I have to say not impressed with this place and will not return. Initially when my daughter and I walked in to get two pedicures and gel nails for me, they seemed ok and friendly, but than we gave them our Groupon voucher we bought for pedicures only (I payed full price for gel nails) they weren’t so friendly anymore. If you don’t like the discount from the Groupon ugh maybe you shouldn’t advertise, but the best part was the lady was trying to tell me what I should tip her!! Really!? I believe I’m a pretty good tipper and have the upmost respect for those that work for tips, so pleasssssse don’t tell me what the hell I should tip you,... how Rude. I almost and should have just picked up my tip and gave her a verbal tip like... Who the hell do you think you are!?! And treat your clients with more respect. I'm giving it two stars because my no-chip manicure was not too bad. They did a decent job with my nails. The reason for the under average rating is that the place was filthy. Sitting in the chair, I noticed the floors were very dirty and probably haven't been mopped in weeks. There was dust balls and hair everywhere too. I was too embarrassed to leave in the middle of my pedicure but I certainly will never return. I am really hoping the manicure utensils were not as dirty as the rest of the nail salon. Read Less

Terrible job. Do not go here. I went to get a gel fill. I was cut on my cuticle, that she did while she was on the phone trying to multi task. I said ouch she said no problem. If she had said sorry that would have been nice. If she excused herself and took her call else where I could have waited 5 minutes. She was in a rush and it was obvious. It was 630 at night. I asked them what time do they close they all said 730. However after I paid, they shut the light off at 7 pm and jetted out of there. I get it I work retail too however I'm really sorry I gave them a chance. My gel fills are lumpy there are bubbles and the edges are rough. Very very disappointed. When I entered 4 hours before closing they annoyingly asked what I need and they said " no time to do pedicure" so I said ok I'll just come back and I proceeded to read the services they provide on their flyer. Open on a Monday at 9am, unlike most salons, which is fantastic for those of us with kids in school who otherwise never have time to visit one!  Very friendly staff accepted me as a walk-in without incident. Comfortable massage chairs, efficient staff, and fantastic price of $40 for mani/pedi!  Was given a card for a free service after 12 - very cool! Will be returning! Read Less

I go to this location more than others because it's closest to me, the prices are good and I've always had good service. The ladies in there make me laugh. Once they were too busy to see me for my appointment but they gave me a discount to come another time. I've been to other places that are fancier and more expensive, but not worth it. I just moved to the Cherry Hill area, and saw a groupon $39 for a gel manicure & regular pedicure. I figured it was a deal, and not that far so I could try it out... I called to make an appointment, and was told just to come in. On walking in I stated that I was there for the groupon deal, and immediately the lady in annoyed tone asked if I had made an appointment. Where I then told them that I had called, and was told to just come in. Thankfully one of the ladies vouched for me and said she had received my call, and to just go pick my color. I did so and was happy to see that they had OPI gel colors, but sadly they didn't have the matching color in regular lacquer for my feet (OPI vampsterdamn) so I was told to pick another color that supposedly would be a dupe of that color (OPI Lincoln park after dark) so I went to get my pedicure which happily the water was nice and warm for a real cold day, and as I waited they had me fill out my groupon info. The lady that had vouched for me and came over to do my pedicure, as she started I was happy because it seemed like she was going to do a good job, but I didn't get a full pedicure that I was looking for, and she did was file and push the cuticles back then started applying the polish ( which definitely looks black compared to my berry colored nails) and then rushed me over to do my gel manicure. I was kind of upset that I didn't get a regular full pedicure, nothing special I just appreciate when they take care of ingrown nails (which I have a problem with&scraping the bottom of your feet which again I have a callus problem) but anyways I was getting a deal so whatever. The gel manicure went over pretty well, I just wish she wasn't so stingy with the polish because its a lot lighter then the nail polishes actual color. I would like to go back there. And I may just do it, I just hope the pedicure is better this time, because that is one of the things I really look for in a salon, if they can give a good pedicure then its worth the money. I will never go to another Victoria Nail Salon. I have tried twice. First time o got a horrendous pedicure and the woman doing my brows smelled like an ashtray. Second time different spot- this one in Evesham - I walked in and they told me they had no time for any appointments and the place was not filled. MARLTON -- Rude and shitty service...don't waste your time or your money!!! You have to have an appointment and they try to keep it to the minute. Got lost finding the place and when I got there they gave me a hard time about being "SOOOO late they had to give up my appointment time" instead of just telling me to come back they said they would be able to still take me so I sat and waited....after them wasting more than a half hour of my time they announced to me  "oh sorry we don't have time for you" I regret that I ever bought Groupon....do NOT go here they suck! Super rude- I got there at ten after six and they acted like I was a monster. "Don't you know we close at 7?!?" Apparently open til seven actually means the workers are driving away at 6:55, which is exactly what I watched them do. Moorestown location.  Do not buy this groupon! They did a mani and pedi in under 30 min. The reuse allthe tools and they are downright mean. I had sophia. She asked for a tip. First time thats ever happened. And was pissed i gave her 5 on 21!  