If only you could rate them 0 so I went yesterday for a nude shellac on natural nails, I chose my colour and as the lady started to put it on I noticed it was a lot darker more of a brown than the colour I had chosen. It was only on my baby finger at this point so I showed the lady and she said it was the right colour I had chosen I wasn’t convinced but she had already started doing my other nails. After doing the whole of both hands and having the opinion of a guy that worke...d there they had said it would be the right colour after a few coats, on my second coat on my baby finger she asked if this was ok, I said it’s darker it’s not the colour I have chosen, so I put it next to the dummy nail with the colour I had chosen on. I was right it was a totally different colour the lady said sorry and went to get the right colour. Instead of taking the darker colour off she continued to put the right colour over it, I thought she knew what she was doing and went along with it, noticing she was putting the other layers on thick. Including the base and top coat I had 5 layers of gel on my nail!!! And they looked as though I had had them done a week they looked like they were growing out. It wasn’t until I was at work and in the natural light I noticed you could still see the brown through it and round the edges! So I sent a message to ask for them to be taken off and my money back because I had mentioned about the colour in the first place and they didn’t listen. I couldn’t go back that day due to being at work so I messaged twice and had no reply. This morning I rang again and they said to go down, I did and they were rude, barely spoke to me I sat waiting for 20 mins even though there was hardly anyone in there and when I did get seen to he went to re do them I asked politely to have them taken off and my money back. I had a big story about filling a form out and waiting for a manger to agree with the refund but didn’t know when the manger would be back, then going on to mention a policy until I asked to see it in writing which he couldn’t show me. he then argued with me telling me I chose the colour and it’s not my fault I don’t like it, arguing with me in-front of other customers telling me I am wrong and won’t be getting a refund even though he had filed half the shellac off and you could see the brown underneath!!!!! Bare in mind it should be soaked off not filed !! After being extremely rude ! He gave me my money back and then left me with nails half filed and in a mess !!! I honestly wish I could upload the photo to this review ! I then had to pay extra at another salon to get them soaked off!! I will never ever be going back to this dump!! See More

I enjoyed my experience as a customer getting gel fill ins, however the tech I had made my nails too thick and sort of repeated the process of putting on gel tips without adding the length. It costs the same to put fake nails on as is does for a fill in which is irritating. However they did a great job waxing my eyebrows. Overall it wasn't terrible, I had great service but it shouldn't take an hour and a half for a fill in.

Service was dreadful, unfriendly rushed staff. Felt uncomfortable when waiting to be served as the technician was arguing with another customer. Whilst cutting my natural nails, the technician was rushed and had no regards of the natural nail bed underneath, this hurt when they were nipped. Range of colour was basic, not had the colour I required. At this point I wish I left the nails at plain then painted them at home. The nail shape was chosen for me, too late to change s...o I just accepted the “coffin” shape due to it being too awkward to correct their error. Even this was filed incorrectly, harshly and un proportioned. In the end, I had all black nails with one nail on each finger painted with a single layer of glitter coating. For this she wanted to charge me an additional £2. The list continues, the rude disappointing look I received when I accidentally knocked my nails before drying, the speckled paint finish, just an overall bad experience. Should the customer service drastically improve, Natural Nails have a great chance of being the best in Telford. Overall- overpriced, rude and just not worth your money. See More

Worst experience of my life. They asked what shape I wanted and didn't listen gave me something I didn't know want. Did a very shoddy job of painting my nails and when my wet nails got dinged from her the girl pulling and knocking my hands into one another, she had the nerve to shout at me! No please, thank you or good bye and come to think of it, no hello either! The skin around my nails is absolutely cut up from the incorrect use of the drill thing. My friend who wanted her acrylics taking off got shouted at also by the girl with a right attitude- she asked her 4 times if she wanted a new set putting on, each time my friend said no but when she couldn't make out what she was saying due the speed of which she was talking, she starts screaming at her and over charged her for the pleasure. Will not be returning.

Will never be going here again. As they were doing my nails they kept cutting my skin cuticle area making me bleed. They never spoke English to each other which I thought was rude. And cost me over 40 pounds when I could get the same with the usual I go to for half the price. my nails are still in a lot of pain 3 days later

Service was worst, something I have never scene before. The girl called Cat(works there) yelled at me because I asked her to choose different colour for my one finger. She was looking so frustrated. She was not even letting me complete my sentence and started screaming at me. My 6 years old daughter was with me and she literally got scared from her and started crying. Then the other guy, who works there, pop in and started saying sorry to me and he was trying to justify that ...it was busy day so we are tired now.i booked appointment 3 days ago with them and all I got is a bad mood and a silly girl who yelled at me and bcz I was almost to the end of it, so paid a full amount of money . When I asked where is your manager I want to talk to him then he said he is away and will be back in a week or so.this lady stood on my head yelling at me in her mother language, really, worst person I have ever saw in my entire life. Nice Salon and great Customer Service! I live about 20 minutes away and still find this to be the best place for natural nail manicures and pedicures. I've never used the acrylic/LCD nail services but the customers who do seem very happy with the service they receive. Waxing services are great as well.

This place should be condemned. I am here now. I just got the most disgusting pedicure of my life. I actually stopped it before the massage and lotion part bc I need to go home and pour bleach on my feet. They used an unsanitary nail clipper on my feet and then washed all of the tools in my foot bath while my feet were still in there. The hot towel has stains on it. The complimentary flip flops to wear while drying look dirty too. There is just filth everywhere. Stay away. Best pedicure is at nail cafe in little falls. Worth the trip.

If only you could rate them 0 so I went yesterday for a nude shellac on natural nails, I chose my colour and as the lady started to put it on I noticed it was a lot darker more of a brown than the colour I had chosen. It was only on my baby finger at this point so I showed the lady and she said it was the right colour I had chosen I wasn’t convinced but she had already started doing my other nails. I enjoyed my experience as a customer getting gel fill ins, however the tech I had made my nails too thick and sort of repeated the process of putting on gel tips without adding the length. It costs the same to put fake nails on as is does for a fill in which is irritating. However they did a great job waxing my eyebrows. Overall it wasn't terrible, I had great service but it shouldn't take an hour and a half for a fill in.

Worst experience of my life. They asked what shape I wanted and didn't listen gave me something I didn't know want. Nice Salon and great Customer Service! I live about 20 minutes away and still find this to be the best place for natural nail manicures and pedicures. I've never used the acrylic/LCD nail services but the customers who do seem very happy with the service they receive. Waxing services are great as well.

This place should be condemned. I am here now. I just got the most disgusting pedicure of my life. I actually stopped it before the massage and lotion part bc I need to go home and pour bleach on my feet.
