I’ve been going to Pinky’s for years now and I absolutely love it. I bring a picture in of what I want done and they ALWAYS turn out so nice. My pedicure are great too. It’s so relaxing. The staff is very friendly and know who I am when I go in. I went to other salons in the pass and had problems with lifting, pealing and chipping as soon as I got home. I’ve NEVER had that problem here at Pinky’s!! I highly recommend going there. I get acrylic over my real nails with Gel polish and they always look perfect!!! I don’t have to worry about them drying and messing them up! I get a pedicure every 2 weeks to match my finger nails. It’s definitely worth going there! Call to make your appointment today!!! We have been going to Pinkys for yrs, so we were very surprised at the way we were treated so horribly today. Went there today to treat my daughter. I bought a local flavor which stated "Pinkys Nails on Tilton Road", not Pinkys 2, not Pinkys 3, not Pinkys 4, like their other coupons. Because you have to use the full value of the coupon, we added extras. We went to pay with the local flavor and he circled where it reads "Pinkys" and shoved it back at me. As I was trying to call local flavor to receive a refund before I paid, he starts yelling and cursing at us. His employees apologized for his behavior, but so very unprofessional over a matter that could've been handled better. First time going to Pinky's - Went to get a Gel Manicure, the nails came out OK, definitely a lot better than the last salon I went to. The salon was clean and the staff were friendly. My only complaint is that my nails do not look like the picture that I showed the technician (a picture I got from someone else's Yelp review). The French tip on one of my pinky nails is a lot thicker than the other, I also have bubbles in some of the nails. Even so, I probably will return in the future. Read Less

I like this place... BUT a lot of the time when i went here either my nails weren’t done the way i wanted or i was overcharged for basic service. To get a refill i should not be charged 50$ especially when I show them the design that i want and the nail technician is not able to recreate the design. When people did see the mistakes they would often refer me to other nail salons. I’m not saying my nails should be perfect but for $50 they should be damn near perfect. Even when i had gotten my eyelashes done they started coming off the next day and they cost $25 to get done. So glad they opened up in Galloway! I was very impressed by the cleanliness and professionalism of the staff. All the tools came out of a fresh pouch of sterilized items, the pedicure chairs and waxing beds are 100% covered by that disposable paper. I went with my mom to get a regular mani. The price on the board said $12, but the technician told us it was going to be $15. I had gel on my nails from a previous mani and asked how much it would be to remove and get a regular mani. First she said $5 to remove and $15 for a mani, which turned into $25. I was okay with the price but then the entire time the technician was doing my nails she tried to upsell me to get another gel manicure, which I had already said I did not want. Then all she did was file my nails, cut my cuticles, and a sloppy job painting. At the end she squirted some cuticle oil and told me to go rinse and that was it. Will not be going again. Read Less

I came in as a walk in and Ann was very helpful with signing me in and finding the best product for my nails. She checked in on me regularly while I was waiting and Christine actually did my nails. She even took pics of them to display on the screens. She was great and helped me pick out what would be best and cause the least damage to my nails in my line of work. Can't wait to go back!!! So idk about anyone else but I think most people want to relax and enjoy their mani or pedi. You won't enjoy it here! The place is a factory, they rush you out and several employees are rude. I decided to change my service slightly and they clearly were talking crap in Vietnamese. My nail guy was so rough and rude, grabbed my hands so hard and was just rushing it like Crazy.Also if you get nails put on they don't manicure your nails?! Ridiculous, didn't think I had to ask for that. Afterward I looked at my nails and the technician was like WHAT WHATS WRONG?! So rude, I can check the job you did no?! Anyway, they are clearly so burnt out and need to do something else if they hate customer service. I have gotten gel mani pedi there (Pinky's 2 on tilton road by Wendy's) and they have always been $50. I called before I went and asked how much a gel mani pedi was in case the price went up to make sure I had enough cash. I was told $50. I went in that day and had another gel mani pedi. My regular girl was in vacation so I had a different girl. When I went to pay she told me it was $65. I said I always paid $50 and I just called earlier and was told $50. She said no it's $65. I told her I wasn't paying $65 and to call my regular girl which she did. I have no idea was she said to her because she wasn't speaking English. She got off the phone and she she was sorry that's she's new and doesn't know anything and doesn't know how to work the cash register. I just looked at her, like seriously??? I've been going to Phoenix Tran for years and she is amazing! Can do anything I ask for perfectly, and I always go for glitzy acrylic nails that I'm hard pressed to find someone able to do elsewhere. In the past she's given me ombré, marble, and Swarovski crystal designs. Luke is also very good, and ruby is sweet and helpful. Definitely make an appointment with either Phoenix or Luke as they are usually booked days in advance and rarely do walk ins. Really bad experience! There wasn't any crazy requests - simply gel coat pedicute with couple of stones. The quality of work is horrible, all toe nails are different length and shape and for some weird reason cut on an angle! Gel spots were all over my feet and they didnt even bother to wipe it off. And I'm not gonna even mention that feet were not properly cleaned - I left the nail salon with super rough heels. I asked the girl to throw some stones but 20 min later had to ask her to leave my nails as it is because couldn't afford to see her struggling putting few stones in a shape of triangle anymore. And for all that wonderful experiences I was charged 40$! Dont get me wrong I dont mind paying 40,50,60 $ for pedicure but when it is a good quality pedicure and not that joke that I've got this time!!!! Unfortunately have to look for another place! As I was driving from Virginia, I called to schedule and appointment for 3pm. I was told by a lady no problem. I arrived two minutes before my appointment, walked into the salon and a gentleman working the front waived me to leave. I waited for him to get off the phone and informed him that I had an appointment. The first words out of his mouth were, "we are closed". I said I have an appointment, he argued I didn't. I showed him my cell, the phone call and how long I was on the phone. He said you can wait over 35 minutes, we have people ahead of you and we need to close for a party. I couldn't wait as I was attending an event in the area. He told me to drive to another Pinky's  location. So I did! Thank god for Jennifer. She was so accommodating.. she totally gets 5 stars for service at her location. She was awesome! Read Less

