I was on a time crunch (1 hr lunch break on a Saturday) and they were able to do a PERFECT eyebrow wax and BEAUTIFUL gel polish manicure within 30-40 minutes, despite the fact that they were super busy. This is the second time I've been there and each time I was perfectly happy with the eyebrow wax and gel manicures/pedicures. Everyone speaks English perfectly too. Great place. If you are close to Marlton, come here for spa pedicure. They legit spend 40 minutes on your legs. Your skin feels smooth afterwards. Reasonable charge and people are friendly. I recommend Candy. She is very good. You can also use $5 off on yelp towards it. Read Less

I just left this salon and I don't know who I am angrier at, them or me. I had asked for a pedicure and a manicure of pink and white gel. The pedicure was fine but the tips look like they were using me as an example of what not to do.   They talked me into a pink and white dip instead of the gel because they said it was much more natural.   I now have lumps and crevices in my nails that left my friend with her mouth wide open upon a mere glance.  The manicurist apologized before I even said anything and took off $10 and told me she would try to fix it upon my return from vacation. The receptionist's comment was, Oh sorry.  Not let's fix it, let me give you your money back, NOTHING. DO NOT USE THIS SALON!!!  I am on my way to find another salon to try to fix this abomination. Horrible experience. I have been a client for 2 years seeing the same nail tech. Unfortunately she is no longer there. I asked for someone else who was experienced in doing refills of gel French manicures. Needless to say I will not be returning. Not only was I there for almost 2 hours while my nail tech attempted to do my nails, the white tip polish was globbed so thick and so crooked that I told her to remove it immediately. The place is very nice, well kept, clean. My appointment was confirmed via text and phone. The people who work there were very friendly and accommodating as I needed a few extra minutes to arrive due to a schedule conflict at work which was no problem. I got a gel manicure and the girl was nice, took her time and applied 3 coats. My complaint is that my nails were very thick and looked different from other gel manis. I went into brio to get a gel manicure about a week and a half ago. 2 days after i got them done multiple nails were chipping and now theyre just peeling completely off ! HUGE waste of 30$ also the woman at the front desk had a huge attitude and even rolled her eyes when i had walked in. (I went in about 40 min before closing) the manicurist was very nice but now my nails look horrible and it hasnt even been 2 weeks! Will not be going back i deserve a refund. Read Less

I was searching for a location that was convenient, clean, and did great work and I found all three in Brio. They use a new file for every customer, which is so refreshing and hygienic. So after taking a year off from not doing any pedicures or nails (we moved here from Hawaii, bought a house and honestly life has just been crazy) I wanted to find a salon who uses LCN products like my nail salon in Hawaii did. This is my third visit here and every time is amazing. The technicians and staff are always so friendly. The Spa Pedicures are the best - if you have the time and little extra money, DO IT! I started going to Brio over two years ago when I lived in the area and even after moving an hour away I still make the hike up 73 for their services. I was debating on whether I should write this review, and how I should rate Brio. This applies to ownership, not the manicurist. My wife and myself have been a regular customer of Brio since the first week that they opened. We remember that there were not many customers in the beginning, but that has quickly changed. We usually make our reservations for several weeks in advance, as my manicurist only works on weekends. We currently have ours booked out until mid February. On our last visit, I was told that men's manicures went up from $15 to $20. I was told this during my manicure, not before, or in advance. However, women's remained the same, with no increase. I do understand that prices to rise, but it seemed like I was being singled out for this increase of over 30%. Let me also let you know that we are always punctual for our appointments and tip very well. I have even supplied my own hand cream and nail polish! I guess they no longer want our business. I usually avoid writing any negative reviews about a spot i just tried once, but i cant even tell how angry i am. For me the priority is Hygiene especially when it comes to pedicures bc the risk to get any infections is pretty high if you dont sterilize your utilities, but I wanted to give this salon a try after reading all the great reviews on Yelp how they sterilize their instuments, this was a joke they used wet buffers to remove calluses during my pedicure how can you sterilize buffers? Also the rest was in a plastic bag and dont think that means sterilized, I literally could feel that this will be not okay. İ went home and washed my burning feets with desinfection lotions like crazy. My biggest mistake i didnt remove the nail polish immediatly and guess what after 1 week i removed the polish and saw that my toenails got an infection. I love it here. I've been coming in for pedicures since they opened and have always had a great experience. The staff is friendly and the place is both clean and cute. The only drawback I've experienced is slight... I often book two appointments for my friend and I at the same time. While they always seat us together, we have never