the place is very beautiful but the lady owner is a very rude woman and does not let other people talk and does not let her employees explain things about their work. its employees are very kind and attentive but that lady has to learn how to treat her employees and clients because it is worth having a very nice place and the owners are some rude people .. talking behind the backs of other employees with clients ..

1st time I went , they were good. The next time I went they over booked and couldn't do my nails even though I had an appt. Came back the next day, with an appt, again she overbooked. That was inconsiderate. So for the price they charge I will not be returning.

the place is very beautiful but the lady owner is a very rude woman and does not let other people talk and does not let her employees explain things about their work. its employees are very kind and attentive but that lady has to learn how to treat her employees and clients because it is worth having a very nice place and the owners are some rude people .. talking behind the backs of other employees with clients .. Her husband is a rude person with a terrible vocabulary unfortunately to this place I do not go back.

Nada que ver con la atención de estas personas, ni mucho menos con la manera de actuar sobre su trabajo, ninguno de los procedimientos como están supuestos a hacerse lo hicieron, tenia appointment a cierta hora y al llegar tuve que esperar, una de las niñas preguntándole a la otra como hacer las cosas, nada nada que ver para tan bonita fachada que tienen, se van lo dejan a uno esperando contestan el tel y no tengo problema con eso pero literal dejar al cliente tirado por otras cosas nada que ver, súper expensive es que ni en ny se paga tanto por unas uñas a menos de que realmente sea un lugar 5 estrellas y con extremadamente clase cosa que aquí les falta porque de modales nada que ver..
