I have a 5 pm appt today I was 9 mins late BUT when I walked in my worker was finishing up a manicure which tells me she took the customer close to my appointment and if I was here on time I would still have to wait. This was not upsetting to me. What was upsetting is that when she was finished she went on to give that customer a 10 mins massage leaving me to wait further as if my time wasn’t important. This is not the first time that I’ve experienced this in this shop each time the customer who wins is white so blacks customers beware. No tips will be given this Kind if service. Great choice for well-priced, well done nails. The person doing my nails was very careful and knew what she was doing. The place is also quite clean and there are nice massage chairs. Everyone I met there was friendly and helpful, and the price for one mani/ pedi was under $30. Highly recommend this place! Read Less

Never going back. Worst staff ever! Walked in as a first time customer for a Mani/pedi. The first lady started for about 3 minutes while she wasn't even looking at my feet, but instead rudely speaking her asain language to the manicurist next to her. Then they both got up, went to the corner & started laughing & joking/talking (?) who knows they weren't speaking English. It was about 5 minutes before her gossip partner came back and started the other foot. (was the first one done....I dont think so....) never at the other foot as she laughed at talked to her friend & hurt me with her tools. Then her friend/coworker sat down the the chair next to me and they both were just loudly talking away. I tried to convey with my body language & loudly sighing that i was very dissatisfied, but they never got the hint. Fibally i asked them to please lower theur voices bc I was trying to relax. Then I got the worst 5 second foot massage & she started painting the toes. The pedicure was over in 2 minutes. I was sooooooo mad that I told them I did not want them to do my manicure. The pedicurist just then said the pedicure was finished.....I had to ask them if I could dry my nails, and point me to the driers. I paid $19 for the worst pedicure ever and left no tip. I left in search of somewhere else to do my manicure.Never again. Ever. Read Less