been serviced at the same time. It all works out because it's usually a girls-nite-out and we are just chatting anyway (between ourselves and with the staff), but it might bother someone on a tighter schedule. So I have mixed emotions... I'm a transplant from the city and I was searching for days for a good nail place. Brio is close to my new home and it looked cute so why not? I called to see if they take walk/ins and the receptionist said they prefer appointments. No big deal. So I made an appointment for a half an hour later. Pros and cons are the only way to describe the experience. PROS: very clean and cute looking. Everyone was completely nice and I never felt like they were speaking ill of anyone. They offer a lot of services and having options is always nice.CONS: I was feeling pretty pressured to upgrade my refill to gel (I only do acrylic). I'm in sales myself so I understand making more money via upgrades and such, but the answer was no and should have been respected after at least 2 times. She only stopped pitching the gel  after I added another up charge: designs. I'm not at all picky about my designs, so when that wasn't perfect I wasn't upset. She was more upset than I was, which was actually sweet and I told her not to sweat it. My nails were pretty thin- in the best of ways. I'm not too happy when my nails are chunky. But the reason I couldn't give this place more stars was 1) it took FOREVER for my nails to dry, and I even dried them at her table before the UV fan and 2) my nails are completely lopsided. As in slanted. As in when they were filed they weren't filed straight. Which I thought was strange because 3)it took over an hour to do my refill. I'm used to about an hour for a refill and pedi. I may or may not return. Not sure. I think NJ is the nail salon capital (it at least feels that way) so I might shop around a bit. $30 for a refil may not cut it if they're not done correctly. I don't know how you guys run a business, but this is probably the third time I've tried walking in for a service and was told to come back at a later time, an hour later.  I even called yesterday to see if I needed an appointment and the girl said it was okay to walk in, no appointment was necessary. I walk in today and not only did I need an appointment, but you also refused the services I was looking for (a mani and pedi) and told me I could only get one service-the mani.  You guys need to work on your customer service skills because the chick sitting at your front desk doesn't know what the hell they're doing.  Must be real easy to hire idiots these days........ I get my pedicures here and love it! My polish lasts for weeks. Implements come out in sterile packs and they use disposable tub liners! Everyone I have used has been great except one girl. Very nice, but too chatty for me and doesn't pay attention to what she is doing because she is too busy talking. I like to relax. My girls have had their nails done and I have to say I not a fan of the acrylic work I have seen on my daughters. I use to be a nail tech so I know what to look for. Read Less

I was here last month and got pink and white acrylic with a gel top. Tracy was my nail stylist and I was beyond impressed. When I first arrived they were packed! And Cassidy, the receptionist, asked if I could come back in a half hour. I accepted and she promptly added me as an appointment on the computer. Once I came back, she sat me with Tracy. Tracy was very friendly and thanked me for coming back. She was super gentle and very clean with her work. My cuticles are very sen...sitive and regardless of where I've gone I always end up with bloody cuticles, but not with Tracy! I complimented her on being so gentle and clean, she was very humble. The feel of this nail salon is very homey, comfortable and down-to-earth. Everyone I came in contact with was very nice. So, I was eager to come back! I just got my pink and white fill done, this time not by Tracy, but regardless.. I still received the same treatment! I've read some reviews indicating they are a little pricey, but I disagree. Great salon, great staff, great work! I love the atmosphere, and they're very clean! All of the girls are so personable and nice, I feel so welcomed here. I've been coming for about a year, when I moved to the area. They now know me by name and as soon as I come in, I am greeted and they even will help me pick my color because they know I'm picky. I lived in Marlton for over three years before I found this place- it is a diamond in the rough!  I have no reason to ever go anywhere else for a pedicure.  After paying WAY too much at salons, or chancing it at places I didn't quite trust, I finally found my go-to nail spot!I usually see Tracy,  but have seen three other techs and they always do a great job.  The pedicures are AMAZING- for the price, you get more than the royal treatment!  They also have a great selection of colors and will let you sample as many as you want if you are unsure.  I very rarely get a manicure, because I usually do my own, but when I have gotten them here, I have been very pleased.  Last fall, they found the perfect color to match a dress I wore for a wedding and I received multiple compliments. I had been here twice for a pedicure with my friend and was so impressed, I told a lot of people about it. We had a lot of fun and laughs with the women who worked there. Based on these two experiences, I would have given them 4 stars. I planned on this being my go-to pedicure place.I raved about this place to my mom and so I took her here for her birthday to get our nails done. I think the last time I had gotten my fingernails done was probably at least 7 years ago; needless to say, I am not your seasoned nail salon customer. When we arrived, the girl working the front desk was very casual and was texting on her phone while talking to us. She didn't greet us when we came in. Only spoke when I asked her "Do we just sign in?" We had an appointment.Because I've heard great things about gel polish vs. regular, I asked for a gel manicure.  