I had a great pedicure. The woman spent a lot of time massaging my feet and legs. They even give you a quick hot stone massage and they put wax on your heels. Rip off! I usually avoid leaving negative reviews but this really frustrated me. I only needed to have my gel manicure removed and they charged $10! Their excuse? They charge $5.00 if you get a manicure with it! I will never go back here again!   Ridiculous!! Read Less

My last manicurist pointed out a break in my nail while doing my manicure. I asked her 3x to repair it. She hurt me grinding off the gel coat. When she was applying my gel coat it looked good so I figured she finally did the repair. By the time I got home, the rip and separated and I was leaving on a business trip the next morning. I go here all the time for pedicures and waxing. Everyone is nice and professional. I think I've only encountered a wait once, on Friday before a holiday weekend... and even then, only 20 or so minutes. A simple mani/pedi combo is a great price. But make sure to choose Essie or Opi nail polish, whatever the other brand they have is terrible. Read Less

I went here for a routine pedicure and was horrified at the results. Not only did the person get nail polish all over my skin around the nail, she tried to fix it 3 times and could not do it. Also, the prep work prior to painting the nail was horrible as well. the woman did not speak any english, only spanish and did not understand how to do a pedicure. Read Less

They are very nice, not overly friendly but not your typical gossipy nail salon either   Unfortunately that's the extent of the positives of my review.  They didn't really listen when I explained the shape I wanted. The polish bubbled and cracked so they had to fix and go into a second hour there.  Then I got home and that evenings nails chipped and broke. Have been going there for years and spent alot of money on regular gel manicures and pedicures.  Owner does not give preference to good customers.  Got there 5 mins late for a pedicure and she gave my appt away and I had to wait.  When I asked her why she did that ---- she did not give me an answer.  I will go where I am appreciated. So I had read to 2 prior reviews and decided to give this place a shot.While I do agree that the interior is modern and clean, and that the massage chairs are very cool to relax and dry your hands/feet in, I have a few other issues.I specifically made an appointment since I would be going after work. I arrived and had to wait 20 minutes, and there is only 1 chair, so I bascally had to stand until the other person got up. The manicure was rushed. No other way around it. I was also left with nail polish that looked clumpy and polish around my nails. The pedicure was just okay. It just wasn't relaxing at all. Probably won't be visiting Jane's again. Not worth it...I could go somewhere else and get a better job for the same price. Read Less

I was on the hunt for a new nail salon and I was going to another salon in Denville but that was closed - it was Sunday. So I drove to this complex and found Jane's. The salon interior is nice, modern and clean. The massage chairs look new and clean. They give you a hot stone massage and paraffin for a regular pedicure - which was really nice. I just had a regular manicure but add to that, the lady (I think she must be the owner) massaged fresh aloe on my hands then followed with a lotion. I really felt pampered. You also have the option to dry your nails either lying on their massage chairs or sit by the nail drying area. I love it! Highly recommend. This is my salon now! Read Less

I go here often and it's the best salon ever.The service is really good and everyone is nice.The interior is very clean and modern including the furniture such as the pedicure tub. I'm usually very sensitive about these things but I was very satisfied.While you dry your nails, they have massage chairs which is fantastic.They have the newest color polish.I got Shellac which they did a great job and it stayed for a really long time.It's a definitely a place to relax after long days of working.On the regular pedicure, they do hot stone massages and put paraffin on the heel which is awesome especially for people who walks a lot or who just needs a rest.I feel comfortable bringing my little sibling anytime.I'll definitely go again and all my friends love this place!!
