I came here for the first time and I really like how this particular tech did my manicure. He was very detailed and patient. I do want to make a comment, while I was sitting on my table waiting for my gel manicure I saw a cockroach and I felt disguised but I tried to ignore it and with my finger I tried to throw it. Minutes later there was another one on the table again. Please work on getting rid off them. I will come back because they really did a good job on my nails but please control those cockroaches. Based on the great reviews I decided I'd try this place out. They booked a last minute appointment and it was looking good. They gave me a male nail tech, weird but I went with it. I went in for a gel mani anf regular pedi to treat myself. I asked for the tigers eye polish anf the man who was working on me, told me they didn't have it or anything like it, and that they didn't have the chrome powder either. I had a little extra cash so I let him upsell the full set. I haven't had false nails since high school. As soon as I agreed, he pulled out a whole display of tiger eye and simimar effect sample nails. They looked ugly compared to what I've seen so I kept it simple. Luckily I'm clean and had recently washed my hands because it dawned on me that he didn't allow me to washmy hands before he started buffing them down to make them rough for the gel to stick. 2 strikes so far. I asked him not to make the nails too thick, they were thick af and one after several passes and asking him to even out the length o my right hand set, he still ended up giving me overly thick nails and ny right hand set was longer than the left hand, none were symmetrical, and two were a bit lumpy. The tech was rude to the hostess whenshe cane around asking what the charge would be for tge service, which I found tacky as a business practice. I could tell the tech guy thought he was getting one over on me by upselling, but he only lost what could have been a return customer and I'm going to make sure no one ai know ever visits Deluxe Nails And Spa in Deptford in the Sam's shopping center. It was a waste of money and they guy was tge most untalented nail tech I've ever had, I doubt a simple gel mani would have made me any happier. He didn't even offer a design for my toes, and was just uncomfortable and unpleasant to work with. The other male and female techs working all looked to be over 35 and just over it. Not a good atmosphere, no music, unsanitary practices, and way over priced for sub par service and no talent between the group of them, and lying to customers. I was very pleasant and I even left the tech a small tip not realizing how my nails would settle out after the fact. I hate this place! It's awful. It only looks good on the surface. I was lucky not to get any kind if infectionor fungus considering I wasn't even offered the chance to wash my hands before he started grinding my nails down. Big mistake going there. Read Less

I absolutely adore this place. Ever since I started to get my nails done here the staff and service has been amazing. Nothing short of satisfied! I would recommend this spa to anyone! However, making an appointment is the best way to go as the place is pretty busy and booked due to its popularity. If you walk in and you happen to have to wait, Its worth the wait!! I promise. Called in the afternoon and made an appointment for the same night. This was my first visit and it went well. This place has really nice decor and employees! I got a Mani-Pedi by Dan and he was awsome. My hands and feet came out really well. He did my gel better than I have ever had it done. He really knows what he is doing. I recently moved to deptford nj and found this wonderful nail spot closeby.  They have great prices, and long hours .  The salon is also recently renovated or everything is just really pretty and new/clean looking.  This is my regular spot I go to for nails and I get compliments all the time. (I deal poker for a living so people are stuck looking at my hands).  I have a few times for holidays or special occasions gotten fun designs- which they do with ease.  They are always properly staffed and I have always been able to walk in and not really wait much, if at all.  The staff is all very friendly and go out of their way to provide good customer service.  I think it's a bit of a hidden gem in a busy shopping center by Petco, but they really do a great job here, and I would highly recommend.
