I have been going to this salon for years, I bought my mother two gift cards and they put a one year expiration on them! She had 3 unexpected surgeries and was unable to physically leave her home. They refused to let us use her gifts, after I paid a lot for my pedicure and manicure today. They didn't care that I had been a customer there for years and told me they didn't need our business and to not come back. I understand there was an expiration date on them but as a business owner myself I would have accepted them and not lost my business. She told me I could have a lawyer contact them.

I love them they treat you with tenderness . Some of the others near by are rough.

Horrible place!! I do not recommend this place to anyone at all... The lady did such a horrible job!! My nails were bumpy, thick n looked like glue on nails that you did your self.. I went back for them to redo them n they refused... They suggested to just repaint them n I left furious because there were customers and didn't want to go off.. I called them and told them I would like my money back n they have refused!! If u want to waste your money and have ugly nails just the place to go

Think the ones in this area, are all Bo-bo!!! This one was was just as BAD as the one in the plaza. Small place, owned by Vietnamese & products are crap.And I dont have a problem what Ethnicity they were , just provide me great service !! This case they failed with Capital F!!!They are either talking to one another with masks on, or on cell phone while doing your nails. Very unprofessional & awful service. Think I rather go to my Elegant Lady in Cinnaminson. NY nail salons aren't like this. Worst service ever.Return factor: NEVER-rather do them myself. They suck !!

I had to stop going here... I stopped in and there was only one nail technician doing nails... The other was waiting to run water for a pedicure... By the time it was my turn... Things started to spee...
I had to stop going here... I stopped in and there was only one nail technician doing nails... The other was waiting to run water for a pedicure... By the time it was my turn... Things started to speed up, because someone else had walked in... I didn't notice at the time, but when it was time for me to get a refill... I went to another spot... And they really scrutinized my nails... They were thick... And they were already lifting... Needless to say, I will not be returning...

I have been going to this salon for years, I bought my mother two gift cards and they put a one year expiration on them! She had 3 unexpected surgeries and was unable to physically leave her home. They refused to let us use her gifts, after I paid a lot for my pedicure and manicure today. They didn't care that I had been a customer there for years and told me they didn't need our business and to not come back. Things started to speed up, because someone else had walked in... I didn't notice at the time, but when it was time for me to get a refill... I went to another spot... And they really scrutinized my nails... They were thick... And they were already lifting... Needless to say, I will not be returning...