Ive never had a worse, shorter or less lasting pedi in my life! My bridal party and I came here for manicures and pedicures the day before my wedding.  We had a nice experience, though when we arrived (after making appointments and being assured that we could all go at the same time), they were not ready for us, and 4 of their 6 technicians were busy.  Everyone seemed pleased with their results, though I got a gel French manicure and it started chipping 5 days later.  I was quite displeased with that, so I am not sure I would get gel polish there again. This is Victoria's Nails Medford Location -- I got a groupon for my birthday - mani/pedi. When calling to make an appointment they were short and difficult. They acted annoyed on the phone. When i got there the woman didn't even look at me and just told me to pick my color and waved her hand, when i started walking the wrong direction (because i had never been there) she practically barked at me. They rolled their eyes upon finding out that i already had gel polish on that they would have to remove. Pedicures typically last weeks without much chipping for me, after a week and a half there was a LOT of chipping. The guy who did my nails seemed extremely thrown off when i asked for a design on my toes and told me he didn't know how. I even offered to pay extra. I asked if gel polish on my fingers would be an upcharge at least two separate times, and I was told that it wouldn't. When i was finished he told me that it WAS an upcharge and when i asked how much they said $20. I was a little shocked and said wow $20, even though i already had a paid for groupon? (this was supposed to be a gift for me) and a woman rudely and loudly explained across the room in front of other customers that it costs 30 for a gel mani and 10 for a regular mani, and that 30 minus 10 came out to 20. I guess she thought i had a problem doing basic math problems. After that i just wanted to get out so i paid the twenty. They should have given me the discounted price for a gel mani because i checked online and they had a gel mani groupon offered as well. I left a decent tip for the guy who did my toes and nails because he wasn't too bad, just not very skilled or anything all that great, and i guess i just felt bad. My Groupon's expiration date was on May 8th, so I went to redeem the groupon on Sunday, May 6th at Victoria Nail Salon in Marlton NJ. The person who were at the counter said reservations are full after 5 pm until Tuesday May 8th, so she offer to come in the store on Wed. (today) at 6pm. She said they will honer full amount ($42) of my groupon.So I went there on Wed. the 9th. She said the store cannot honor the full amount of groupon anymore. They only accept $19 which I paid to buy Groupon. I argued but she just said NO as if I am wrong and never even apologized me. She also told me "if I don't get the full amount, I has to pay the difference to the owner. Do you want me to do that?" ( I probably should say yes, but I didn't. ) She was trying to make me feel guilty. Still she asked me to do mani & pedi but I said NO. I would if she was at least nicer, but she was just dishonest and rude. If she said one word, " I am sorry" I probably would have mani & pedi even I had to pay extra. This review is regarding the Marlton location.  I started going to the Marlton location of Victoria's only after I started working in Marlton.  Before that, I always went to Cherry Hill, which is more convenient to my house, but the Marlton location is much nicer.  The main difference is just that I find that the staff in Marlton is much more friendly than in Cherry Hill.  Also, the last time I was in Cherry Hill I noticed a sign hanging stating that they do not accept Groupons at that location.  I didn't have a Groupon on that occassion, but I found it odd.  Marlton accpets the Groupons, and the staff almost seem excited to see someone with a Groupon.Overall, it is your basic nail salon.   I usually find my experience relaxing and clean.  I regularly get mani's and pedi's here.  I recently had a Groupon for which I had the Spa Mani & Pedi, which was really nice.  I wouldn't normally spend the money to get that service, except that I had the Groupon.  Today I went to have my first Shellac manicure, courtesy of a Gift Certificate from my BFF, and had the usual prompt, friendly service.  My manicure looks great.  When I get a pedi, the seats are comfortable, the water usually warm, and I can read whatever book I have with me.  They have a Bonus Card, and when you fill the card up with services (either 10 or 12, I can't remember) you get either a free manicure or $10 off your service.  They also have coupons on their website that you can print out before each visit.  If you are going to go at a busy time, I'd suggest calling ahead (even that morning is usually ok) and making an appointment.  Normally I have luck just walking in, but if I'm squeezing it in at lunch time I'll make the appt.They also have other services, such as massage, waxing, and facials, but I don't use those services.  Sorry, but I'm very particular about who touches my face and gives me a massage, and this is not the place. 3 stars for the finished product. 2 stars for overall cleanliness and professionalism. It's your basic nail salon: a row of seated nail stations on one wall, flanked by a row of plushy pedicure lounger on the other. Another wall holds mounted shelves of polishes, from OPI, Essie and other, less recognizable names. The polish tends to last between 3-5 days, but that could just be because I'm clumsy. I don't mind if the manicurists are talking to each other or chattering away, as other reviewers have noted; I'd rather just relax quietly and not make small talk. But my biggest gripe: the equipment is not sanitized properly, nor does it seem very new or well cared for.For $12, you'll get a basic manicure without extras or pampering. If that's what you're looking for, don't bother. But for a quick, inexpensive after-work polish, this is where I go. My daughter and wife went for Mother's Day.  Nice very clean facility.  My wife commented that the pedicure was great!!  The major issue was Annie who did a manicure for my wife and daughter.  Annie was on the phone on a headset during the entire 2 manicures.  She also had a flatulance problem, which fair enough, happens to people, but that along with the phone conversations made it a mediocre experience.
