Very bad experience. We made an appointment, showed up in time and had to wait 20 min. There were no hot water, they did not even apologized that we had to wait for a long time and did not warn us that there were no hot water. Tools are not clean. Will never come back here again. Read Less

Just moved into town and looking for a go-to nail salon and they are definitely up there on my choice list. I like that they're very detail-oriented and my nails feel very well manicured afterwards - no excess polish on the skin or missed spots. The place can be more clean though. I've been a frequent customer of Nail House for over 3 years. The owner Chris is a very nice and accommodating person.  She makes an effort to fit you in if you call for a last minute appointment.  There are newer nail places in Edgewater that have nicer interiors, but none of them have service as good as Nail House.  I'm extremely picky about how my nails are done and the ladies here take their time to make sure I'm happy with my nails. The ladies here work very quickly and they are nice and professional and do a very good job from my past experience. I live  very close so I walk here and I have never had a bad experience. They do get very busy, and the store is small but they will get the job done and the general facility is clean and comfortable overall. I tried one of the spa pedicures last Friday and it was a very relaxing, luxurious experience that I will definitely come back for. It is between $45-$52, and they will dunk your feet in soft comforting jelly and massage your calves with all types of lotion and scrubs and it's worth every penny. My skin was so soft for days! I am giving them five stars because I appreciate that they work hard to get you in a chair as fast as they can even when it is very busy. But just to be safe call in advance and make an appointment, and show up earlier than your appointment time. I recommend you check it out. Read Less

So I'm a nail place Junkie just dreaming to find the right place. Today my dreams came true thanks to other yelpers that wrote the reviews that got me here! 20$ for an AMAZING pedi done by Jenny! I'm pregnant and came with my son who is super calm thank goodness. She really took her time and gave me the best massage and stone massage as well! My toes look fantastic and she ended the pedi with some type of heel treatment which was hot but awesome! I usually do gel manis which they charge 30$ here for one (never have I had one done here). Since I've been a nervous wreck I chewed my nails so I opted for a regular mani for now for 10$ with Janet. She was also awesome! I highly recommend making an appointment, their is nonstop movement in here. Everyone I spoke to in here is so friendly client wise! Great experience over all!!! Read Less

A friend of my sister's recommended the spot and we loved it.. My pedicure automatically came with a hot stone massage (which was amazing) , a hot towel and a hot oil treatment for my heel. I went there for a 1st time to try it out. Place was crowded..so i decided its a good sign.This place was quite worn.Tools didnt look clean or sterilized. When i was getting my manicure,the lady who was doing my nails, stopped twice to discuss with other customer some color...and was running between me and her...then she cut my finger...its was bleeding pretty badly. I rarely get my nails done now. Thanks to this place for taking me last minute as a walk-in. Reservations I'm guessing are highly recommended. The place was pretty packed and had a neighborhood feel. They do a hand scrub so you have to get up to wash your hand at the sink at some point. But, it was hard to understand what was going on. Re: cuticles. I said not to cut unless it was absolutely necessary and pointed to an example. The woman hacked/pulled roughly at my cuticles. They are in a worse state than before and I feel that more was cut than necessary. For that alone... I don't think I'll be coming back if there is a communication gap. Read Less

The nail salon is clean and efficient. They are good with your nails, I've never had a bad appointment and even give you a shoulder massage when you sit at the drying station. It's a small place so sometimes you might have to wait. Read Less
