The owner is very disrespectful. She treats her clients and employees poorly. Save yourself from being humiliated and go somewhere else. This place is not worth it. The last time I went I got the worst manicure of my life.  The lady somehow managed to file my nails with a very weird curve in the middle of my nail (see photos). It was a french manicure that was simply sloppy,  very thick,  bumpy and ugly white edged. Can't possibly return to waste my money. It's not a risk I'm willing to take again. They did an excellent job, took their time and really massaged my hands, shoulders and feet. Probably the most massaged I've ever gotten at a nail salon. Made an appointment for a gel manicure and an eyebrow wax. I showed up a few minutes early, but they started working on me right away. It was around $40. The salon is clean and they do great work.Everyone I encountered was very friendly. They give a decent mini back massage at the end of your manicure. Read Less

I went here twice before and my nails came out wonderful but I recently walked in and asked for acrylic tips. The lady with the short hair shaped them so beautifully but then she had another lady finish it. The lady was rough and sloppy. It cost $40 and after 4 days 2 nails broke off easily and the rest are chipping. I have 4 stars due to the past 2 experiences. Read Less

Basic gel manicure is $30. The woman who did mine was sweet and did a good job - minus the shoulder massage. Honestly I could've done without it because it really hurt. But the other real issue I had was with the woman who seemed to be the owner or manager. I came in at 7 pm. They close at 7:30. I kindly asked if they could see me at this time without appointment. If not, it was fine because I wasnt desperate to have them done asap. She let me in but was pushy and rude to get me out. I was basically forced to choose any random color because I felt like I was rushed (even though there was another client there). If a business does not want/ need my money then don't offer me service! Just apologize and say you're not taking any more clients. Simple as that. Don't ruin my nail experience. Won't go back. Honestly this place is just so clean and accommodating. The staff is amazing, their customer service skills are remarkable. They are awesome people and I love the owner! She is so sweet and genuine. Started coming here about two months ago. I am busy during the week so the salon being open on Sunday's is great. My nails always come out great and my gel always shines longer than any other salon I've been to. It's a little bit more than I've usually paid but it's like they say you get what you pay for. My favorite is the pedicure finished w a hot stone massage. No extra charge for that. They'll continue to get my business for as long as I am doing my nails. Read Less

I was very skeptical at first after reading a few of the review but I was desperate to get NY nails done before vacation and since my regular nail place wouldn't take me a 45 minutes before my appointment, I decided to try this place since I drive by it.When I entered the place I was greeted by the workers. All seemed friendly. I was kind of turned off by the price for a gel manicure though, $30! Which is $5 more than I usually pay at other nail salons. Anyway, the lady I ended up getting was Naiomi? Didn't speak much but was very nice and took her time with my nails! And did 3 coats! I'm hoping this helps make the gel last longer. Let's see how it goes. Read Less
