I went in for gel manicure and regular feet pedicure. This guy starts using the machine to remove the gel that I had came in on my nails. I’ve been to places were they just file the gel and that method seems to work best because they can measure how close they get to you natural nails. I walked out of here super uncomfortable about the job done. He didn’t remove the gel completely and he did a crappy job with the coloring. He rushed through it! I went to front desk to address the problem and they tried to put me with someone else but after being there for two hours I didn’t have time to stay to start job all over again. The worst place I have ever been in- the "owner" couldn't figure out how to remove my gel nails so decided to start ripping them off when I complained after bleeding he flipped and through his things and refused to continue. The staff was very nice but I was very disappointed. Now I understand why they are cheaper than most places. The lady that worked on my nails did not care about quality whatsoever. A simple task of making sure that my nails were trimmed to the same length was too much to ask for. When she was working on my cuticles my finger started bleeding and she didn't apologize or anything. She took nail polish remover and put it on top to cover up the bleeding which hurt obviously. I understand people make mistakes but you can say something or bring a bandaid to make it better. I think that she did not care about the work she was doing because she was Skyping somebody the entire time she was working on my nails. She put earbuds in and just talked to them while working. I took my mother down the shore for mother's day and while we were shopping we decided to get our nails done here. To say the least this place was BY FAR the worst nail salon we have ever been too. We got manicures and pedicures and the staff was very rude, sloppy, and lazy. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY SERVICES. It is a waste of good money on mediocre work. I visited this nail salon on a Sunday afternoon, and requested a gel pedicure. They assured me they were able to do then and charged me 45 dollars that I was happy to pay. The pedicure was the worst pedicure I've ever gotten, the polish is completely smudged and got all over my feet. When I politely asked the woman to fix it, she got aggravated and began speaking aggressively in another language to her co workers. When I left the salon I called to complain and they were extremely rude on the phone. I just wanted a relaxing pedicure instead I got an afternoon of bad customer service, a horrible pedicure, lost 55 dollars, and discomfort. I do not recommend this salon!!! Read Less

If I could rate this place with 0 stars I would. I went with a group of people to get manicures and pedicures for a wedding we were all in. I was conflicted about what color to choose because I wanted my nails and toes to match. I asked the guy doing my pedicure for his opinion and he told me they had a matching color line. I selected a color and after my toes were painted he brought me over to the nail station. When all was done there was a clear difference between the color of my nails and toes. When I said something I was told it was the reflection of the pink in the toe spreaders. I also noticed the manicure was uneven. On some of my nails the gel was very thin and on others it was thick. I went home telling myself I was being too picky until my fiancé said something to me about how he thought I was getting my nails and toes painted the same color. The next day at work I asked my co-workers what they thought and they all said the colors didn't look the same. I work with all men and they could clearly see the difference.  I went back to have it corrected and was on a time crunch as I had to be at the rehearsal dinner. I told the manager that I was unhappy and she told me the guy who did my nails would fix it. After seeing he was doing someone else's nails I asked how long it would be and was told he would be right with me. I started picking new colors and he got up from his station to tell me there would be a charge if I wanted to change the color. I told him a large part of the reason I was unhappy was because I was told by him the color would match and it didn't and showed him that the manicure he gave me was uneven. He told me that it wasn't his fault that I picked that color and it wasn't fair to him for him to change the color and not charge me. When I asked to speak to a manager she had me take off my shoe to show her the color difference and insisted it was the same. I finally told her I didn't have time to argue as they had already kept me for a long time. I don't think it's fair to me that I spent $60 and end up with a crappy manicure and pedicure they said would match and doesn't. I will NEVER come here again and make sure I tell as many people as possible not to come here. This is by far the worst nail place ever created. The manicurist caused three of my cuticles to bleed, never apologized. Really did a terrible job at applying polish and it chipped by the very next day. I could've done it myself. Yes, it's cheap but sometimes that doesn't matter if it looks crummy. DON'T GO HERE. I don't know how they are still in business. It must be the location because it you are in and out in 20 minutes but if you don't care how you look, then it's up to you. Read Less

Worst pedicure experience! I was in town visiting family and had a little extra time before our movie started so I decide to get a quick pedi. Bad move! The tech scrubbed my foot so hard that he torn the skin off my toe to the point that I was bleeding badly and as if that wasn't bad enough he then sprayed alcohol on my toes and into the open wound which burned like hell! After screaming from the pain, I was done and left! I did advise the person in charge who just looked at me like I was crazy and didn't say anything...not even an apology. save your money and dont come here!! workers looked at me funny and barely spoke to me but made convo and kindly greeted the caucasian customers that arrived after i did. i was charged $10 for a uv gel coating over my nails when their price board clearly said that it was $5. when i called the owner out on this she snatched my debit card out of my hand and waved me off. these people are as rude as they come and do not care about their reputation or customers of color. do not go here!! 2 stars because last time I actually had an enjoyable experience. If I could give 0 stars for this visit I would; I'm trying to be fair in my review. Unless you're getting an $80 gel manicure this store does not care about your satisfaction. I asked for a nail to be redone because it was missing polish on 1/4 of the nail. The woman in charge could barely take herself away from her drink to even address my issue. She haphazardly waves a hand at me ushering me to the back where the woman who had done my mani was now giving another customer a pedicure. I then showed her and she told me I messed them up. Long story short, after much todo they reluctantly repainted the one nail. It looked worse than to begin with but I said thank you and left. They also totally ruined my eyebrows. I will never go back and do not recommend this nail spa to anyone. Read Less
