This place is amazing!! I happened to be in the neighborhood and I walked in without an appointment, but I the wait wasn't too long. The manager was super friendly and the quality of massage was one of the best. I highly recommend it.

I have been going to the nail salon for a while as they were close to my job and home. I've had some hiccups with the services but I always gave them another chance. Today was my final straw. I would never recommend this nail salon to anyone.
A few situations that stick out to me.
1- eye brow waxing. The lady let the wax fall on my shirt and my eyelids leaving them stuck together. The lady laughed and kept going. I asked her to clean the wax off my eye lid which Should have been her first thought
2. Got a gel manicure and it was chipped the next day and I went back but they were extremely rude to me because I wanted them to fix it.
The reason of them all. The most recent experience
3. I called the nail salon to find out some info on the new powder manicure. I was told the same amount for the gel. During the powder manicure the lady seemed as if she didn't know what she was doing. One of the colors I picked out was a silver sparkle which the sparkles never appeared and when I questioned it she said "ran out and it's not working " she obviously didn't do it right. The powder requires no uv light or dryer... my nails wouldn't dry. My friend who got the same powder manicure came out fine and no problems. I mentioned how they didn't look right, the color was off and it wasn't drying The manicurist really didn't care she just tried to push it off. After saying something again she finally tried fixing it.Her trying to fix it still didn't help. I was at the point I wanted to just come back and start fresh the next day. Which she said was fine. The Other manicurist did what she could but still not the same as my friend. So I went up to pay and the guy said $$71 each.. my friends birthday gift . (Got pedicure also) so a normal gel and pedicure is 51.00. So where did this extra 20 come from?! I said to the guy you told me it was the same as a gel and he went to tell me no. He would never say that. I was going to pay until I couldn't come back to fix the nails until mid week. This guy was rude and short. i told him I live 3 hours away and he still didn't care. Later to find out the powder manicure is only 35 so with the pedicure being 26 and 1 for the nail file it comes to 61. So I'm still wondering about the other 10. Scammers.
Like I said I've given this place a few tries but never again. They lied about the prices two times. The manicurist didn't even do the job right and didn't even take full responsibility about messing up and they were not doing anything to fix it the proper way. I will never step foot in that horrible nail salon again. If you're looking for bad service. This is your place.

Meh, I've experienced better pedicures! I won't go back.I visited Angel Tips in Gillette, NJ for the first time for a regular pedicure. I heard they provide a nice hot stone foot massage with it so when I saw the high price, I thought okay...it must be worth it. NOT! Yes, the soothing music is nice and it's very clean but for the prices they provide, I've had much better experiences. The nail technician took her time at first and was delicate with my short nails but at some point my pedicure started to hurt. I've never felt pain like that on my cuticles and she must have known I was in pain because I'd squirm! I chose a light nude color for my toes and usually 2-3 coats are applied based on the finish. However she didn't ask me about it and upon completion, I didn't realize that the finish looked transparent. I politely asked to apply another coat of paint and she seemed displeased to do so, like I was taking her time away from something (even though she wasn't working with another client). Finally when it came time to pay, I'm pretty sure the technician tried to pull a fast one on me because I said it was first time there. She said the cost would be $26 despite me reading ahead of time that a regular pedicure is $25. But, whatever, her mini back massage afterwards was good so I figure I'll pay the extra dollar (and tip $4 instead). When the receipt came back she said sign. I noticed it said $36 not $26. I pointed it out and she seemed surprised by it even though she clearly looked at the paper before handing it to me. Instead of canceling the transaction, the receptionist gave me $10 in cash. I had high hopes for the salon, but I'd definitely won't return.

They use new emery boards each time and gives it to you to take home. I really enjoy their facials and special facial treatments (special Korean skin care products). She gouged my toe which caused it to bleed and said nothing.I paid my bill, did not leave a tip, and will never go back. Angeltips better clean up their professionalism or will be without customers. This place has the right idea with the wrong attitudes.

I have a "box" there and have been with them since they opened. Lately it's been far from relaxing to be there. I don't expect to have my butt kissed but just be pleasant. I'm paying them and it's like they are doing me a favor.

This is the only place I trust for a pedicure. The regular pedicure is great with a hot towel and hot rock massage and the price is the same $25 in every place I've been. I rather come here for the same price than some cheap dirty place. The owner/receptionist can be confusing but I deal with it just because she keeps the place clean and sanitary.

Bad service, bad quality, charging for things you do not ask for. I had an appointment on Sunday, arrived on time, but had to wait 15 minutes. Half way through the pedicure, the woman who was doing my nails was replaced by another. The pedicure was very rushed. After spending half an hour at the dryer, I realized that the color is dull and uneven. Apparently, they neglected to put the top coat. Back to the chair, waited another ten minutes for s tech. She put the top coat, but in he process screwed up the color on the big toe tip, which I didn't notice until I got home. To top it off, they charged me for disposable nail file, that I specifically said I do not want.

