I been to this nail salon a couple times and never had a problem. Yesterday I walked in and was criticized the whole time because I didn’t have a appointment. They made me feel so uncomfortable the entire time. My nails look horrible because they just rushed to do them. I was way overcharged and when I looked at my bank statement, they charged me more than I was told at the time. I will never go back here ever again. This place has really changed for the worse. Very disappointed with the way I get treated here. I absolutely love my nail tech, but the past 3 months my appointments have been getting ignored. I make appointments ahead of time, because this place is very busy and also to ensure I get my nail tech. EVERY time I arrive for my appointment I wait an extra 35 minutes AT LEAST - 80 minutes when I had an appointment!!!! This does not happen to anyone else, so I’m very unsure why this happens to me over and over again! This has now happened the past 6 times! Last time I waited for 1 hour and 20 minutes, it was not okay! The management did not say a word to me or apologize, which makes it seem like they do not care about their loyal clients. I do believe the owners/management know about this issue, but have yet to talk to me or officially fix the problem. I’d love to solve this issue, because as I stated I really enjoy my nail tech! It took me forever to finally try this place out, but I'm SO happy I did! The decor is heads and tails above that of all the other nail salons in the area, as is the quality of service! I called to confirm that they had a spot available for me, which they did. Came in and was greeted and sat down for my pedicure immediately. Amazing salon and very sanitary. They use liners for every pedicure and they toss out every pumice stone, nail file and buffer that is used for each client. So nothing is reused. If you want great nails that last come to Sapphire Nail Lounge Read Less

LOVE it here. Everyone is super friendly. My to go girls are Savone and Nicole. I usually make an appointment every 3 weeks so I don't have to wait. It's very clean here. They have a TON of colors. And I love the paraffin wax they do after every nail set. Read Less

I loved my experience here!  Make an appointment before you come, their business is booming and they are VERY busy!The night before, I got a full gel set done by another salon and they did a HORRIFIC job, I called Sapphire the next morning and asked them to save my nails. The young woman that answered the phone was Nicole, she sounded so sympathetic on the phone and she immediately made me an appointment.  When I came in, she greeted me and right away took my hands to look at the state of my nails, she agreed the other place did a horrible job and immediately told me she can help me. Nicole is EXTREMELY personable, sweet, funny, super energetic and so kind, I had the BEST time while getting my nails(re)done, she completely fixed all the issues and I couldn't stop thanking her!!!  I am so happy and will definitely return to these guys.   Not to mention, the place is only a year old, SUPER CLEAN and beautiful.  Thank you girls!! I was getting food from the place next store to the nail salon and I asked my daughter if she wanted to get her eyebrows waxed while we waited for the food. We walked in. The girl told us to go sit on the black chair in the back which we did. We waited for 10 minutes and no one came over. One of the girls took a client and unknown to me two of the workers were painting each other's nails and looking down on their phone. No one ever said anything to us about how long it would be before they would be with my daughter.  Getting close to 15 minutes now I leave this salon to check our food which was done by now. I look inside the nail salon's window. No one is attending to my daughter I waived at here to come here lets leave and she walked towards me and we left. They were so rude. I was going to give them a try and get our nails done at this place but my money is too good enough for these rude people. It was my first experience there and it definitely won't be my last. I've never gotten tips before and I'm 40 years olds. I'm mad for waiting so long to do so. Went in on Saturday without an appointment, very packed as to be expected, but was acknowledged as soon as i came in and was repeatedly assured i would be taken care of as soon and someone was free. As about 1/2 customers came in and went right to the back, i was told i wasnt forgotten about as they had appointments, which I appreciated. Finally a seat opens and i sat for a bit which was fine because i was getting gel nails removed. Nicole was my nail tech, very nice girl and just the whole atmosphere overall is fun and energetic, and the decor is a 10. She made sure i was out of there in time to catch my 5pm movie and compensated me very nicely for having to wait, which I appreciated so much considering I was a walk in anyway. This truly is a great salon but I hate the wait time. I didn't make an appointment ahead of time, so my wait time was 50mins-1hr. Instead of being a walk-in I will schedule ahead of time, the next time around. Service was great once I got seen. As more workers came in, my service began to pick up it's pace. Loved this salon!  Great choice of nail colors, exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated and staff made us feel right at home!  All the amenities and services you would expect (regular and gel manis and pedis for natural and acryllic nails.  Waxing, nail design etc.) and prices were very reasonable.  We did not have to wait long for our walk in Manis and pedis and they look great.
