If I could rate it no star. I will give no star at all. This store cheat customer. They use heavy ugly silk eyelashes to instead mink set eyelashes. They looks very fake and ugly uncomfortable on my eyes now. I am crying now because it will take time to get off. First time try this store. I will never go back again. Terrible job!! I never write reviews, but this is necessary. I believe management just changed here, so any positive reviews may have been put up here before the change. I had a full uv gel set of nails done ,with gel color. I have no idea what kind of chemicals she used but my nails started chipping and cracking within a few days. Would love to give this place no stars but it's not an option.  Went there with my daughter to have her nails filled in.  We had stopped going there months ago due to poor service but a good friend suggested we give them another chance based on her experience. We gave it a try and boy are we sorry we did!  They refused to honor a coupon on their Facebeook page even though we had called ahead to check and they said they would.  My daughter requested a French manicure which was so hastily done that the previous color still showed on her nails!  When this was pointed out to the owner Jenny (who did the manicure) she said, " why didn't you tell me?? I already put on the top coat!!)  I was shocked by her attitude and told her it was her job to watch what she was doing.  She did offer to fix them the next day but we had already wasted enough time.  Also argued loudly with us in front of other customers about the coupon and yelled "oh my God!"  when we wouldn't accept her lame explanation of why she wouldn't accept the coupon.  NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! Upon entering the salon I said I had just called a few minutes ago to check for an opening. Without hesitation she told me I called the wrong place. Once I insisted she had me sit down and wait. I was very pleased with the relaxing atmosphere. While I waited my turn for a fill the head lady (Jen?) Had asked one of the younger nail tecs to massage my shoulders. It was wonderful and helped to time pass by. Unfortunately the same attention to detail that was throughout the salon was not on my nails. She didn't even file off my previous color completely then globed on the gel. None of my nails are the same size or shape. Long story short I will not be returning. Read Less

went for just a pedicure. the salon was clean with a large selection of colors. a few things bothered me though: my nails weren't cut, only filed, and I had a painful ingrown toenail that the manicurist avoided altogether; and there were constant attempts to upsell. I was asked many times during the pedicure what kind of pedicure I wanted, phrased in a way to make me agree to a more expensive one based on a language barrier, then pushed to get a bikini wax even though I was wearing pants and had made no mention of wanting or needing wax of any kind. then while my nails were drying, the manicurist tilted my head and inspected my eyebrows and recommended getting them waxed too. I had just done my brows that morning, they were fine! while I was paying, I was reading their list of services and the woman saw what I was looking at and asked if I wanted an appointment for lash extensions. no, now I just want to get out of this place! I got away with "just a normal pedicure " but I couldn't relax and enjoy it because I was on guard against accidentally agreeing to something I didn't want.Read Less

This place is horrible!! Save yourself the money and trouble and go elsewhere!! I've been here a couple of times to get my eyebrows done and they've been mediocre, but get the job done, so I went back today. I got Kim for the first time and she seemed very professional using gloves, taking her time (25 minutes) to do my eyebrows, & even suggesting that I wax the little temple area next to my eyebrows to give them a cleaner look. I thought, "wow this is great!" UNTIL she put aloe on at the end. It burned so badly and when I looked in the mirror I realized I had 2nd degree burns ALL AROUND my eyebrows and I said to her "you burned me, look!" & her response was "haha oh, just a little but here..." & She used a pea sized amount of Neosporin to cover all of the burns. I was trying to get out of there fast before I flip out and when I went out front to pay she explaind to me that it's  $5 MORE than what I usually pay because she did the "extra area around". I was livid, but trying to be the bigger person, so I bit my tongue and went into my purse for the money. I noticed that the man who works there (I assume the manager) was staring at my obviously red and inflamed face and saying something to her in another language and she was whispering back to him. The other patrons there noticed too because people were looking over at me and so, embarassed, I just gave them the cash and left. Thankfully I have prescription hydrocortisone cream from a minor burn I had years ago so I rushed home to put that on because my face feels like it's on fire. I'm NEVER going there again and I suggest everyone else stay away from Kim and the horrific work they do here!! Read Less
