Worst visit ever. I asked for a french gel manicure with tips and a basic pedicure... the woman said it would cost $100 !! Girl where?!!!! I have been coming here for a little over a year for regular manicure & pedicure with Kathy  (omg she is amazing) A month ago I decided to get UV gel and since kathy unfortunately does not do UV gel, I was booked with Michelle. Wow, it was so worth it. I am very picky when it comes to my nails but she was on point. I asked about designs and she said "pick anything and I'll do it". This was my second and last time coming here. First, I asked for a Full Set (using the powder). My nail technician seemed quite disturbed that I did not opt for the "gel". She started talking to the receptionist (who was very nice) after I chose not to get the gel. Once we had that squared away, she then starts filing my nails which had my cuticles bleeding! I understand that things happen, but my nail technician made no reference to it at all. Then, I was switched at the end to another nail technician because my starting technician switched to another client who she was talking to the entire time while doing my nails. In all, this was $60 (which I believe is overpriced and incorrectly listed in their services menu) for bad service and nails that are now chipping polish. Read Less

Two stars only for the much needed 2 minute neck and shoulder massage that was given after my gel manicure.The atmosphere was tense,  the employees seemed to be having some sort of issues and even raised their voices at one another.  I was getting my oil changed near by and decided to get a gel manicure while I waited,  it was $35 just for the gel,  closer to my home I pay $20 to $25 max.  They had a semi large gel color selection. I've been a client for over 2 years. Pricy but OK! I called the day before. I arrived on time Michele was 30 minutes late for me, I waited. Had my usual fill @ what I thought was my usual price. No i was charged $20. extra. $60.00. I was shocked. Michelle said my nails were longer than usual so she charged me an extra $20.  Never told me or asked me before she started. I really wanted to like this nail salon.  I went last week for a gel polish manicure and had a good experience.  Went back today for a mani and pedi.  My manicurist offered me a special pedicure with 20 minutes of reflexology.     I decided to go for it, $60.00 - What I ended up with was a 5 minute massage on each foot/leg - But it wasn't even a massage.  I could barely feel any pressure.  She basically rubbed lotion on my leg.   The woman next to me getting a regular pedicure for $25.00 had a better massage than I did.  Same woman did my nails, and couldn't get the shape right, nor could she match the length of both hands.  When she got up to get something, I filed my nails myself. I told the manager, Clara, and she said thanks so much for telling me, I guess you got the wrong person.  Next time you come be sure to ask for... (she gave me 3 names)   I told my daughter not to get the special pedicure as it was not worth it.  I spent 100.00 today and had Clara offered a $10.00 manicure to me, I would have tried again. What bad business, it would have cost her $10.00 to make a client feel valued, and when I told her I couldn't believe she was offering nothing after falsely advertising reflexology she blankly looked at me.  Then said next time try someone else.  There won't be a next time.  In Fort Lee for $30.00 you get an hour of reflexology.    I could have had an hour of reflexology and a regular massage for less than what I paid for a bad pedicure.  As this is ia franchise, I will not try the others either as they all operate the same way.Very disappointing, I thought I had finally found a good place. No massage afterwards though :(There were two other customers there who had just finished pedis and got manis after me.The place opened just 3 weeks ago and it shows!All white decor, modern, ipads for entertainment I believe as you wait. Services range from manicures and pedicures to waxing, hair services, facials, & eyelash extensions. I used to go to this salon occassionally but now I'm a regular since I decided to break up with my other nail salon.  The manager & nail technicians are very friendly and very professional. You can either walk in or make an appointment.  I love that they're open 7 days a week.  You're offered water &/or tea with your service.  It's a very clean environment very thorough disinfecting and they use new buffer and nail file with every client.  A great assortment of colors by Zoya (Natural nail polish), Essie, OPI.  They do great waxing treatments as well.  Join their FREE rewards program. This willBe the last time that I go to Tutti. I waited for 45 minutes to get a pedicure and another "regular" walked in and they tried to put her first. I got upset and then when I finally sat down the woman started on my pedicure to then walk away and start the other customers pedicure. Btw, I was told I would only need to wait 15 minutes not 45. I would have gone somewhere else but I felt like I had already put in so much time at that point. The 3 times prior had been good experiences but this really turned me off. Read Less

I really enjoy coming to this nail salon, they follow every cleaning and disinfection procedure so i feel safe here, they use new files and nail buffers for every clientI recommend Sylvia for color gel, she is very professional and does a great job! I have come to this nail salon on several occasions, and it is always a pleasant experience. They always have Korean teas and water available, and the citron tea is my favorite, especially with this brutal winter we're having! All the nail technicians are very good; however, Mina is fantastic at doing Gel nails. She knows exactly the style I like and applies the polish very clean. She also speaks English very well! The manager, Clara, is also very sweet and welcoming! For the quality you are getting, it's also reasonably priced, and you also get a mini-shoulder massage.. I highly recommend Tutti Nails! I haven't gotten many of these sorts of things done, but my nails looked really good and my manicurist was really nice. I can see why it's so popular.
