recently raised the price of eyebrow waxing from $8 to $10 but I'm not complaining. They always do a good job on both my nails and my eyebrows. The last time I went I had Queena and my nails lasted for a week! That never happens for me. Make sure to pay with cash for $1 off every $20 and ask for their loyalty card. You get a free manicure (or something else) after ten stamps! I know there are many salons to choose from in Glen Rock, but be sure to give Fei Fei a try. Read Less

I absolutely love this nail salon, it is number 1. Most importantly it is EXTREMELY sanitary. With pedicures they use a disposable bag for each foot bin as well as brand new supplies with each customer. They also give a massage at the end and offer water bottles and candy. Went yesterday for a pedicure with my 3 year old daughter.  The total time she was in the chair was 5 minutes.  They filed her toes painted and put lotion on her legs (no massage).  With no signs posted on price, they charged me $22 for their 5 minutes of time.  I told them how unreasonabke that price was for the 5 minutes and lack of detail, and their response was that they put water in the tub.  While the venue is clean, charging that much was an unfair and unreasonable decision.  I cannot recommend based on their  poor business values. I had the worst customer ecperience today! I went there  because of my friends recommendation. Everything started good, clean place. I got a standard manicure and pedicure. I picked their white nail polish for my hand nails, which appearently was not fresh, gooey or something else was wrong with it, I really don't know. Long story short, the color came out like a map, with stripes and different shades of white, terrible and manicurist agreed with me. Then she said, if you change this color we have to charge you 7$ extra! For their mistake? I tried to tell them it's not me, it's the nail polish obviously. At the end, they said okay to use another nail polish and they picked 3 colors. I said whicever is easier let's use that, and I got YELLED "I don't care, you pick, I don't care". This is my best manicure experience yet! Will definitely be coming back :) I got a french manicure with Helen yesterday. She was very meticulous and made sure the manicure was perfect-- from taking the time to take off my prior gel polish, to shaping my nails, and applying nail polish.In addition, the environment is very clean and nice. They play soothing music, and it is a very relaxing environment.  It is $12 for a manicure, and an additional $5 for french or design. They also have a "free manicure" card! Got manicure/pedicure/and eyelash extensions here. They were very welcoming when I first came in. Eyelash extensions took about an hour and came out really nice. Unfortunately, they only lasted a week and a half which is a lot less time than they said. I thought maybe it was just me but went to another place for fill ins and those lasted twice as long. Manicure and pedicure were subpar. They didn't really give a foot/leg massage during the pedicure which was disappointing. They did use disposable liners which was nice and comforting for for sanitary reasons. Gel manicure was great. 20 minutes after I paid and had left they called me to tell me they added the price wrong and wanted $25 more money. I wasn't able to get back there before they closed. They ended up calling and texting me half an hour after to tell me not to worry about the extra money. Way too many better option salons in ridgewood and midland park to go back. Read Less

This nail salon is a true gem. It's clean, modern, and reasonably priced. Not to mention, they're well organized and carry an extensive selection of colors. They also offer Zoya polishes, which is a vegan, organic line for an additional $3. I love that this salon is immaculately clean and they use disposable liners for the pedicure tub. That's pretty uncommon at all the salons I've been to in the Bergen county area, so I'm glad they take the extra measure to be clean.Also love that the pedicure comes with a hot stone massage. The polish job was good, and they use high quality products like their lotions and oils which is always important when it comes to things being put on my skin.Overall, I'd definitely come back when I'm visiting the area. I love coming here when I'm in town. I've gotten mani pedis, gel, and UV gel here and have never gone wrong. They have a great selection of colors and the wait is never more than 10 minutes. I have been here a few times, once for a gel manicure and for pedicures a few times. The pedicures have all been wonderful. I've been bringing my mother and she's now hooked on the pedicures as well. Everything is very clean. They use a disposable liner in the foot bath, which I haven't seen done everywhere else. Cute decor,  excellent polish selection and reasonable prices.  Gracious service,  and no problems with reservations.  I'll keep coming back. Four stars because while this is a terrific place,  it isn't the Ritz.The manicure was subpar,  but it was pretty clear to me the technician who did it was in training,  so I cut her some slack. So clean and SO relaxing! They put plastic lining in the tub for pedicures so it's fresh every time. Also all the tools are sterilized and fresh out of a new bag each time. I am always so relaxed. I have gotten the higher end pedicures a couple times ($73 and I usually never splurge like that) but they are so worth it and a great gift too! I've also done the $30 pedicure. All are fantastic. WORST PLACE EVER!! I ASKED FOR A NEW FULL SET AND THE GIRL BROKE MY ACTUAL NAIL IN HALF AND I STARTED BLEEDING. Her and the nail tech next to her look at me and I said may I have a napkin or a band aid? I'm bleeding!!! They gave me a band aid and said oh sorry with no remorse I said I'm leaving and they didn't even seem concerned and said nothing. Never going back so unprofessional and rude. Went here with my boyfriend for a mani-pedi. We both got the spa treatment pedicures. He got the pomegranate pedi which came with a pomegranate scented scrub and cream and callous remover. Mine was the same except I got the mango scent minus the callous remover and a french nail. Both also come with a hot stone foot and leg massage at the end. Then for a pedi he got a nail clip and polish and I got a french manicure with gel polish. I love the result, my nails, hands, and feel all look and feel clean and well cared for. The massage was excellent and relaxing. Not too strong that it felt uncomfortable and not too soft that it felt useless. The mani-pedi did not feel rushed and the girl who did my nails (Zoey) paid much attention to detail. The salon was clean, everyone was nice and greeted us hello. The prices were reasonable and while the spa pedicure was a bit pricy, it's pretty worth it, imo.The nails on my hands and feet look great and I am very happy with the service. After numerous disappointments at local nail salons, I went to the new place, Fei Fei Nail & Spa down the street from my store. I'm always at work so it has to be convenient enough to just be able to run in whenever. This is very convenient. It's super clean, and it was a DREAM. It could be the best manicure I've had in a REALLY long time. Most of these newer salons do little back and neck massages at the end of your manicure. But sometimes it's hurried and not that great. This was wonderful. Strong and not too short. More important, the actual manicure was fantastic. I got my nails done New Years Eve day and they're still perfect. The nails aren't too thin or too thick. They have a ton of shellac colors. It was just a very lovely experience. Their prices are pretty comparative to any place around me. It cost me $5 more than I usually pay at my old stand-by place. But what I really like best is that they have more "levels" of spa pedicures. Many places just have a regular or a spa pedicure and it's the difference between $22 or $50. Or $22, $35, or $50. Fei Fei has six price points above the regular pedicure at $22. They also have detailed explanations of what you're paying for. Usually you just say spa pedicure and you don't even know what you're supposed to be getting. I just always hope for a longer massage.
