Love it every time I go my gels last a full four weeks and they give a nice hand massage ( all for $30) the spa pedicure is amazing, a little pricey but well worth it and the staff is always friendly and accommodating I've tried tons of other places in the denville area but this is by far the most quality service for the price (only downside is they have an awful parking lot, if they're too busy you have to park on the street) Read Less

Horrible experience went to get my nails for my wedding day and had them ruined instead!!! When I made the appointment showed them a picture they said no problem, well it was because when I went there . I got nothing like the picture and now they tell me we cant do that!!Now they tell me the day before my wedding !!! They were rude, no apologies nothing I am now scrambling to find some place to undo the mess they did!!! So unless you want your nails ruined for your wedding day do NOT go to this place!!!! I have been going here for mani/pedis for the last few years but have never had gel tips before. I was in a wedding and wanted my nails to look good. Allison was amazing! She gave me a French gel manicure and my nails looked awesome! Them I broke 2 while working about 10 days later and she fixed both nails plus filed and redid a topcoat on the rest of them for no charge!!! Needless to say they have made a new customer for life. I used to love it here. The girls are nice and the remodeling is beautiful. They have a new Manager, Alison. Alison did my manicure/pedicure two weeks ago and my cuticles are still peeling! This salon does not offer weekly nail polish so I bring my own. If you don't know, weekly nail polish like CND Vinylux is really neat and only uses the 2 coats of color  and a top coat. Today I am informed it will be $2 more because my nail polish lasts longer! I brought it myself! I'm not using their polish as they don't offer weekly polish and its quicker because it's less steps. I like going to this place for gel Manis and pedicures.  The ladies are always very nice and they have a lot of gel colors to choose from.  The one time my gel peeled too soon and they were very accommodating and fixed it for me.  It's also always very clean which I love in a nail place. Read Less

Horrible job. I want to love this place because it is clean they have lots of colors to choose from and it is very convenient for me. But never again I got a gel manicure looked horrible and actually chipped that day. I was going to call and complain but I decided to just never go there again. Horrible job and I do not recommend. I just had a mani pedi here this morning.  Yes, the salon is clean and the pedicure was good, manicure fair but the  service was exceptionally poor.  The manicurist was basically nonverbal and no eye contact.  Directions were given by moving my foot and grunting at me.  The lack of rapport made me uncomfortable.  I wouldn't go back.  Basically they all charge the same amount for services.  I want to feel welcome and I expect  courtesy. I love this nail salon.  I have been to many all over the country from Connecticut to Florida, Hawaii etc.  This is the BEST nail salon I've ever been.  The woman are fantastic at their craft.  They are friendly and knowledgable.  I always get excellent result with their gel manicure which last so long I get them done because the grow out an don't peel or chip.  I have very difficult nails (I am also very picky as a client) because they are not very strong and I have an oily nail beds and they stay for three weeks!  Their pedicure is relaxing and calm without a lot of chit chat.  The establishment is clean, professional and updated.  You can tell they take great pride.  Parking is NEVER a problem.  They are never pushy.  They even go the extra mile giving a neck and back massage while your nails dry.  All in all... If you feel like paying for a service and getting criticized while you try and unwind then this is the place for you. I gave them 2 stars because they're good with the nail process but the attitude and back talking is really inappropriate and unprofessional. I'm surprised they've lasted this long in business. This is the 3rd nail place I've tried in denville and I'm seeing a repeat pattern of abuse. I've gone there 4xs in the past few months and each time except for one (the youngest girl there-not friendly but at least not overbearing) I've nicely asked to cut my nails short and they never do even after asking twice. They have a special advertised $25 for a manicur and pedicure. I confirmed this price when I walked into the salon. They agreed. Upon finishing my nails they asked for $65. They claim they gave me ""special"" nail polish on my fingers, without my knowledge, guarenteed not to chip for two weeks. Not only did they up the price without asking me if I wanted this ""special"" nail polish, it's been 3 days and both my fingernails and toe nails are chipped!!