I picked out my color and sat down with the manicurist. She spoke very softly; I could barely hear her. When it got to the point that I needed to wash my hands, she told me to wash, and I did. As she started painting, she must have realized I used soap based on how the polish was going on and asked me if I used soap. I said yes. She then stared me down like a strict mother stares at a little child who disobeyed her, and told me I wasn't supposed to use soap and that she had told me that. Neither my mother nor I heard her say this. It's possible she did, but again she spoke so quietly. All I heard was to wash my hands. If I were a manicurist, I would treat each unknown client with respect and as if they don't often get their nails done. And I would be sure to emphasize "NO SOAP" to avoid an inconvenient situation. I had no idea that this was part of the routine and some of the people I've talked to since say that they always use soap. The rest of the manicure was awkward, and she was clearly very frustrated with me. I had been nothing but a happy and polite customer. Went here for the first time today, and I'm new to the area. The salon is gorgeous and most of the staff are very friendly. My nails look nice and I'm happy with them, however I wish they were a little more even. I plan to become a regular and use Tracy because she was so welcoming. My only issue was my nail tech seemed to be unhappy that I rather use acrylic on my nails and not gel. She did not see to be thrilled about doing it. The reviews were absolutely spot on. This salon on Main Street in Marlton is a diamond in the ruff.I have been looking for a local salon for 2 weeks to get my gel overlay refilled. The website and Yelp reviews convinced me to give Brio a try. Trang greeting me when I came in and instructed me to pick the nail polish color I wanted. Unlike other salons, they have generous options for both regular and gel colors. Trang did my gel refill and my eyebrows. Both came out great and I was in an out in 1hr flat...thats unheard of, especially for two services that were performed expertly! I have definately found my new salon. Came there and the owner tried to make us feel bad by saying our rejection of the pedis that they threw in caused them to reject customers. Sure didn't seem that way as my sister and I still waited to be seen and overheard them talking the whole time how slow the day was..yet they turned people down? I just got back from Brio and it was seriously such an awesome experience that I couldn't wait to get home and yelp about it! First of all the place is adorable, I've never been in such as tastefully decorated nail salon that hasn't been attached to a nice hair salon. Everyone was so nice when I walked in at 3 pm on a Monday. There was only one other customer present. The receptionist promptly got my pedicure bath going and I sat there with the heavenly massage chair until I believe Tracey finished up with her other client. I received the best pedicure of my life. She spent 25 minutes softening my feet before even doing anything else. I have never felt so not rushed during a nail appointment in my life. My gel manicure looks awesome and I love that they keep all the colors on the wall instead of in a tacky key loop.The entire staff made me feel very comfortable and pampered and between a regular pedicure and gel manicure, they spent two amazing hours on me. I have a new favorite nail salon in South Jersey.  I showed up at Brio one day with no appointment and asked if they could take me for a manicure.  The receptionist spoke to a technician, I really thought they would turn me away because the place was busy & every station had a person getting their nails done.I was in luck, they would be able to fit me in and I went to select a color.  A few comments about the business, first - it's new, sunny, bright, cute and very clean.  There is parking in the back of the building but it's little stones rather than pavement, so exercise caution if you show up with your stilettos on.     Lisa is the tech who did my nails, she was so friendly and I need to mention the files are single use for each client.  Ok. I digress - Lisa did an amazing job manicuring my busted nails - they looked so good I said I wish I had called ahead, I would have loved a pedicure too.  That was all she needed to hear, she moved several people around and was able to do my aforementioned pedicure as well.  So accommodating & I would have come back - thank you Lisa for saving me a return trip.     It has now been two weeks, my nails & toes look FLAWLESS!!!!! I don't remember the last time I had a pedicure this flawless and with all the kick boxing, yoga, barre, TRX, running, etc that I do - my nails get chipped - but not this time.     They use a disposable tub liner for each pedicure, this is the first place I have visited that uses those.  Now I'm spoiled and don't think I can ever go anywhere that doesn't use them.  This is a terrific new addition to Main Street and it is right behind the Starbucks in the Marlton Crossing Plaza.  The word is already out about this place because Saturday's are mobbed.  My nail tech said Tuesday's are a ghost town - good to know if you want the place all to your self.
