I don't like to leave bad reviews... and I tried to stay positive. I even left the girl a tip. But I am not happy, and I'm still in pain hours later. I stopped in this morning as a walk in. I came in to get pink in whites. The girl was having difficulty understanding me. She was nice, but cut me like 4 times. I didn't even realize some of the cuts until the alcohol was out on my nails. But the ones I could feel felt like she was ripping my skin off. I tried to be tough but omg. Hours later I am still in pain. Also I don't love how much white I have on my nails. I have short nails yes, but literally half my nails are white. It shouldn't be like that. Also; the cut on my middle finger is so deep. It keeps opening up and catching on things and it so painful. I can't even put a bandaid on it, it's in such a weird spot. I wouldn't come here again. Michelle did a wonderful job on my nails she listened to what I wanted and I have a nail that was badly hurt before coming in here and she took very good care of it made sure not to hurt me. WORST NAIL PLACE IVE WVEE BEEN TOO! The second you walk in the door the smell of chemicals is overwhelming. Decided to give it a chance but as I sat there the smell got worse. Couldn't even dry my toes inside I had to sit in my car. Left feeling light headed and coughing like crazy! Would not recommend this to anyone! Read Less

Ouch. From start to finish. My tech was not paying attention and was either in a bad mood or just miserable to begin with. No matter that my legs kept jumping during my pedicure - from her ripping my skin (you can see the bloody scab in the picture), or from the abrasive scrub she was brutalizing my legs with, or from her extremely painful massage on my shins and extreme repeated pressure in the hollow at the back of my ankle. I had to ask her to lighten up several times, but didn't get much of a response. French tip on my toes isn't even straight. I am giving her a one star because at least my manicure came out nice, though there was nothing pleasant or relaxing about it. Oh, and because they don't make 0 star reviews. Just wanna share my experience at Expert Nails....I got my eyebrows waxed and the lady ripped my skin off!! I've been getting my eyebrows waxed for a long time now... Never have I experienced this before..it hurts so bad. I went back to the nail salon and she told me to put egg yolk on it...seriously that's all you say? This is unacceptable!!! I love expert nails. The girls/ladies there are so nice. They are very professional. And the prices aren't that bad either. So it's a win win. I have never had an issue with any of the ladies there and they take their time when you get a manicure and pedicure. I go there roughly once every 2 weeks fit either a pedicure, manicure or to get my eye brows waxed. Read Less
