Finished a regular pedicure in record time maybe 12 minutes. Rushed through the process. Was told that my calluses were too much to handle. Grated my calluses with a carrot grater and got done. No pumice, no buffing the heels. Was in a hurry to get me out even when there no customers waiting. When asked, I was told that I did not get a spa pedicure. Otherwise they would have given more time!!!!!. Atleast they were honest to admit.
NOT GETTING MY BUSINESS EVER AGAIN!!!
Could give a negative 100, I would!!!!

Being that I have a crazy schedule, it’s hard for me to make appointments and Andy always manages to fit me in every time I call to see if I can come in.. I work in a hair salon, so my hands are always in water and chemicals and v&v has been the only place I’ve found where my nails stay strong and the polish stays great.. the only bad part is picking a color — they have too many options to choose from!

Went here to get my nails done and for some reason, Andy did not want to massage my hands and told me the lotion was right there. But, before he did my nails I watched him do the nails of another person where he applied a warm cloth massaged and put lotion on her hands. I should have known that something was wrong when they told me to wait and took the lady that just walked in with an appointment. So, I did a little research and found out that he does not have a license and that there is only one person in the salon that is licensed. I will not be going here again!!! Beware, ladies, if they are not licensed you are taking your health into your own hands.

Decided to go to a salon in the area instead of traveling. The male did my nails twice and never did a massage or lotion. After the third time, I asked why and he said because you have color. If he would do the massage and lotion before the color then he would be able to do the color afterward. He had issues with me asking and started talking about me in his language.

It was awful! Only 2 people working. I got there at 11:15 for a pedicure. They had a small child start the water. They had me sit with my feet soaking until 12:00. The water was cold by then. They did the same thing to the lady sitting next to me. Including me there 5 customers. They should have been up front about it if they didn't have time. To top it off I asked for a French and the lines are crooked. I wish I could give negative stars!

Two people working on 5 customer. It's more like a polish change than a pedicure. It's inexpensive so you get what you pay for. If you want a 10 minute pedicure this is the place for you.

This is my go to place for nails. The people that work there are always so nice and friendly, and they do a wonderful job. They have a great deal for manicure/pedicure, but recently, I started getting the spa pedicure. It's is /amazing/. I love it, and it's worth the little extra. The massage that comes with it is amazing and my feet never look better than right after a visit. My mom goes here too and she loves the acryllics she just got. I highly recommend this place

Finished a regular pedicure in record time maybe 12 minutes. Rushed through the process. Was told that my calluses were too much to handle. Grated my calluses with a carrot grater and got done. No pumice, no buffing the heels. Was in a hurry to get me out even when there no customers waiting. When asked, I was told that I did not get a spa pedicure. Otherwise they would have given more time!!!!!. Atleast they were honest to admit.

Being that I have a crazy schedule, it’s hard for me to make appointments and Andy always manages to fit me in every time I call to see if I can come in.. I work in a hair salon, so my hands are always in water and chemicals and v&v has been the only place I’ve found where my nails stay strong and the polish stays great.. the only bad part is picking a color — they have too many options to choose from!

Went here to get my nails done and for some reason, Andy did not want to massage my hands and told me the lotion was right there. But, before he did my nails I watched him do the nails of another person where he applied a warm cloth massaged and put lotion on her hands. It was awful! Only 2 people working. I got there at 11:15 for a pedicure. They had a small child start the water. They had me sit with my feet soaking until 12:00. The water was cold by then. They did the same thing to the lady sitting next to me. Including me there 5 customers. They should have been up front about it if they didn't have time. To top it off I asked for a French and the lines are crooked. I wish I could give negative stars!

This is my go to place for nails. The people that work there are always so nice and friendly, and they do a wonderful job. They have a great deal for manicure/pedicure, but recently, I started getting the spa pedicure. It's is /amazing/. I love it, and it's worth the little extra.