Every single time i tried to make an appointment I felt like I was getting a run around. their prices are higher than most in the area but the salon was clean and the nail techs were very nice! so i would try again and get the same rude customer service about making an appointment! one day i went in because i just needed a manicure and the owner sent me away and all of their seats were empty; if the salon was busy i would feel okay but every nail tech did not have a single client. i told him this was the last time i would even attempt to bring him my business! good bye angel tips! get a friendlier person to work your desk!

I love this place and have been coming every week for years. They have a huge selection of all different kinds and colors of polishes and everyone that works there is friendly. I've never had a bad experience there and i'ts one of the cleanest salons I've ever been to. I usually get a regular manicure and pedicure but from time to time I get gel and its always very pretty. Music is relaxing and staff are hospitable. Hana, Julie, Shawn, Brenda and Te do a great job every time. Tip: Hana does very detailed and beautiful nail art and the avocado pedicure treatment is awesome!

I've been to this salon a handful of times over the years and I've always enjoyed it. They especially have a great color selection. But this time I was ticked off - I got a a gel removal and a regular manicure. Apparently it is $10 to have it removed and $12 for the actual manicure...how does that make any sense? Some salons don't even charge you to remove gel and if they do, it is no more than $5. I was MORE ticked when my nail tech told me it was $5 to remove it and the owner obnoxiously yelled "$10!!" Unreal. I won't be returning either.

Their customer service was not so good though I didn't have an appointment the owner took my daughter for nail polish. When I asked mine she said we don't have time, I asked for later in a time she said they have availablility after 3:30 anytime. Then I saw they were taking those who do not have an appointment but the customer did menicure, they took them to do pedi cure without appointment, finally she took me as well but that wa s not nice they are favoring their customers and saying no to new customer but because they didn't have any appointment.
I had gel manicure and it was looking nice. Overall not great experience but other than their customer service the job was done nicely.

I'm going to try to be as objective as possible here because I have a lot to say and want to be fair.I like that they have individual boxes to personalize supplies and that there are disposable tub liners for pedicures. They offer a wide variety of services of varying and pretty reasonable prices and the location is really nice - next to Harmon and TJ Maxx.I take issue with several of the people who work there. I have delayed writing a review because I didn't feel like I had enough experience to be fair, but my most recent experience threw me over the edge. The nail tech was abrupt and almost rude and dismissive. She would sort of flip my fingers and push my hands into whatever position she wanted in a way that was negative enough to catch my attention. All that was required was a word or a nudge, but she was impatient and brusque. The owner is also impatient as described in some of the other posts.I have been there enough to know what constitutes a manicure. The last 3 times I have gone, I felt like they were rushing and skimped, for example, on the massage part of the process. The last time I was there, I didn't get a massage at all while my nails dried (a first where it was not delivered). There are significant ways to get a displeased-with-service message across, and this is one of them. I am the customer paying for the service! They act like they are doing a big favor by providing. The location is perfect for me, but you couldn't pay me to go back, and I will not refer anyone I know there. This is not the only game in town, although they seem to think they are. Yuck. Never again.

This has happened most recently several times so I cannot just excuse it for a simple error. Do not make an appointment and expect it to be honored . It is a shame that they do this. But clearly they do not care about the clients requests.

I REALLY appreciate that they have individual tub liners and boxes for personalized files, etc. It is clean and the massage chairs are really nice, too.There are some comments about attitude, and I agree with many of them. The owner and her husband are friendly to some, but not to all. The people provide the services vary in their attitudes - some are friendly and gentle and some are abrupt and rough. Hell, I don't know what you want me to do with my feet so be patient and guide me vs being exasperated.Still, it is convenient and clean, they have free WiFi, and I come away satisfied so I will continue to go there.

Owner looks at you dumbfounded when you walk in, strike one. Then they hassle you to get a gel...did i say i want a gel or did i say i want a regular manicure. it's like if you're getting a regular manicure then none of the technicians want to be bothered. the spanish woman giving me my manicure was okay, definitely had an attitude why I do not know. Some tips for nail salons: there are plenty of oriental nail salons almost 3 every mile so in order to keep clients happy and coming back you need to hire people who don't speak about you in their language and who don't give attitude. you're scrubbing scum off feet yet you have an attitude like you're doing somebody a favor- hilarious

This is the only place I trust for a pedicure. The regular pedicure is great with a hot towel and hot rock massage and the price is the same $25 in every place I've been. I rather come here for the same price than some cheap dirty place. The owner/receptionist can be confusing but I deal with it just because she keeps the place clean and sanitary.

