I've been going there for nearly 10, and never had any issues. Excellent staff, always polite, very clean shop. My nails look beautiful, no lifting and no fungus - not in all the years I've been going...

I took my daughter to get her nails filled here. They ripped her acrylic nails off and charged me for a full set. The tech was rude to my daughter and blamed her that she didn't come in sooner. They a...
I took my daughter to get her nails filled here. They ripped her acrylic nails off and charged me for a full set. The tech was rude to my daughter and blamed her that she didn't come in sooner. They also neglected to fill in and left a large gap between cuticle and fill line. Even with the convenient location we will NOT be going back.

Specifically told the woman who was waxing my eyebrows that I just wanted them cleaned up and not thin, and they came out the thinnest I've ever seen them.

My family owns two salons and I still go to Nina at JR. My mom and I have been going to her for over 2 years. She does a perfect job every time. All of the other nail techs are super friendly and always say hi to me.The salon is very clean! Which has been my biggest complaint with other salons in the area.

I just tried this place yesterday and hoped I'd like it since I live in king's grant, but this place leaves a lot to be desired. One nail tech seemed nice and a little more customer oriented, but my nail tech literally didn't say one word. When she wanted me to move a hand she would tap my hand and point, when I said "thank you" she didn't respond, never made eye contact. The quality? Eek, she was rough on my cuticles and even filing my nails hurt because she kept doing it on a weird angle and too hard. I won't go back, not even in a pinch. Between the roughness and solemn demeanor I regrettably must give this 1 star.
