Nice happy people buttttt the work was not at 100%. I went in for a fill in and a week after the acrylic had lifted from all my nails. When i lifted the fill in it came off completly from all my nails. It looked like i had never had a fill in. My mother also went for the same and the same thing happened. I am a guy. I went with a girl. We both went reluctantly after reviewing reviews. Next time listen to reviews. For hers. She is at a reputable place 3 days later as all the polish chipped off. Came off. In her opinion, the nail polish is old and "watered" down. It took forever to dry and then chipped. For me, it was utter catastrophe. I had manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was rushed. The foot bath was not lined for cleanliness as most places do today. I had one in Florida one month prior much more professional and less expensive. The foot massage that goes along with the pedicure was poor to say the least. My foot scrubbing with a pumice stone and foot file was shorter then ever! I can clip my own nails, the filing was rushed as was the buff. The cuticle work was a disgrace, something I do not do at home. Exfoliate of my hands did not occur, or if it did i was asleep listening to her talk about the previous customers tip in Korean or other language. My hands were moisturized poorly. She asked if I wanted my hands buffed, so i siad yes, why not and then when it came time to pay she said $5 more!!!!!!! SORRY THE ONLY POSITIVE WAS THE CHAIR AND ITS MASSAGE. Terrible salon. Owner nicked my cuticles more than once. When I asked her to reshape my nails she handed me the file. I paid for services without a tip and explain I had lumps of gel polish and was not pleased. She then replied go somewhere else. YES I WILL SPEND MY $30 FOR A SIMPLE GEL POLISH CHANGE EVERY TWO WEEKS AT ANOTHER SALON. My mother and i have been coming here for a very long time, she recently got her nails done and one of her nails chip off hours after getting it done! She returned to get it fix and they refuse to fix it because the person who did her nails wasnt there all she wanted was to get that one finger painted again! Smh will never come Back Read Less

I went in during lunchtime asking for a mani pedi. They say me down in a chair and asked me to start soaking my feet. A few minutes later, they told me I would have to wait 10 minutes because they had appointments that came in. After 15 minutes they started my pedicure, which was pretty good. During the pedicure I asked if they would put the foil wraps to take off my gel manicure while during my pedicure. She looked at me and said, "We don't have time to do your manicure." I told her that's why I came in to begin with. She didn't say anything. I asked her to at least take off my gel polish. Finally she said they'll do a manicure.