Bad service, bad quality, charging for things you do not ask for. I had an appointment on Sunday, arrived on time, but had to wait 15 minutes. Half way through the pedicure, the woman who was doing my nails was replaced by another. The pedicure was very rushed. After spending half an hour at the dryer, I realized that the color is dull and uneven. Apparently, they neglected to put the top coat. Back to the chair, waited another ten minutes for s tech. She put the top coat, but in he process screwed up the color on the big toe tip, which I didn't notice until I got home. To top it off, they charged me for disposable nail file, that I specifically said I do not want.

They charge extra for a nail file, if you do not have one with them.

Every single time i tried to make an appointment I felt like I was getting a run around. their prices are higher than most in the area but the salon was clean and the nail techs were very nice! so i would try again and get the same rude customer service about making an appointment! one day i went in because i just needed a manicure and the owner sent me away and all of their seats were empty; if the salon was busy i would feel okay but every nail tech did not have a single client. i told him this was the last time i would even attempt to bring him my business! good bye angel tips! get a friendlier person to work your desk!

I love this place and have been coming every week for years. They have a huge selection of all different kinds and colors of polishes and everyone that works there is friendly. I've never had a bad experience there and i'ts one of the cleanest salons I've ever been to. I usually get a regular manicure and pedicure but from time to time I get gel and its always very pretty. Music is relaxing and staff are hospitable. Hana, Julie, Shawn, Brenda and Te do a great job every time. Tip: Hana does very detailed and beautiful nail art and the avocado pedicure treatment is awesome!

I've been to this salon a handful of times over the years and I've always enjoyed it. They especially have a great color selection. But this time I was ticked off - I got a a gel removal and a regular manicure. Apparently it is $10 to have it removed and $12 for the actual manicure...how does that make any sense? Some salons don't even charge you to remove gel and if they do, it is no more than $5. I was MORE ticked when my nail tech told me it was $5 to remove it and the owner obnoxiously yelled "$10!!" Unreal. I won't be returning either.

Their customer service was not so good though I didn't have an appointment the owner took my daughter for nail polish. When I asked mine she said we don't have time, I asked for later in a time she said they have availablility after 3:30 anytime. Then I saw they were taking those who do not have an appointment but the customer did menicure, they took them to do pedi cure without appointment, finally she took me as well but that wa s not nice they are favoring their customers and saying no to new customer but because they didn't have any appointment.
I had gel manicure and it was looking nice. Overall not great experience but other than their customer service the job was done nicely.

I'm going to try to be as objective as possible here because I have a lot to say and want to be fair.I like that they have individual boxes to personalize supplies and that there are disposable tub liners for pedicures. They offer a wide variety of services of varying and pretty reasonable prices and the location is really nice - next to Harmon and TJ Maxx.I take issue with several of the people who work there. I have delayed writing a review because I didn't feel like I had enough experience to be fair, but my most recent experience threw me over the edge. The nail tech was abrupt and almost rude and dismissive. She would sort of flip my fingers and push my hands into whatever position she wanted in a way that was negative enough to catch my attention. All that was required was a word or a nudge, but she was impatient and brusque. The owner is also impatient as described in some of the other posts.I have been there enough to know what constitutes a manicure. The last 3 times I have gone, I felt like they were rushing and skimped, for example, on the massage part of the process. The last time I was there, I didn't get a massage at all while my nails dried (a first where it was not delivered). There are significant ways to get a displeased-with-service message across, and this is one of them. I am the customer paying for the service! They act like they are doing a big favor by providing. The location is perfect for me, but you couldn't pay me to go back, and I will not refer anyone I know there. This is not the only game in town, although they seem to think they are. Yuck. Never again.

I have been going to this nail salon for many years. Unfortunately, if you make an appointment with a particular nail tech they will often not honor the appointment . This has happened most recently several times so I cannot just excuse it for a simple error. Do not make an appointment and expect it to be honored . It is a shame that they do this. But clearly they do not care about the clients requests.

I REALLY appreciate that they have individual tub liners and boxes for personalized files, etc. It is clean and the massage chairs are really nice, too.There are some comments about attitude, and I agree with many of them. The owner and her husband are friendly to some, but not to all. The people provide the services vary in their attitudes - some are friendly and gentle and some are abrupt and rough. Hell, I don't know what you want me to do with my feet so be patient and guide me vs being exasperated.Still, it is convenient and clean, they have free WiFi, and I come away satisfied so I will continue to go there.

I just don't like the feel of this salon! I'm tough when it comes to nail salons because I don't understand how you are paying them yet they give an attitude. Owner looks at you dumbfounded when you walk in, strike one. Then they hassle you to get a gel...did i say i want a gel or did i say i want a regular manicure. it's like if you're getting a regular manicure then none of the technicians want to be bothered. the spanish woman giving me my manicure was okay, definitely had an attitude why I do not know. Some tips for nail salons: there are plenty of oriental nail salons almost 3 every mile so in order to keep clients happy and coming back you need to hire people who don't speak about you in their language and who don't give attitude. you're scrubbing scum off feet yet you have an attitude like you're doing somebody a favor- hilarious
