I was not impressed with utopia nails.  I don't like how they only greet certain people and ignore others. I had gotten a pedicure here, which resulted in a foot fungus. My foot was itching to high heavens until I went and asked my doctor where I was given cream. Read Less

The first three times I went here were great (all three times for a gel manicure). The last time, I asked for a gel manicure. A lady wrapped my nails and told me she'd be back to help me in 10-15 minutes. She then did another girls nails and I waited with my nails wrapped for 40 minutes!!! When she finally did my gel manicure, it was uneven and darker on the one hand than the other. I will not be back. Read Less

My daughter and I went for gel manicures and regular pedicures. Both of us had French .My daughter is very picky about salons and she suggested I write a review because we had Excellent, Professional service from Austin and Sky and we loved how our nails turned out.The salon is super clean, they speak English to each other and and are very nice people.We both highly recommend Utopia in Marlton. I really like this place. I am extremely picky when it comes to nail salons and this place met my expectations. They have 20% off all services as their winter special. Very clean, relaxing place. Also, I need a nail salon to have many colors to choose from and they had more than enough. They even have the newest opi shine and new Essie colors. Will be coming back :-) Read Less

I just went in to take my acrylics off and nothing else. She didn't take my acrylics off the right way and put me in more pain than was needed. She took a skin clipper and literally pried them off and didn't soak them in acetone. I was a little confused as to why she didn't do that but I didn't want to be rude and question what she was doing but I should have. My acrylics were on very tight so she couldn't even get the whole thing off but it would've been easier if she soaked them in acetone. I was really scared she was going to break off all of my nails. After all of that I still have the acrylic left on my nails. All I wanted to do was just get out of that place. She kept saying that it was torture and it really was but I know there's other ways of taking acrylics off. This place has terrible service and do not recommend it for anyone. Very unsatisfied with this experience and makes me not want to get acrylics anymore. Read Less

I have been here several times to get pedicures and waxing done. The girls are nice, but usually kind of quiet. The place is very clean, much more so then most of the other nail salons around. They even use inserts in their pedicure tubs so you're not putting your feet in the same tub as anyone else. My pedicures from them always stay nice for weeks! I tried this place on a whim after being dissatisfied with another salon I had frequented in the area, and after one time decided I will come here from now on!After going to this salon for my nails for about 6 months, I decided to give their waxing a go. The girl who does the waxing is very nice and thorough. She was very careful to make sure the wax didn't get too hot and to make sure I was comfortable during (Well as comfortable as you can be while someone's ripping hair out lol) and gave me some cooling lotion afterwards as I have very sensitive skin. I was very happy with the result! No burns, no irritation, no hair! HahaTheir prices are good and I'm always happy with what I paid for. I have never gotten tips/fake nails done, just manicures, so I can't speak to that... but if your looking for a new salon, I highly recommend giving them a try! Read Less

Very poor customer service. Went in for a pedicure, a woman named Ivy walked over to me looking very irritated and told me I'd have to wait a half hour because in 10 minutes she had an appointment..ok fine I'm not unreasonable, but before I could reply she started to talking to another customer who walked in. When she finished with them she didn't acknowledge my presence in front of her an walked away. For a fairly new nail salon I would expect a more friendly atmosphere. I wish I could give 0 stars. First of all, the place/people are not welcoming....but, OK I can deal with that. 2 DAYS after getting my gel tips refilled and polished, 2 broke. By 1 week out I had 3 nails fall off. I have no idea what the girl was thinking when she did my nails. I will never ever be back here. Read Less