Ughhh annoyed is an understatement!! I will never return here I got a gel mani and pedicure which ran me 50 bucks!! And I had to ask the lady to scrub my foot, I took my finger nail and scratched off dead skin and showed it to her, she began to speak in Vietnamese and spitefully scrub the skin off my ankles, I have scratches on my leg!! It looks like my niece in kindergarten painted my toes... the pictures I will upload will are after all the corrections! I asked her ATLEAST 3 times can she clean the polish off my skin!! What a joke....I wanted just the basic pedicure which was 20 and I even mentioned it to the lady taking care of me, she charged me 25 at the end, not that the price mattered but where did the extra 5 come from when I got a plain color and the shortest pedicure ever... literally like 8 minutes if that.. I could've done this at home... she was somewhat friendly but I definitely got a vibe that she was speaking about me to her coworker next to her being that they only looked at me every other minute lol... normally not one to do say something like this but I'm not taking any business back here. I stopped going here for quit a while because I had a horrible experience a while back but pinky did handle that very well and sent me to pinkys 2 but after that I haven't been back in about two years. So yesterday I went in because I was having work done at pep boys and wanted to relax and give them a chance to see if the service was better to person I had was nice but I wasn't happen with the appearance and how employees sit around when there's plenty to do not all but enough were sitting around. It was very hard to relax because two employees keep going in and out from behind the chair where I was getting my pedicure mind you there were a few empty Chairs but they had to sit behind the ones that were occupied and for me I don't like people over my shoulder especially when I want to relax and chatting and laughing basically in my ear. I recommend they sit where customers are not trying to relax or better yet instead of being on the phone maybe actually work there's plenty to clean. It was unclean which made it more uncomfortable. They should fallow behind every customer that leaves and disinfect the stations. When I pulled my phone out I had them looking over my shoulder which made me uncomfortable. The pedicure was OK. I got the works but wasn't fully pleased. I'm not saying it was horrible but for the price it wasn't the best. I this place could be perfect if the stepped up their game a bit more and make what's beautiful stand out. I would love a job their I would make that place sparkle because I would clean up behind every customer and every new customer would sit and see how nice and clean. Pinky give me a job their and that place will look perfect. It has so much beauty but it's covers in dirt and nail dust. This place is not worth it at all. First of all it looks kinda run down inside. Second of all the lady who did my nails didn't even file my nails properly, even when I asked her to fix it. Second of all their items they use are kinda dingy. They didn't even massage my hands or anything, just put some lotion on at the end. It's a shame that I have to post this because I really enjoyed my first experience at Pinky's over a month ago. If you go, definitely ask for Ruby, she's awesome. I had a man do my nails this time. I asked for a seashell on my middle finger and fish net scales on my two fingers. I completely understand if my nails don't look exactly like the pictures I show but this is not even CLOSE. On top of everything I was there for almost 2 hours.. I know I could have asked to have them redone but I was not gonna sit there with the same nail tech. Pros: lots of tables and lots of pedicure chairs. Lots of technicians. I'm not sure if I got lucky or if all the technicians are as thorough as mine was. His name was Huong. He talked a lot in rapid assumedly Vietnamese to the girl next to him but was efficient gentle professional and thorough. I was able to walk in and get immediate service on a Sunday afternoon which was a risky maneuver on my part. The price was very reasonable.Cons: looks a little shabby inside -could use a facelift. Also, smelled very very toxic. They could do a little ventilation - I know the weather is hot but still that cannot be healthy for clients or workers!Overall I would come back to this place and it was not a disappointment and I'm happy to have sparkly shiny good looking feet again!
