Best place EVER ! First off, Joanna is AMAZING for nails, she genuinely cares about your manicure and will even suggest colors to match your skin tone. Michelle, means business, she's always gets me in and out of the salon in a timely manner- sometimes you just need to get in and out !!! Then there's Karen!!! She is slowly transforming my skin, my face !! Talk about VIP facials ... Karen knows what she is doing , my throat even got dry during my first facial and she ran to grab me water. My skin was GLOWING after the first facial. I plan to try and do a facial every week, and continue doing my nails there. From the chandeliers to the candles they light during your pedicure to the professionalism- you just can't get enough! They even offer tea, water, or wine during almost all my visits !! Staff were friendly and didn't feel rushed even though I came a little later than my appointment time. They are having a nice promotion right now - gel nails + pedi for $45 - which I had done! Called ahead of time to see what the wait would be like and made an appointment with Michelle for the next available time (1.5 hr from the time I called). Have been waiting for half an hour already without any acknowledgement of this fact. My feet have been soaking in lukewarm-coldish water. Poor service.****Gel mani was hastily done by Donna. I received a gift card from my boss and went the same day I received the gift card.  I called to make an appointment and I was able to schedule an appointment for the same day without issue.  I walked in and I was greeted with smiling faces and went to pick my polish color, while I was picking it out, I was greeted by one of the women who work there and she asked if I would like anything to drink, she offered tea, water and wine. I had a glass of wine and it was great wine.  I did my pedicure first, the cleanliness of the facilities really stood out to me.  Everything is single use and protected.  The chairs are beyond comfortable and the tech who did my nails was very attentive and did an amazing job. She even gave me a little reflexology rub on my legs and feet as part of my regular pedicure- that does not happen in many places! There was a choice of scents for your pedicure- you choose from lavender or green tea.When it came for my manicure, my tech took my purse over to the seat where I was getting my manicure done.  She put these plastic gloves on me that were full of wonderful lotion and my hands soaked in them while she did my manicure.  She again gave me a reflexology on my hands and lower arms as part of a regular manicure.  She then took me over to the drying station and proceeded to give me a wonderful back and neck massage while my nails dried. This was my first time visiting and that was a week ago and my nails are still perfect! I will definitely be returning here.  Their prices are amazing for the quality of work that they do.  They also have fun music playing and everything is displayed nicely and everything is so clean!  Most nail salons are not this clean, it makes me feel good knowing that they take care of you. Although the nail studio is clean and professional as can be, you'll pay almost double in price for your nails here than anywhere else. My pedicure was not done perfectly and only lasted 3 hours before chipping. We were also given the costs for massages, manicures and pedicures and once we paid, additional costs were added that no one could explain to us. They also then had the audacity to complain about their tip not being enough when one lady was given $17 even after cheating us of our money! You get told a 10 min neck massage is $15 and when you pay she charges you $25 plus she wants a huge tip. The language barrier allows for them to scam you of your money. I would not recommend. Stumbled upon this gem after shopping at whole foods with my girlfriend. Their staffs were super attentive and friendly! We didn't experience the issues the other fellow yelpers faced but we will definitely come back! It doesn't seem so big from the outside but it's very spacious and clean once you come in. Absolutely the best pedicure I've had in years! Cheap for what they give you during the pedicure. Many different styles and spa packages to choose from. The man who gave me my pedicure is an ex-acupuncturist also and the massage was much more enjoyable as it didn't feel like a cheap leg rub but more like a reflexology treatment.The shop is absolutely beautiful also and everything is brand new! I almost don't want to write a review because it's such a perfect hidden gem. We were welcomed so happily and treated with such care. Michelle and John took care of us and were so kind and wonderful. John did relfexology on our feet and explained what part of the foot connected to what part of the body, which was fascinating. He knew exactly what he was doing to make us feel so relaxed. Such a wonderful full service salon.  My experience was so good on my first visit, I brought along my husband the second time. To my surprise, and the encouragement from Michelle, he got a mani pedi along with an one hour massage with John, whom my husband agreed was excellent. We usually travel many miles to get a good massage, but now, we only have to go right around the corner!  Andy is new. He gave me an excellent massage also.  Brian is next, I have to give him a try. I thought I found my go-to nail place until one day, the management completely changed and everyone that use to work there, suddenly disappeared.  I continued to give it a try a few times after and every single time had a horrible experience!  First time I went after new management, they convinced me to get a design and spent so much time and money only to have them fall off 3 days later!!  I went back and they reluctantly redid my nails.  I had a pedicure and always get my ingrown nails cut and the girl didn't know how to do it and rather tried to tell me that cutting it makes it hurt more.  I know what my feet need and she made it worse!  Then when she was working on my calluses, she sanded down an area with no callus to the point where my skin went raw and I had to tell her she was scraping my skin off!  Another time I went at my appt time and was told they couldn't take me and sent me away!  Who does that?!!!  DO NOT go to this place!!!  Worst customer service and even with an appointment, you will wait over 30mins-1hour and may even be turned away.  Rediculous! I have very weak nails.  At first I just colored my nails with gels, but my nails could not take it anymore. My nails were tissue paper thin & ripping.  I was in pain.  Michelle suggested the LCN treatment.  I decided to go ahead.  Michelle created my nails while John gave me a wonderful 10minute massage. OMG!!!  It was the best!  I plan to return to John for an hour massage.  The pedicures are very relaxing w/a glass of wine or tea.  Of course, they have a menu of other spa services, literally. All of the positive reviews are for the old owner/staff. I came in for a gel manicure. The woman thought it would be a good idea to file and buff my cuticles off instead of cutting them. My hands are on fire. There was another client that came in for a pedi and had a discount coupon (free mani with pedi) The staff called the owner who refused to honor the coupon. This conversation went back and forth for over 10 minutes. For $10 they were willing to lose a customer. Huge turnoff, I will not be back! Read Less

Overpriced. Service is good but you can get the same for less at other places. $50 for gel retouching is a bit much. First time I went here, I did because of a groupon. They were all super nice, the place looks amazing but I can't afford $50 every 2 weeks just for retouching gel and simple gel color, no design. Most horrible experience ever ... HORRIBLE!!! My pedicure was horrible he kept getting up every two min to get something for someone stopped in the middle to start someone else pedicure . I asked for a little flower on my two ring fingers , price jumped from 30 to fifty dollars without telling me ! Horrible who pays 50 dollars for gels ! Never going back ! Amazing experience with Hannah! So happy and impressed with artistry! She seemed to be more of a long lost girlfriend doing my nails then just another dry nail-tech experience. After she flawlessly did my nails she moisturized and massaged my hands rubbed my shoulder and gave me a card that basically gives me a free pedi after my 10th visit. Sweet! LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!!  they go the extra mile. Regular Mani Pedi $30. my pedicure was just like any pedi BUT EXTRA. You have the choice of a free Tea Tree or Lavender soak scrub and massage. which is usually like a $5 extra service. They hook it UP!!! Then you go for your manicure. I came across this place by simply yelping nail salons open Sundays and I am glad that I found it! Very nice nail salon with very friendly staff! They have many colors to choose from and it's a very clean and friendly environment. This is the nicest nail salon I have ever been to in Jersey. Beautiful gem in Closter! I came in for a new set of gel tips and had never been before. I was so impressed by the beautiful interior and the accommodating staff that greeted me friendly right away. I won't make this review painfully long and just leave a picture of my nails. I have tried fake tips in several other closter nail salons before and this is the best I've ever gotten by FAR. They also send out gift certificates for birthdays of their clients. So thoughtful and sweet.If you want a flawless manicure with great service for perfectly reasonable prices, go there! Read Less
